Mark 1:1-8
The good message about Jesus the Messiah, the Son of God, began when John, the Baptizer, as was prophesied long ago, announced the coming of Jesus.
Godshowed Jesus tobetheSonofGodbyGod’sSpiritdescendinguponhim; byHimself, GodtheFather, declaringit; bySatantestinghim; andbytheangelstakingcareofhim.
AfterJohnwasarrested, JesuscameandpreachedthegoodmessagethatcamefromGod.
Jesusshowedhisauthoritywhenhesummonedfourmen, andtheyimmediatelywentwithhim.
PeoplewereamazedasaresultofJesus expelling a demon fromaman.

Twodisciplesfollowed Jesus’ instructionsandpreparedthePassovermeal.
DuringthePassovermeal, Jesusprophesiedthatonedisciplewouldbetrayhim, andhegavethemthebreadandwinewhichhesaid represented hisbodyandbloodwhichwouldbesacrificed.
JesuspredictedthatPeterwoulddenythreetimesthatheknewJesus.
Whilethedisciplesslept, JesusprayedthatGodwouldsparehimfromthecomingsuffering.
Judas betrayedJesus.
Markranaway.
Afterwitnessesaccusing Jesus contradicted eachother, Jesus saidthathewasthemanwhowasalsoGod, theMessiah, afterwhichtheydecidedthat Jesus mustdie.
AsJesuspredicted, PeterdeniedthreetimesthatheknewJesus.
In the governor Pilate’s presence Jesus refused to answer accusations against him.
Atthe crowd’s insistence, Pilatereleaseda criminal, andgaveordersthatJesusshouldbe crucified.
Thesoldiers ridiculed Jesusasbeingaking.
AftertheycrucifiedJesusthesoldiers gambled forhisclothing.
Peoplepassingby, aswellastheJewishleadersandtwocriminalscrucifiedwithJesus, insultedhim.
AsseveralwomenwhohadaccompaniedJesuswatched, hedied, afterwhichtheTemplecurtainsplitintotwoparts, andthe Roman officerpronouncedthatJesuswastheSonofGod.
SeveralwomenwatchedasJosephandothersburied Jesus’ bodyinacaveaftergettingpermissionfrom Pilate.
Two days later several women were astonished to find Jesus’ tomb empty.
Jesusrebukedthedisciplesfornot believing thereportsofhisbeingaliveagain.
MiraclesbegantohappenafterJesusinstructedhisdisciplestopreachthe gospel everywhereandhetoldthemthatmiracleswouldaccompanytheirministry.
