8 and_he/it _was after thus and_defeated Dāvid DOM [the]_Philistines and_subdued_them and_he/it _took Dāvid DOM the _bridle the_ammah from_hand of _[the]_Philistines.
2 And_defeated DOM Mōʼāⱱ and_measured _off_them in/on/at/with_cord he _made _lie _down DOM_them towards_land and_measured two measuring-lines to_put _to _death and_full the_length to_live and_it _became Mōʼāⱱ to_Dāvid as_servants [who _were]_bringing (of)_tribute.
3 And_defeated Dāvid DOM Hadadezer the _son of _Rehob the _king of _Zobah in/on/at/with_went_he to_restore his/its_hand in/on/at/with_river[fn].

7 And_he/it _took Dāvid DOM the _shields the_gold which they _were to the _servants of _Hadadezer and_he/it _brought_them Yərūshālayim.
8 And_from_Betah and_from_Berothai the _cities of _Hadadezer he _took the_king Dāvid bronze much very.
9 and_he/it _listened Toi the _king of _Hamath DOM_that he _had _defeated Dāvid DOM all the _army of _Hadadezer.
10 And_sent Toi DOM Yōrām his/its_son to the_king Dāvid to_ask to_him/it about_health and_to_congratulate_him on that he _had _fought in/on/at/with_Hadadezer and_defeated_him DOM (the)_man of _(the)_wars of _Toi he _was Hadadezer and_in/on/at/with_hand _of_him they _were articles of _silver and_objects of _gold and_objects of _bronze.
11 Also DOM_them he _consecrated the_king Dāvid to/for_YHWH with the_silver and_the_gold which he _had _consecrated from_all the_nations which he _had _subdued.
12 From_ʼₑdōm and_from_Mōʼāⱱ and_from_sons of _Ammon and_from_Philistines and_from_ˊₐmālēq and_from_spoil of _Hadadezer the _son of _Rehob the _king of _Zobah.
13 And_he/it _made Dāvid a _name in/on/at/with_returned_he from_striking _down_he DOM Rām in/on/at/with wwww eight- teen thousand.
14 And_he/it _assigned in/on/at/with_ʼₑdōm garrisons in_all ʼₑdōm he _put garrisons and_he/it _was all ʼₑdōm subjects to_Dāvid and_gave _victory Yahweh DOM Dāvid in/on/at/with_everywhere where he _went.
15 And_reigned Dāvid over all Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel) and_he/it _was Dāvid doing justice and_righteousness to/from_all/each/any/every people_his.
16 And_Joab the _son of _Zeruiah [was]_over the_army and_Jehoshaphat the _son of _Ahilud [was]_recorder.
17 And_Tsādōq the _son of _Ahitub and_Ahimelech the _son of _ⱱəyātār [were]_priests and_Seraiah [was]_secretary.
18 And_Benaiah the _son of _Jehoiada and_the_Cherethites and_the_Pelethites and_the _sons of _Dāvid [were]_priests they _were.
