         Comments: προσαχέω occurs only in the first hand of the Vaticanus manuscript of {S:04402702700036}, where the best textual authorities read προσάγειν in the phrase ὑπενόουν οἱ ναῦται προσάγειν τινὰ αὐτοῖς χώραν ‘the sailors suspected that they were getting close to land.’ With the verb προσαχεῖν the meaning would be ‘the sailors suspected that there was an echoing sound coming from the land.’
