Only use of identical word form συνετέθειντο (V-ILM3..P) in the Greek originals

The word form ‘συνετέθειντο’ (V-ILM3..P) is always and only glossed as ‘had decided’.

The various word forms of the root word (lemma) ‘suntithēmi’ have 3 different glosses: ‘had decided’, ‘they decided’, ‘decided’.
