Only use of identical word form πρωτότοκον (A-AMS) in the Greek originals

The word form ‘πρωτότοκον’ (A-AMS) is always and only glossed as ‘firstborn’.

The various word forms of the root word (lemma) ‘prōtotokos’ have 3 different glosses: ‘the firstborn’, ‘of the firstborn’, ‘firstborn’.
