בָּעֲרָפֶֽל׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 2 2 1 Then Solomon said, “The LORD has said that he would dwell in the thick darkness. [2]
2 וַאֲנִ֛י [3] Tevir
בָּנִ֥יתִי בֵית־זְבֻ֖ל [2] Merkha Tip'cha
לָ֑ךְ [1] Etnachta
 
וּמָכ֥וֹן לְשִׁבְתְּךָ֖ [2] Merkha Tip'cha
עוֹלָמִֽים׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 2 2 But I have built you a house and home, a place for you to dwell in forever.” ¶ [3]
3 וַיַּסֵּ֤ב הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta

1 2 3 2 2 2 3 The king turned his face, and blessed all the assembly of Israel: and all the assembly of Israel stood. ¶ [3]

אֲשֶׁ֨ר הוֹצֵ֣אתִי אֶת־עַמִּי֮ [3] Qadma Munach Zarqa
מֵאֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרַ֒יִם֒ [2] Munach Segol
 
לֹא־בָחַ֣רְתִּֽי בְעִ֗יר [3] Munach Revi'a
מִכֹּל֙ [3] Pashta
שִׁבְטֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל [2] Munach Zaqef
 
לִבְנ֣וֹת בַּ֔יִת [2] Munach Zaqef
לִהְי֥וֹת שְׁמִ֖י [2] Merkha Tip'cha

וְלֹא־בָחַ֣רְתִּֽי בְאִ֔ישׁ [2] Munach Zaqef
לִהְי֥וֹת נָגִ֖יד [2] Merkha Tip'cha
עַל־עַמִּ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
1 2 3 3 2 3 3 2 2 2 2 5 ‘Since the day that I brought my people out of the land of Egypt, I chose no city out of all the tribes of Israel to build a house in, that my name might be there and I chose no man to be prince over my people Israel; [3]

1 2 2 2 2 7 Now it was in the heart of David my father to build a house for the name of the LORD, the God of Israel. [2]

הוּא־יִבְנֶ֥ה הַבַּ֖יִת [2] Merkha Tip'cha
לִשְׁמִֽי׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 2 2 3 2 9 nevertheless you shall not build the house; but your son who will come out of your body, he shall build the house for my name.’ ¶ [2]

וּלְהַצְדִּ֣יק צַדִּ֔יק [2] Munach Zaqef

וְשָׁ֙בוּ֙ [3] Pashta
וְהוֹד֣וּ אֶת־שְׁמֶ֔ךָ [2] Munach Zaqef
 
וְהִתְפַּֽלְל֧וּ וְהִֽתְחַנְּנ֛וּ [3] Darga Tevir
לְפָנֶ֖יךָ [2] Tip'cha
בַּבַּ֥יִת הַזֶּֽה׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

אֲשֶׁר־נָתַ֥תָּה לָהֶ֖ם [2] Merkha Tip'cha
וְלַאֲבֹתֵיהֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq

וְלֹא־יִהְיֶ֥ה מָטָ֖ר [2] Merkha Tip'cha
כִּ֣י יֶחֶטְאוּ־לָ֑ךְ [1] Munach Etnachta
 
וְהִֽתְפַּֽלְל֞וּ [4] Gershayim
אֶל־הַמָּק֤וֹם הַזֶּה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
וְהוֹד֣וּ אֶת־שְׁמֶ֔ךָ [2] Munach Zaqef
 
מֵחַטָּאתָ֥ם יְשׁוּב֖וּן [2] Merkha Tip'cha
כִּ֥י תַעֲנֵֽם׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

אֶל־הַדֶּ֥רֶךְ הַטּוֹבָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha
