1 “And you, [4] bring near to you Aaron your brother [4] and his sons with him, [3] the children of Israel, [2] Eleazar and Ithamar, [2] the sons of Aaron. [1] |

| 2 וְעָשִׂ֥יתָ בִגְדֵי־קֹ֖דֶשׁ [2] Tip'cha לְאַהֲרֹ֣ן אָחִ֑יךָ [1] Etnachta וּלְתִפְאָֽרֶת׃ [1] Silluq |
2 And you shall make holy garments [2] for Aaron your brother; [1] and for beauty. [1] |

3 And you, [3] you shall speak [3] to all who have wise hearts [2] with a spirit of wisdom; [1] the garments of Aaron [3] to sanctify him, [2] that he may serve as priest to me. [1] |

4 And these are the garments [4] which they shall make, [3] and a robe, [2] a turban and a sash; [1] for Aaron your brother [3] and for his sons, [2] that he may serve as priest to me. [1] |

7 Two shoulder straps joined [3] it shall have [3] at the two ends of it, [2] that it may be joined together. [1] |

8 And the girdle of its ephod [3] which is on it [2] and of the same piece; [1] blue and purple [3] and scarlet, [2] and fine twisted linen. [1] |

9 And you shall take [2] two [2] onyx stones; [1] the names [2] of the sons of Israel. [1] |

11 The work of an engraver [3] of stone, [2 2] you shall engrave [3] the two stones, [2] of the sons of Israel; [1] in settings of gold [2] you shall make them. [1] |

12 And you shall set [4] the two stones [3] the shoulder pieces of the ephod, [2] for the children of Israel; [1] before the LORD [3] on his two shoulders [2] as a remembrance. [1] § |

13 And you shall make settings [2] of gold, [1] |

| 14 וּשְׁתֵּ֤י שַׁרְשְׁרֹת֙ [3] Pashta זָהָ֣ב טָה֔וֹר [2] Zaqef תַּעֲשֶׂ֥ה אֹתָ֖ם [2] Tip'cha מַעֲשֵׂ֣ה עֲבֹ֑ת [1] Etnachta אֶת־שַׁרְשְׁרֹ֥ת הָעֲבֹתֹ֖ת [2] Tip'cha עַל־הַֽמִּשְׁבְּצֹֽת׃ [1] Silluq ס |
14 and two chains [3] of pure gold, [2] you shall make them, [2] of braided work; [1] the braided chains [2] on the settings. [1] § |

15 “And you shall make [4] a breastpiece of judgment, [3] the work of a skillful craftsman, [2] you shall make it; [1] of blue and purple [4] and scarlet, [3] and fine twisted linen, [2] |

16 Square it shall be, [2] folded double; [1] and a span its width. [1] |

17 And you shall set in it [3] settings of stones, [2] rows of stones; [1] of a ruby, a topaz, [3] and an emerald [2] the first, [1] |

19 and the row [2] the third; [1] and an amethyst, [1] |

| 20 וְהַטּוּר֙ [3] Pashta הָרְבִיעִ֔י [2] Zaqef וְיָשְׁפֵ֑ה [1] Etnachta יִהְי֖וּ [2] Tip'cha בְּמִלּוּאֹתָֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
20 and the row [3] the fourth [2] and a jasper; [1] they shall be [2] in their settings. [1] |

21 And the stones, [4 4] they shall be [4] according to the names of the sons of Israel, [3] two and ten, [2] each one according to his name [2] for the two and ten [2] tribes. [1] |

22 And you shall make on the breastpiece [3] chains like cords [2] of braided work; [1] pure. [1] |

23 And you shall make [3 3] on the breastpiece [2] rings of gold; [1] the two [3] rings [2] ends of the breastpiece. [1] |

24 And you shall put [3] the two [3] braided chains of gold [2] rings; [1] of the breastpiece. [1] |

| 25 וְאֵ֨ת שְׁתֵּ֤י קְצוֹת֙ [3] Pashta שְׁתֵּ֣י הָעֲבֹתֹ֔ת [2] Zaqef עַל־שְׁתֵּ֣י הַֽמִּשְׁבְּצ֑וֹת [1] Etnachta עַל־כִּתְפ֥וֹת הָאֵפֹ֖ד [2] Tip'cha אֶל־מ֥וּל פָּנָֽיו׃ [1] Silluq |
25 And the other two ends [3] of the two braided chains [2] on the two settings; [1] on the shoulder pieces of the ephod [2] at its front. [1] |

26 So you shall make [3] two [3] rings of gold, [2] on the two [2] ends of the breastpiece; [1] is to the side of the ephod [2] toward the inside. [1] |

| 27 וְעָשִׂ֘יתָ֮ [3 3] Zarqa שְׁתֵּ֣י טַבְּע֣וֹת זָהָב֒ [2] Segol עַל־שְׁתֵּי֩ כִתְפ֨וֹת הָאֵפ֤וֹד מִלְּמַ֙טָּה֙ [3 3] Pashta מִמּ֣וּל פָּנָ֔יו [2] Zaqef מַחְבַּרְתּ֑וֹ [1] Etnachta לְחֵ֖שֶׁב [2] Tip'cha הָאֵפֽוֹד׃ [1] Silluq |
27 And you shall make [3 3] two rings of gold, [2] on the two shoulder pieces of the ephod underneath [3 3] on its front, [2] where it is joined; [1] the girdle [2] of the ephod. [1] |

| 28 וְיִרְכְּס֣וּ אֶת־הַ֠חֹ֠שֶׁן [4 4] TelishaG מִֽטַּבְּעֹתָ֞ו [4] Gershayim אֶל־טַבְּעֹ֤ת הָאֵפוֹד֙ [3] Pashta בִּפְתִ֣יל תְּכֵ֔לֶת [2] Zaqef עַל־חֵ֣שֶׁב הָאֵפ֑וֹד [1] Etnachta מֵעַ֖ל [2] Tip'cha הָאֵפֽוֹד׃ [1] Silluq |
28 Then they shall bind the breastpiece [4 4] by its rings [4] to the rings of the ephod [3] with a cord of blue, [2] on the girdle of the ephod; [1] from on [2] the ephod. [1] |

29 And Aaron shall bear [4 4] the names of the sons of Israel [4] in the breastpiece of judgment [3] over his heart [2] continually. [1] |

| 30 וְנָתַתָּ֞ [4] Gershayim אֶל־חֹ֣שֶׁן הַמִּשְׁפָּ֗ט [3] Revi'i וְאֶת־הַתֻּמִּ֔ים [2] Zaqef עַל־לֵ֣ב אַהֲרֹ֔ן [2] Zaqef לִפְנֵ֣י יְהֹוָ֑ה [1] Etnachta אֶת־מִשְׁפַּ֨ט בְּנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֧ל עַל־לִבּ֛וֹ [3] Tevir לִפְנֵ֥י יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha תָּמִֽיד׃ [1] Silluq ס |
30 And you shall put [4] into the breastpiece of judgment [3] and the Thummim, [2] over the heart of Aaron [2] before the LORD; [1] the judgment of the children of Israel over his heart [3] before the LORD [2] continually. [1] § |

31 “And you shall make [3] the robe of the ephod [2] entirely of blue. [1] |

| 32 וְהָיָ֥ה פִֽי־רֹאשׁ֖וֹ [2] Tip'cha בְּתוֹכ֑וֹ [1] Etnachta יִֽהְיֶה֩ לְפִ֨יו סָבִ֜יב [4] Geresh מַעֲשֵׂ֣ה אֹרֵ֗ג [3] Revi'i יִֽהְיֶה־לּ֖וֹ [2] Tip'cha |
32 And there shall be an opening at its top [2] in the middle of it; [1] its opening shall have all around [4] of woven work, [3] it shall have, [2] |

| 33 וְעָשִׂ֣יתָ עַל־שׁוּלָ֗יו [3] Revi'i רִמֹּנֵי֙ [3] Pashta תְּכֵ֤לֶת וְאַרְגָּמָן֙ [3] Pashta וְתוֹלַ֣עַת שָׁנִ֔י [2] Zaqef סָבִ֑יב [1] Etnachta בְּתוֹכָ֖ם [2] Tip'cha סָבִֽיב׃ [1] Silluq |
33 And you shall make on its hem, [3] pomegranates [3] of blue and purple [3] and scarlet, [2] all around; [1] between them [2] all around, [1] |

34 a bell of gold [3] and a pomegranate, [2] and a pomegranate; [1] all around. [1] |

35 And it shall be on Aaron [2] to serve; [1] when he goes into the holy place [4] before the LORD, [3] and when he comes out, [2] § |

36 “And you shall make a plate [2] of pure gold; [1] like the engravings of a signet, [2] TO THE LORD.’ [1] |

37 And you shall put it [3] on a cord of blue, [2] on the turban; [1] it shall be. [1] |

| 38 וְהָיָה֮ [3] Zarqa עַל־מֵ֣צַח אַהֲרֹן֒ [2] Segol אֶת־עֲוֺ֣ן הַקֳּדָשִׁ֗ים [3] Revi'i בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל [2] Zaqef קׇדְשֵׁיהֶ֑ם [1] Etnachta תָּמִ֔יד [2] Zaqef לִפְנֵ֥י יְהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Silluq |
38 And it shall be [3] on the forehead of Aaron, [2] the iniquity of the holy things [3] the children of Israel, [2] their holy; [1] continually, [2] before the LORD. [1] |

| 39 וְשִׁבַּצְתָּ֙ [3] Pashta הַכְּתֹ֣נֶת שֵׁ֔שׁ [2] Zaqef מִצְנֶ֣פֶת שֵׁ֑שׁ [1] Etnachta מַעֲשֵׂ֥ה רֹקֵֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
39 And you shall weave [3] the tunic of fine linen, [2] a turban of fine linen; [1] the work of an embroiderer. [1] |

40 “And for the sons of Aaron [3] you shall make tunics, [2] sashes; [1] you shall make for them, [2] and for beauty. [1] |

| 41 וְהִלְבַּשְׁתָּ֤ אֹתָם֙ [3] Pashta אֶת־אַהֲרֹ֣ן אָחִ֔יךָ [2] Zaqef אִתּ֑וֹ [1] Etnachta וּמִלֵּאתָ֧ אֶת־יָדָ֛ם [3] Tevir וְקִדַּשְׁתָּ֥ אֹתָ֖ם [2] Tip'cha וְכִהֲנ֥וּ לִֽי׃ [1] Silluq |
41 And you shall put them on [3] Aaron your brother, [2] with him; [1] and you shall fill their hand, [3] and you shall consecrate them, [2] that they may serve as priests to me. [1] |

42 And you shall make for them [3] undergarments of linen [2] the bare flesh; [1] they shall be. [1] |

43 And they shall be on Aaron and on his sons, [4] when they go [4] into the tent of meeting, [3] to serve in the holy place, [2] and die; [1] for him, [2] and for his offspring after him. [1] § |
