בֶּן־קָרֵ֔חַ [2] Zaqef
 
וִיזַנְיָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
בֶּן־הוֹשַֽׁעְיָ֑ה [1] Etnachta
 
וְכׇל־הָעָ֖ם [2] Tip'cha
מִקָּטֹ֥ן וְעַד־גָּדֽוֹל׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
1 2 3 2 3 2 2 1 Then all the captains of the forces, and Yochanan the son of Kareah, and Jezaniah the son of Hoshaiah, and all the people from the least even to the greatest, came near, [3]
2 וַיֹּאמְר֞וּ [4] Gershayim

וְהִתְפַּלֵּ֤ל בַּעֲדֵ֙נוּ֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
אֶל־יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ [2] Munach Zaqef
 
בְּעַ֖ד [2] Tip'cha
כׇּל־הַשְּׁאֵרִ֣ית הַזֹּ֑את [1] Munach Etnachta
 
כִּֽי־נִשְׁאַ֤רְנוּ מְעַט֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
מֵֽהַרְבֵּ֔ה [2] Zaqef
 
כַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר עֵינֶ֖יךָ [2] Merkha Tip'cha
רֹא֥וֹת אֹתָֽנוּ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
1 2 3 4 3 2 3 2 2 3 2 2 and said to Jeremiah the prophet, “Please let our supplication be presented before you, and pray for us to the LORD your God, even for all this remnant; for we are left but a few of many, as your eyes see us; [4]

אֲשֶׁ֣ר נֵֽלֶךְ־בָּ֑הּ [1] Munach Etnachta
 
וְאֶת־הַדָּבָ֖ר [2] Tip'cha
אֲשֶׁ֥ר נַעֲשֶֽׂה׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
1 2 3 2 2 3 that the LORD your God may show us the way in which we should walk, and the things that we should do.” ¶ [3]

לֹא־אֶמְנַ֥ע מִכֶּ֖ם [2] Merkha Tip'cha
דָּבָֽר׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 4 2 3 2 3 4 2 4 Then Jeremiah the prophet said to them, “I have heard you. Behold, I will pray to the LORD your God according to your words; and it will happen that whatever thing the LORD answers you, I will declare it to you. I will keep nothing back from you.” ¶ [4]

שֹׁלְחִ֥ים אֹתְךָ֛ [3] Merkha Tevir

לְמַ֙עַן֙ [3] Pashta
אֲשֶׁ֣ר יִֽיטַב־לָ֔נוּ [2] Munach Zaqef

יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

וְאֶ֛ל [3] Tevir
כׇּל־שָׂרֵ֥י הַחֲיָלִ֖ים [2] Merkha Tip'cha

וּ֨לְכׇל־הָעָ֔ם [2] Qadma Zaqef
לְמִקָּטֹ֖ן [2] Tip'cha
וְעַד־גָּדֽוֹל׃ [1] Silluq

לְהַפִּ֥יל תְּחִנַּתְכֶ֖ם [2] Merkha Tip'cha
לְפָנָֽיו׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 2 2 3 2 9 and said to them, “The LORD, the God of Israel, to whom you sent me to present your supplication before him, says: [2]
10 אִם־שׁ֤וֹב תֵּֽשְׁבוּ֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
בָּאָ֣רֶץ הַזֹּ֔את [2] Munach Zaqef
 
וּבָנִ֤יתִי אֶתְכֶם֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
וְלֹ֣א אֶהֱרֹ֔ס [2] Munach Zaqef
 
וְנָטַעְתִּ֥י אֶתְכֶ֖ם [2] Merkha Tip'cha
וְלֹ֣א אֶתּ֑וֹשׁ [1] Munach Etnachta
 
כִּ֤י נִחַ֙מְתִּי֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
אֶל־הָ֣רָעָ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef
 
אֲשֶׁ֥ר עָשִׂ֖יתִי [2] Merkha Tip'cha
לָכֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 2 3 2 2 3 2 10 ‘If you will still live in this land, then I will build you, and not pull you down, and I will plant you, and not pluck you up; for I grieve over the distress that I have brought on you. [3]

מֶ֣לֶךְ בָּבֶ֔ל [2] Munach Zaqef
 
אֲשֶׁר־אַתֶּ֥ם יְרֵאִ֖ים [2] Merkha Tip'cha

אַל־תִּֽירְא֤וּ מִמֶּ֙נּוּ֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
נְאֻם־יְהֹוָ֔ה [2] Zaqef
 
כִּֽי־אִתְּכֶ֣ם אָ֔נִי [2] Munach Zaqef
 
לְהוֹשִׁ֧יעַ אֶתְכֶ֛ם [3] Darga Tevir
וּלְהַצִּ֥יל אֶתְכֶ֖ם [2] Merkha Tip'cha
מִיָּדֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 3 2 2 3 2 2 3 11 Don’t be afraid of the king of Babylon, of whom you are afraid. Don’t be afraid of him,’ says the LORD: ‘for I am with you to save you, and to deliver you from his hand. [3]

אֶל־אַדְמַתְכֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 2 12 I will grant you mercy, that he may have mercy on you, and cause you to return to your own land. ¶ [3]
13 וְאִם־אֹמְרִ֣ים אַתֶּ֔ם [2] Munach Zaqef

בָּאָ֣רֶץ הַזֹּ֑את [1] Munach Etnachta
 
לְבִלְתִּ֣י שְׁמֹ֔עַ [2] Munach Zaqef
בְּק֖וֹל [2] Tip'cha
יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
1 2 2 2 2 13 “ ‘But if you say, “We will not dwell in this land;” so that you don’t obey the LORD your God’s voice, [2]

כִּ֣י אֶ֤רֶץ מִצְרַ֙יִם֙ [3] Munach Mapakh Pashta

אֲשֶׁ֤ר לֹֽא־נִרְאֶה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
מִלְחָמָ֔ה [2] Zaqef
 
וְק֥וֹל שׁוֹפָ֖ר [2] Merkha Tip'cha
לֹ֣א נִשְׁמָ֑ע [1] Munach Etnachta
 
וְלַלֶּ֥חֶם לֹֽא־נִרְעָ֖ב [2] Merkha Tip'cha
וְשָׁ֥ם נֵשֵֽׁב׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
1 2 3 3 3 2 3 2 2 14 saying, “No; but we will go into the land of Egypt, where we will see no war, nor hear the sound of the shofar, nor have hunger of bread; and there will we dwell:” ’ [3]

לָג֥וּר שָֽׁם׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

תַּשִּׂ֥יג אֶתְכֶ֖ם [2] Merkha Tip'cha
בְּאֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרָ֑יִם [1] Munach Etnachta
 
וְהָרָעָ֞ב [4] Gershayim
אֲשֶׁר־אַתֶּ֣ם ׀ [4] Munach Legarmeh
דֹּאֲגִ֣ים מִמֶּ֗נּוּ [3] Munach Revi'a
 
שָׁ֣ם יִדְבַּ֧ק אַחֲרֵיכֶ֛ם [3] Munach Darga Tevir
מִצְרַ֖יִם [2] Tip'cha
 
וְשָׁ֥ם תָּמֻֽתוּ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
1 2 3 3 2 3 2 3 4 4 3 16 then it will happen that the sword, which you fear, will overtake you there in the land of Egypt; and the famine, about which you are afraid, will follow close behind you there in Egypt; and you will die there. [3]
17 וְיִֽהְי֣וּ כׇל־הָאֲנָשִׁ֗ים [3] Munach Revi'a

בָּרָעָ֣ב וּבַדָּ֑בֶר [1] Munach Etnachta
 
וְלֹֽא־יִהְיֶ֤ה לָהֶם֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
שָׂרִ֣יד וּפָלִ֔יט [2] Munach Zaqef
 
מִפְּנֵי֙ [3] Pashta
הָרָעָ֔ה [2] Zaqef
 
אֲשֶׁ֥ר אֲנִ֖י [2] Merkha Tip'cha
מֵבִ֥יא עֲלֵיהֶֽם׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
1 2 3 3 4 2 2 2 3 2 3 2 17 So will it be with all the men who set their faces to go into Egypt to live there. They will die by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence. None of them will remain or escape from the evil that I will bring on them.’ [3]

לְאָלָ֤ה וּלְשַׁמָּה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
וְלִקְלָלָ֣ה וּלְחֶרְפָּ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef
 
וְלֹא־תִרְא֣וּ ע֔וֹד [2] Munach Zaqef
אֶת־הַמָּק֖וֹם [2] Tip'cha
הַזֶּֽה׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 4 2 3 4 3 2 3 2 2 3 4 2 2 18 For the LORD of Hosts, the God of Israel, says: ‘As my anger and my wrath has been poured out on the inhabitants of Jerusalem, so my wrath will be poured out on you, when you enter into Egypt; and you will be an object of horror, an astonishment, a curse, and a reproach; and you will see this place no more.’ ¶ [4]

אֲשֶׁר־שְׁלָחַ֥נִי אֲלֵיכֶֽם׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
1 2 2 3 3 2 21 I have declared it to you today; but you have not obeyed the LORD your God’s voice in anything for which he has sent me to you. [2]

בַּחֶ֛רֶב [3] Tevir

אֲשֶׁ֣ר חֲפַצְתֶּ֔ם [2] Munach Zaqef
 
לָב֖וֹא [2] Tip'cha
לָג֥וּר שָֽׁם׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
