1 Remember O LORD for David [2]
-- [2]
all his affliction, [1]
2 אֲשֶׁ֣ר נִ֭שְׁבַּע [3] Dechi
לַֽיהֹוָ֑ה [2] Etnachta
 
נָ֝דַ֗ר [2] Revi'i Mugrash
לַאֲבִ֥יר יַעֲקֹֽב׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 2 who swore [3]
to the LORD; [2]
 
he vowed to [2]
the Mighty One of Jacob, [1]
3 אִם־אָ֭בֹא [3] Dechi
בְּאֹ֣הֶל בֵּיתִ֑י [2] Etnachta
 
אִם־אֶ֝עֱלֶ֗ה [2] Revi'i Mugrash
עַל־עֶ֥רֶשׂ יְצוּעָֽי׃ [1] Silluq

into the tent of my house; [2]
 
I will not go up [2]
onto my bed, [1]
4 אִם־אֶתֵּ֣ן שְׁנַ֣ת [3] VDechi
לְעֵינָ֑י [2] Etnachta
 
לְֽעַפְעַפַּ֥י תְּנוּמָֽה׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 4 I will not give sleep [3]
to my eyes; [2]
 
to my eyelids slumber, [1]
5 עַד־אֶמְצָ֣א מָ֭קוֹם [3] Dechi
לַיהֹוָ֑ה [2] Etnachta
 
מִ֝שְׁכָּנ֗וֹת [2] Revi'i Mugrash
לַאֲבִ֥יר יַעֲקֹֽב׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 5 until I find a place [3]
for the LORD; [2]
 
a dwelling place [2]
for the Mighty One of Jacob.” [1]
6 הִנֵּֽה־שְׁמַעֲנ֥וּהָ בְאֶפְרָ֑תָה [2] Etnachta
 
מְ֝צָאנ֗וּהָ [2] Revi'i Mugrash
בִּשְׂדֵי־יָֽעַר׃ [1] Silluq
2 2 6 Behold we heard of it in Ephrathah; [2]
 
we found it [2]
in the fields of Jaar, [1]
7 נָב֥וֹאָה לְמִשְׁכְּנוֹתָ֑יו [2] Etnachta
 
נִ֝שְׁתַּחֲוֶ֗ה [2] Revi'i Mugrash
לַהֲדֹ֥ם רַגְלָֽיו׃ [1] Silluq
2 2 7 “Let us go to his dwelling place; [2]
 
let us bow down [2]
at the footstool of his feet. [1]
8 קוּמָ֣ה יְ֭הֹוָה [3] Dechi
לִמְנוּחָתֶ֑ךָ [2] Etnachta
 
אַ֝תָּ֗ה [2] Revi'i Mugrash
וַאֲר֥וֹן עֻזֶּֽךָ׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 8 Arise O LORD [3]
to your resting place; [2]
 
you [2]
and the ark of your strength. [1]
9 כֹּהֲנֶ֥יךָ יִלְבְּשׁוּ־צֶ֑דֶק [2] Etnachta
 
וַחֲסִידֶ֥יךָ יְרַנֵּֽנוּ׃ [1] Silluq
2 9 Let your priests be clothed in righteousness; [2]
 
and let your faithful ones shout for joy!” [1]
10 בַּֽ֭עֲבוּר [3] Dechi
דָּוִ֣ד עַבְדֶּ֑ךָ [2] Etnachta
 
אַל־תָּ֝שֵׁ֗ב [2] Revi'i Mugrash
פְּנֵ֣י מְשִׁיחֶֽךָ׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 10 For the sake of [3]
David your servant; [2]
 
do not turn away [2]
the face of your anointed one. [1]
11 נִשְׁבַּֽע־יְהֹוָ֨ה ׀ [4] Azla Legarmeh
לְדָוִ֡ד [4] Pazer
אֱמֶת֮ [3] Sinnor
לֹא־יָשׁ֢וּב מִ֫מֶּ֥נָּה [2] Ole Veyored
 
מִפְּרִ֥י בִטְנְךָ֑ [2] Etnachta
אָ֝שִׁ֗ית [2] Revi'i Mugrash
לְכִסֵּא־לָֽךְ׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 4 4 2 2 11 The LORD has sworn [4]
to David [4]
in faithfulness, [3]
he will not turn back from it; [2]
 
“One of the fruit of your body, [2]
I will set [2]
on your throne. [1]
12 אִֽם־יִשְׁמְר֬וּ בָנֶ֨יךָ ׀ [4] Azla Legarmeh
בְּרִיתִי֮ [3] Sinnor
 
וְעֵדֹתִ֥י ז֗וֹ [3] Revi'i
אֲלַ֫מְּדֵ֥ם [2] Ole Veyored
 
גַּם־בְּנֵיהֶ֥ם עֲדֵי־עַ֑ד [2] Etnachta
יֵ֝שְׁב֗וּ [2] Revi'i Mugrash
לְכִסֵּא־לָֽךְ׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 4 3 2 2 12 If your sons will keep [4]
my covenant, [3]
 
and my testimonies which [3]
I will teach them; [2]
 
their children also forever, [2]
they will sit [2]
on your throne.” [1]
13 כִּי־בָחַ֣ר יְהֹוָ֣ה [3] VDechi
בְּצִיּ֑וֹן [2] Etnachta
 
אִ֝וָּ֗הּ [2] Revi'i Mugrash
לְמוֹשָׁ֥ב לֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 13 For the LORD has chosen [3]
Zion; [2]
 
he has desired it [2]
as his dwelling place. [1]
14 זֹאת־מְנוּחָתִ֥י עֲדֵי־עַ֑ד [2] Etnachta
 
פֹּה־אֵ֝שֵׁ֗ב [2] Revi'i Mugrash
כִּ֣י אִוִּתִֽיהָ׃ [1] Silluq
2 2 14 “This is my resting place forever; [2]
 
I will dwell here, [2]
for I have desired it. [1]
15 צֵ֭ידָהּ [3] Dechi
בָּרֵ֣ךְ אֲבָרֵ֑ךְ [2] Etnachta
 
אֶ֝בְיוֹנֶ֗יהָ [2] Revi'i Mugrash
אַשְׂבִּ֥יעַֽ לָֽחֶם׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 15 Her food supply [3]
abundantly I will bless; [2]
 
her needy [2]
I will satisfy with bread, [1]
16 וְֽ֭כֹהֲנֶיהָ [3] Dechi
אַלְבִּ֣ישׁ יֶ֑שַׁע [2] Etnachta
 
וַ֝חֲסִידֶ֗יהָ [2] Revi'i Mugrash
רַנֵּ֥ן יְרַנֵּֽנוּ׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 16 and her priests [3]
I will clothe with salvation; [2]
 
and her faithful, [2]
they will shout for joy. [1]
17 שָׁ֤ם אַצְמִ֣יחַ קֶ֣רֶן [3] VDechi
לְדָוִ֑ד [2] Etnachta
 
עָרַ֥כְתִּי נֵ֝֗ר [2] Revi'i Mugrash
לִמְשִׁיחִֽי׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 17 There I will make a horn grow [3]
for David; [2]
 
I have ordained a lamp [2]
for my anointed. [1]
18 א֭וֹיְבָיו [3] Dechi
אַלְבִּ֣ישׁ בֹּ֑שֶׁת [2] Etnachta
 
וְ֝עָלָ֗יו [2] Revi'i Mugrash
יָצִ֥יץ נִזְרֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq

I will clothe with shame; [2]
 
but on him [2]
his crown will shine.” [1]
