1 וַ֭יַּעַן [3] Dechi
בִּלְדַּ֥ד הַשֻּׁחִ֗י [3/2] Revi'i
וַיֹּאמַֽר׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 1 Then Bildad the Shuhite answered, [3]
2 הַמְשֵׁ֣ל וָפַ֣חַד [3] VDechi
עִמּ֑וֹ [2] Etnachta
 
עֹשֶׂ֥ה שָׁ֝ל֗וֹם [2] Revi'i Mugrash
בִּמְרוֹמָֽיו׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 2 “Dominion and fear are with him. He makes peace in his high places. [3]
3 הֲיֵ֣שׁ מִ֭סְפָּר [3] Dechi
לִגְדוּדָ֑יו [2] Etnachta
 
וְעַל־מִ֝֗י [2] Revi'i Mugrash
לֹא־יָק֥וּם אוֹרֵֽהוּ׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 3 Can his armies be counted? On whom does his light not arise? [3]
4 וּמַה־יִּצְדַּ֣ק אֱנ֣וֹשׁ [3] VDechi
עִם־אֵ֑ל [2] Etnachta
 
וּמַה־יִּ֝זְכֶּ֗ה [2] Revi'i Mugrash
יְל֣וּד אִשָּֽׁה׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 4 How then can man be just with God? Or how can he who is born of a woman be clean? [3]
5 הֵ֣ן עַד־יָ֭רֵחַ [3] Dechi
וְלֹ֣א יַאֲהִ֑יל [2] Etnachta
 
וְ֝כוֹכָבִ֗ים [2] Revi'i Mugrash
לֹא־זַכּ֥וּ בְעֵינָֽיו׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 5 Behold, even the moon has no brightness, and the stars are not pure in his sight, [3]
6 אַ֭ף [3] Dechi
כִּֽי־אֱנ֣וֹשׁ רִמָּ֑ה [2] Etnachta
 
וּבֶן־אָ֝דָ֗ם [2] Revi'i Mugrash
תּוֹלֵעָֽה׃ [1] Silluq
