Only use of identical word form συλλαλήσας (V-PAA.NMS) in the Greek originals

The word form ‘συλλαλήσας’ (V-PAA.NMS) is always and only glossed as ‘having conversed_with’.

The various word forms of the root word (lemma) ‘sullaleō’ have 5 different glosses: ‘having conversed_with’, ‘were conversing_with’, ‘he conversed_with’, ‘they were conversing_with’, ‘conversing_with’.
