Only use of identical word form ἐξουθενοῦντες (V-PPA.NMP) in the Greek originals

The word form ‘ἐξουθενοῦντες’ (V-PPA.NMP) is always and only glossed as ‘scorning’.

The various word forms of the root word (lemma) ‘exoutheneō’ have 8 different glosses: ‘are scorning’, ‘be scorning’, ‘having scorned’, ‘having_been scorned’, ‘may scorn’, ‘him let_be scorning’, ‘you_all scorned’, ‘scorning’.
