Only use of identical word form ἐπιθυμῆσαι (V-NAA....) in the Greek originals

The word form ‘ἐπιθυμῆσαι’ (V-NAA....) is always and only glossed as ‘to lust’.

The various word forms of the root word (lemma) ‘epithumeō’ have 15 different glosses: ‘are desiring’, ‘is desiring’, ‘to lust’, ‘I coveted’, ‘I desired’, ‘he is desiring’, ‘he was desiring’, ‘they will_be desiring’, ‘they desired’, ‘we are desiring’, ‘you will_be coveting’, ‘you_all are desiring’, ‘you_all will_be desiring’, ‘desired’, ‘desiring’.
