1 וְעַתָּ֣ה יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל [3] Munach Revi'a
שְׁמַ֤ע אֶל־הַֽחֻקִּים֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
וְאֶל־הַמִּשְׁפָּטִ֔ים [2] Zaqef
 
אֲשֶׁ֧ר אָֽנֹכִ֛י [3] Darga Tevir
מְלַמֵּ֥ד אֶתְכֶ֖ם [2] Merkha Tip'cha
לַעֲשׂ֑וֹת [1] Etnachta
 
לְמַ֣עַן תִּֽחְי֗וּ [3] Munach Revi'a
וּבָאתֶם֙ [3] Pashta
וִֽירִשְׁתֶּ֣ם אֶת־הָאָ֔רֶץ [2] Munach Zaqef
 
אֲשֶׁ֧ר יְהֹוָ֛ה [3] Darga Tevir
אֱלֹהֵ֥י אֲבֹתֵיכֶ֖ם [2] Merkha Tip'cha
נֹתֵ֥ן לָכֶֽם׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
1 2 3 3 2 3 2 3 3 2 3 1 Now, Israel, listen to the statutes and to the ordinances which I teach you, to do them; that you may live, and go in and possess the land which the LORD, the God of your fathers, gives you. [3]

יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֔ם [2] Munach Zaqef
 
אֲשֶׁ֥ר אָנֹכִ֖י [2] Merkha Tip'cha
מְצַוֶּ֥ה אֶתְכֶֽם׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

אֲשֶׁ֤ר הָלַךְ֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
אַחֲרֵ֣י בַֽעַל־פְּע֔וֹר [2] Munach Zaqef
 
הִשְׁמִיד֛וֹ [3] Tevir
יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ [2] Merkha Tip'cha
מִקִּרְבֶּֽךָ׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 2 3 2 3 3 2 3 3 Your eyes have seen what the LORD did because of Baal Peor; for the LORD your God has destroyed all the men who followed Baal Peor from among you. [3]

1 2 3 2 2 4 But you who were faithful to the LORD your God are all alive today. [3]

לַעֲשׂ֣וֹת כֵּ֔ן [2] Munach Zaqef
בְּקֶ֣רֶב הָאָ֔רֶץ [2] Munach Zaqef
 
אֲשֶׁ֥ר אַתֶּ֛ם [3] Merkha Tevir
בָּאִ֥ים שָׁ֖מָּה [2] Merkha Tip'cha
לְרִשְׁתָּֽהּ׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 4 3 2 2 2 2 3 5 Behold, I have taught you statutes and ordinances, even as the LORD my God commanded me, that you should do so in the middle of the land where you go in to possess it. [4]

כׇּל־הַחֻקִּ֣ים הָאֵ֔לֶּה [2] Munach Zaqef

עַם־חָכָ֣ם וְנָב֔וֹן [2] Munach Zaqef
 
הַגּ֥וֹי הַגָּד֖וֹל [2] Merkha Tip'cha
הַזֶּֽה׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 2 3 2 2 3 3 2 3 3 2 6 Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the peoples who shall hear all these statutes and say, “Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.” [3]

1 2 3 2 2 2 7 For what great nation is there that has a god so near to them as the LORD our God is whenever we call on him? [3]

הַיּֽוֹם׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 2 3 2 3 2 3 8 What great nation is there that has statutes and ordinances so righteous as all this law which I set before you today? ¶ [3]

מִלְּבָ֣בְךָ֔ [2] Munach Zaqef

וְהוֹדַעְתָּ֥ם לְבָנֶ֖יךָ [2] Merkha Tip'cha
וְלִבְנֵ֥י בָנֶֽיךָ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
1 2 3 4 4 3 4 3 2 2 9 Only be careful, and keep your soul diligently, lest you forget the things which your eyes saw, and lest they depart from your heart all the days of your life; but make them known to your children and your children’s children— [4]

עָנָ֥ן וַעֲרָפֶֽל׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
1 2 2 3 4 2 11 You came near and stood under the mountain. The mountain burned with fire to the heart of the sky, with darkness, cloud, and thick darkness. [2]

מִתּ֣וֹךְ הָאֵ֑שׁ [1] Munach Etnachta

וּתְמוּנָ֛ה [3] Tevir

כִּ֣י לֹ֤א רְאִיתֶם֙ [3] Munach Mapakh Pashta

דִּבֶּ֨ר יְהֹוָ֧ה אֲלֵיכֶ֛ם [3] Qadma Darga Tevir

א֥וֹ נְקֵבָֽה׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
1 2 2 3 2 16 lest you corrupt yourselves, and make yourself a carved image in the form of any figure, the likeness of male or female, [2]

לִהְי֥וֹת ל֛וֹ [3] Merkha Tevir
לְעַ֥ם נַחֲלָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha
כַּיּ֥וֹם הַזֶּֽה׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
1 2 3 2 3 2 3 20 But the LORD has taken you, and brought you out of the iron furnace, out of Egypt, to be to him a people of inheritance, as it is today. [3]

עַל־דִּבְרֵיכֶ֑ם [1] Etnachta
 
וַיִּשָּׁבַ֗ע [3] Revi'a
לְבִלְתִּ֤י עׇבְרִי֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
אֶת־הַיַּרְדֵּ֔ן [2] Zaqef
 
וּלְבִלְתִּי־בֹא֙ [3] Pashta
אֶל־הָאָ֣רֶץ הַטּוֹבָ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef

יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ [2] Munach Zaqef
 
נֹתֵ֥ן לְךָ֖ [2] Merkha Tip'cha

1 2 2 3 3 2 3 2 3 2 21 Furthermore the LORD was angry with me for your sakes, and swore that I should not go over the Jordan, and that I should not go in to that good land which the LORD your God gives you for an inheritance; [2]

אֵינֶ֥נִּי עֹבֵ֖ר [2] Merkha Tip'cha

וִֽירִשְׁתֶּ֕ם [2] ZaqefG

הַזֹּֽאת׃ [1] Silluq

אֲשֶׁ֥ר צִוְּךָ֖ [2] Merkha Tip'cha
יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶֽיךָ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
1 2 3 3 3 2 2 3 2 23 Be careful, lest you forget the covenant of the LORD your God, which he made with you, and make yourselves a carved image in the form of anything which the LORD your God has forbidden you. [3]

וַעֲשִׂ֤יתֶם פֶּ֙סֶל֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta

וַעֲשִׂיתֶ֥ם הָרַ֛ע [3] Merkha Tevir
בְּעֵינֵ֥י יְהֹוָה־אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ [2] Merkha Tip'cha
לְהַכְעִיסֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 2 2 3 3 2 3 25 When you shall father children and children’s children, and you shall have been long in the land, and shall corrupt yourselves, and make a carved image in the form of anything, and shall do that which is evil in the LORD your God’s sight to provoke him to anger, [3]

לֹֽא־תַאֲרִיכֻ֤ן יָמִים֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
עָלֶ֔יהָ [2] Zaqef
 
כִּ֥י הִשָּׁמֵ֖ד [2] Merkha Tip'cha
תִּשָּׁמֵדֽוּן׃ [1] Silluq
