1 And the LORD spoke [3] to Moses and to Aaron [2] saying, [1] |

2 הַחֹ֧דֶשׁ הַזֶּ֛ה [3] Tevir לָכֶ֖ם [2] Tip'cha רֹ֣אשׁ חֳדָשִׁ֑ים [1] Etnachta לָכֶ֔ם [2] Zaqef הַשָּׁנָֽה׃ [1] Silluq |
2 “This month [3] for you [2] shall be the beginning of months; [1] for you [2] of the year. [1] |

3 דַּבְּר֗וּ [3] Revi'i אֶֽל־כׇּל־עֲדַ֤ת יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ [3] Pashta לֵאמֹ֔ר [2] Zaqef לַחֹ֣דֶשׁ הַזֶּ֑ה [1] Etnachta אִ֛ישׁ [3] Tevir שֶׂ֥ה לְבֵית־אָבֹ֖ת [2] Tip'cha שֶׂ֥ה לַבָּֽיִת׃ [1] Silluq |
3 Speak [3] to all the congregation of Israel [3] saying, [2] of this month; [1] each one [3] a lamb for the house of the fathers, [2] a lamb for a household, [1] |

4 וְאִם־יִמְעַ֣ט הַבַּ֘יִת֮ [3 3] Zarqa מִהְי֣וֹת מִשֶּׂה֒ [2] Segol וּשְׁכֵנ֛וֹ [3] Tevir הַקָּרֹ֥ב אֶל־בֵּית֖וֹ [2] Tip'cha בְּמִכְסַ֣ת נְפָשֹׁ֑ת [1] Etnachta לְפִ֣י אׇכְל֔וֹ [2] Zaqef עַל־הַשֶּֽׂה׃ [1] Silluq |
4 but if the household is too small [3 3] for a lamb, [2] and his neighbor [3] who is near his house, [2] according to the number of people; [1] according to his eating [2] for the lamb. [1] |

5 שֶׂ֥ה תָמִ֛ים [3] Tevir זָכָ֥ר בֶּן־שָׁנָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha יִהְיֶ֣ה לָכֶ֑ם [1] Etnachta תִּקָּֽחוּ׃ [1] Silluq |
5 A lamb without blemish [3] a year old male, [2] yours shall be; [1] you shall take. [1] |

6 וְהָיָ֤ה לָכֶם֙ [3] Pashta לְמִשְׁמֶ֔רֶת [2] Zaqef י֖וֹם [2] Tip'cha לַחֹ֣דֶשׁ הַזֶּ֑ה [1] Etnachta כֹּ֛ל [3] Tevir קְהַ֥ל עֲדַֽת־יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל [2] Tip'cha בֵּ֥ין הָעַרְבָּֽיִם׃ [1] Silluq |
6 And you shall have it [3] to watch over, [2] day [2] of the same month; [1] all [3] the assembly of the congregation of Israel, [2] between the two evenings. [1] |

7 וְלָֽקְחוּ֙ [3] Pashta מִן־הַדָּ֔ם [2] Zaqef עַל־שְׁתֵּ֥י הַמְּזוּזֹ֖ת [2] Tip'cha וְעַל־הַמַּשְׁק֑וֹף [1] Etnachta הַבָּ֣תִּ֔ים [2] Zaqef בָּהֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
7 And they shall take [3] some of the blood, [2] on the two door posts [2] and on the crossbeam; [1] the houses [2] in them. [1] |

8 וְאָכְל֥וּ אֶת־הַבָּשָׂ֖ר [2] Tip'cha בַּלַּ֣יְלָה הַזֶּ֑ה [1] Etnachta עַל־מְרֹרִ֖ים [2] Tip'cha יֹאכְלֻֽהוּ׃ [1] Silluq |
8 And they shall eat the meat [2] on this night; [1] with bitter herbs [2] they shall eat it. [1] |

9 אַל־תֹּאכְל֤וּ מִמֶּ֙נּוּ֙ [3 3] Pashta נָ֔א [2] Zaqef בַּמָּ֑יִם [1] Etnachta רֹאשׁ֥וֹ עַל־כְּרָעָ֖יו [2] Tip'cha וְעַל־קִרְבּֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq |
9 Do not eat any of it [3 3] raw, [2] in water; [1] its head with its legs [2] and with its inner parts. [1] |

10 וְלֹא־תוֹתִ֥ירוּ מִמֶּ֖נּוּ [2] Tip'cha עַד־בֹּ֑קֶר [1] Etnachta עַד־בֹּ֖קֶר [2] Tip'cha בָּאֵ֥שׁ תִּשְׂרֹֽפוּ׃ [1] Silluq |
10 And you shall let nothing of it remain [2] until morning; [1] until morning, [2] you shall burn with fire. [1] |

11 וְכָ֘כָה֮ [3 3] Zarqa תֹּאכְל֣וּ אֹתוֹ֒ [2] Segol בְּרַגְלֵיכֶ֔ם [2] Zaqef בְּיֶדְכֶ֑ם [1] Etnachta בְּחִפָּז֔וֹן [2] Zaqef לַיהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Silluq |
11 And like this [3 3] you shall eat it, [2] on your feet [2] in your hand; [1] in haste. [2] to the LORD. [1] |

12 וְעָבַרְתִּ֣י בְאֶֽרֶץ־מִצְרַ֘יִם֮ [3 3] Zarqa בַּלַּ֣יְלָה הַזֶּה֒ [2] Segol בְּאֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרַ֔יִם [2] Zaqef וְעַד־בְּהֵמָ֑ה [1] Etnachta אֶֽעֱשֶׂ֥ה שְׁפָטִ֖ים [2] Tip'cha אֲנִ֥י יְהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Silluq |
12 For I will pass through the land of Egypt [3 3] on this night, [2] in the land of Egypt, [2] and to animal; [1] I will execute judgment. [2] I am the LORD. [1] |

13 וְהָיָה֩ הַדָּ֨ם לָכֶ֜ם [4] Geresh לְאֹ֗ת [3] Revi'i אֲשֶׁ֣ר אַתֶּ֣ם שָׁ֔ם [2] Zaqef אֶת־הַדָּ֔ם [2] Zaqef עֲלֵכֶ֑ם [1] Etnachta לְמַשְׁחִ֔ית [2] Zaqef בְּאֶ֥רֶץ מִצְרָֽיִם׃ [1] Silluq |
13 And the blood shall be to you [4] for a sign [3] where you are, [2] the blood, [2] over you; [1] for destruction [2] the land of Egypt. [1] |

14 וְהָיָה֩ הַיּ֨וֹם הַזֶּ֤ה לָכֶם֙ [3] Pashta לְזִכָּר֔וֹן [2] Zaqef חַ֣ג לַֽיהֹוָ֑ה [1] Etnachta חֻקַּ֥ת עוֹלָ֖ם [2] Tip'cha תְּחׇגֻּֽהוּ׃ [1] Silluq |
14 And this day shall be for you [3] a memorial, [2] a feast to the LORD; [1] as an eternal ordinance [2] you shall keep it a feast. [1] |

15 שִׁבְעַ֤ת יָמִים֙ [3] Pashta מַצּ֣וֹת תֹּאכֵ֔לוּ [2] Zaqef בַּיּ֣וֹם הָרִאשׁ֔וֹן [2] Zaqef מִבָּתֵּיכֶ֑ם [1] Etnachta כׇּל־אֹכֵ֣ל חָמֵ֗ץ [3] Revi'i הַנֶּ֤פֶשׁ הַהִוא֙ [3] Pashta מִיִּשְׂרָאֵ֔ל [2] Zaqef עַד־י֥וֹם הַשְּׁבִעִֽי׃ [1] Silluq |
15 “ ‘Seven days [3] you shall eat unleavened bread, [2] on the first day [2] from your houses; [1] whoever eats what is leavened, [3] that soul, [3] from Israel, [2] until the seventh day. [1] |

16 וּבַיּ֤וֹם הָרִאשׁוֹן֙ [3] Pashta מִקְרָא־קֹ֔דֶשׁ [2] Zaqef הַשְּׁבִיעִ֔י [2] Zaqef יִהְיֶ֣ה לָכֶ֑ם [1] Etnachta לֹא־יֵעָשֶׂ֣ה בָהֶ֔ם [2] Zaqef אֲשֶׁ֣ר יֵאָכֵ֣ל לְכׇל־נֶ֔פֶשׁ [2] Zaqef יֵעָשֶׂ֥ה לָכֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
16 And on the first day [3] a holy convocation, [2] the seventh [2] shall be for you; [1] it shall not be done on them, [2] that which each person will eat, [2] you may do it. [1] |

17 וּשְׁמַרְתֶּם֮ [3] Zarqa אֶת־הַמַּצּוֹת֒ [2] Segol בְּעֶ֙צֶם֙ [3 3] Pashta הַיּ֣וֹם הַזֶּ֔ה [2] Zaqef מֵאֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרָ֑יִם [1] Etnachta אֶת־הַיּ֥וֹם הַזֶּ֛ה [3] Tevir לְדֹרֹתֵיכֶ֖ם [2] Tip'cha חֻקַּ֥ת עוֹלָֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
17 So you shall observe [3] the (feast of) unleavened bread, [2] on the same, [3 3] this day, [2] from the land of Egypt; [1] this day [3] to your generations, [2] as an eternal ordinance. [1] |

18 בָּרִאשֹׁ֡ן [4] Pazer בְּאַרְבָּעָה֩ עָשָׂ֨ר י֤וֹם לַחֹ֙דֶשׁ֙ [3 3] Pashta בָּעֶ֔רֶב [2] Zaqef מַצֹּ֑ת [1] Etnachta י֣וֹם הָאֶחָ֧ד וְעֶשְׂרִ֛ים [3] Tevir לַחֹ֖דֶשׁ [2] Tip'cha בָּעָֽרֶב׃ [1] Silluq |
18 In the first month [4] on the fourteenth day of the month, [3 3] in the evening, [2] unleavened bread; [1] day one and twenty [3] of the month, [2] in the evening. [1] |

19 שִׁבְעַ֣ת יָמִ֔ים [2] Zaqef שְׂאֹ֕ר [2] ZaqefG לֹ֥א יִמָּצֵ֖א [2] Tip'cha בְּבָתֵּיכֶ֑ם [1] Etnachta כׇּל־אֹכֵ֣ל מַחְמֶ֗צֶת [3] Revi'i הַנֶּ֤פֶשׁ הַהִוא֙ [3] Pashta מֵעֲדַ֣ת יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל [2] Zaqef וּבְאֶזְרַ֥ח הָאָֽרֶץ׃ [1] Silluq |
19 Seven days, [2] yeast, [2] it shall not be found [2] in your houses; [1] whoever eats that which is leavened, [3] that soul, [3] from the congregation of Israel, [2] or one who is born in the land. [1] |

20 כׇּל־מַחְמֶ֖צֶת [2] Tip'cha לֹ֣א תֹאכֵ֑לוּ [1] Etnachta מוֹשְׁבֹ֣תֵיכֶ֔ם [2] Zaqef מַצּֽוֹת׃ [1] Silluq פ |
20 Anything leavened [2] you shall not eat; [1] your houses, [2] unleavened bread.’ ” [1] ¶ |

21 וַיִּקְרָ֥א מֹשֶׁ֛ה [3] Tevir לְכׇל־זִקְנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל [2] Tip'cha וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֲלֵהֶ֑ם [1] Etnachta וּקְח֨וּ לָכֶ֥ם צֹ֛אן [3] Tevir לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתֵיכֶ֖ם [2] Tip'cha וְשַׁחֲט֥וּ הַפָּֽסַח׃ [1] Silluq |
21 Then Moses called [3] for all the elders of Israel, [2] and he said to them; [1] and select for yourselves lambs [3] according to your families, [2] and slaughter the Passover lamb. [1] |

22 וּלְקַחְתֶּ֞ם [4] Gershayim אֲגֻדַּ֣ת אֵז֗וֹב [3] Revi'i בַּדָּ֣ם אֲשֶׁר־בַּסַּף֒ [2] Segol וְאֶל־שְׁתֵּ֣י הַמְּזוּזֹ֔ת [2] Zaqef אֲשֶׁ֣ר בַּסָּ֑ף [1] Etnachta לֹ֥א תֵצְא֛וּ [3] Tevir אִ֥ישׁ מִפֶּֽתַח־בֵּית֖וֹ [2] Tip'cha עַד־בֹּֽקֶר׃ [1] Silluq |
22 And you shall take [4] a bunch of hyssop [3] in the blood that is in the basin, [2] and to the two door posts [2] that is in the basin; [1] you shall not go out [3] anyone from the door of his house [2] until morning. [1] |

23 וְעָבַ֣ר יְהֹוָה֮ [3] Zarqa לִנְגֹּ֣ף אֶת־מִצְרַ֒יִם֒ [2 2] Segol עַל־הַמַּשְׁק֔וֹף [2] Zaqef שְׁתֵּ֣י הַמְּזוּזֹ֑ת [1] Etnachta עַל־הַפֶּ֔תַח [2] Zaqef הַמַּשְׁחִ֔ית [2] Zaqef לִנְגֹּֽף׃ [1] Silluq |
23 For the LORD will pass through [3] to strike the Egyptians, [2 2] on the crossbeam [2] the two door posts; [1] over the door, [2] the destroyer [2] to strike you. [1] |

24 וּשְׁמַרְתֶּ֖ם [2] Tip'cha אֶת־הַדָּבָ֣ר הַזֶּ֑ה [1] Etnachta עַד־עוֹלָֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
24 And you shall observe [2] these instructions; [1] forever. [1] |

25 וְהָיָ֞ה [4] Gershayim כִּֽי־תָבֹ֣אוּ אֶל־הָאָ֗רֶץ [3] Revi'i לָכֶ֖ם [2] Tip'cha אֶת־הָעֲבֹדָ֥ה הַזֹּֽאת׃ [1] Silluq |
25 And it shall be [4] when you come into the land [3] to you [2] this ceremony. [1] |

26 וְהָיָ֕ה [2] ZaqefG כִּֽי־יֹאמְר֥וּ אֲלֵיכֶ֖ם [2] Tip'cha בְּנֵיכֶ֑ם [1] Etnachta הָעֲבֹדָ֥ה הַזֹּ֖את [2] Tip'cha לָכֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
26 And it shall be, [2] when they ask you, [2] your children; [1] is this ceremony [2] you have?’ [1] |

27 וַאֲמַרְתֶּ֡ם [4] Pazer זֶֽבַח־פֶּ֨סַח ה֜וּא [4] Geresh לַֽיהֹוָ֗ה [3] Revi'i עַל־בָּתֵּ֤י בְנֵֽי־יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ [3] Pashta בְּמִצְרַ֔יִם [2] Zaqef וְאֶת־בָּתֵּ֣ינוּ הִצִּ֑יל [1] Etnachta וַיִּֽשְׁתַּחֲוֽוּ׃ [1] Silluq |
27 that you shall say, [4] ‘A sacrifice of Passover it is [4] to the LORD, [3] over the houses of the children of Israel [3] in Egypt, [2] but our houses he delivered.’ ” [1] and they worshiped. [1] |

28 וַיֵּלְכ֥וּ וַיַּֽעֲשׂ֖וּ [2] Tip'cha בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל [1] Etnachta אֶת־מֹשֶׁ֥ה וְאַהֲרֹ֖ן [2] Tip'cha כֵּ֥ן עָשֽׂוּ׃ [1] Silluq ס |
28 Then they went and they did (so), [2] the children of Israel; [1] Moses and Aaron, [2] so they did. [1] § |

29 וַיְהִ֣י ׀ [4] Legarmeh בַּחֲצִ֣י הַלַּ֗יְלָה [3] Revi'i הִכָּ֣ה כׇל־בְּכוֹר֮ [3] Zarqa בְּאֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרַ֒יִם֒ [2 2] Segol הַיֹּשֵׁ֣ב עַל־כִּסְא֔וֹ [2] Zaqef בְּכ֣וֹר הַשְּׁבִ֔י [2] Zaqef בְּבֵ֣ית הַבּ֑וֹר [1] Etnachta בְּכ֥וֹר בְּהֵמָֽה׃ [1] Silluq |
29 And it was, [4] in the middle of the night, [3] he struck every firstborn [3] in the land of Egypt, [2 2] who sat on his throne, [2] the firstborn of the captive [2] was in the dungeon; [1] firstborn of livestock. [1] |

30 וַיָּ֨קׇם פַּרְעֹ֜ה [4] Geresh לַ֗יְלָה [3] Revi'i וְכׇל־מִצְרַ֔יִם [2] Zaqef צְעָקָ֥ה גְדֹלָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha בְּמִצְרָ֑יִם [1] Etnachta אֲשֶׁ֥ר אֵֽין־שָׁ֖ם [2] Tip'cha מֵֽת׃ [1] Silluq |
30 Then Pharaoh rose up [4] in the night, [3] and all the Egyptians, [2] loud wailing [2] in Egypt; [1] where there was not [2] one dead. [1] |

31 וַיִּקְרָא֩ לְמֹשֶׁ֨ה וּֽלְאַהֲרֹ֜ן [4] Geresh לַ֗יְלָה [3] Revi'i ק֤וּמוּ צְּאוּ֙ [3] Pashta מִתּ֣וֹךְ עַמִּ֔י [2] Zaqef גַּם־בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל [1] Etnachta עִבְד֥וּ אֶת־יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha כְּדַבֶּרְכֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
31 So he called for Moses and for Aaron [4] by night, [3] “Rise up, go out [3] from among my people, [2] and the children of Israel; [1] serve the LORD [2] as you have said. [1] |

32 גַּם־צֹאנְכֶ֨ם גַּם־בְּקַרְכֶ֥ם קְח֛וּ [3] Tevir כַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר דִּבַּרְתֶּ֖ם [2] Tip'cha וָלֵ֑כוּ [1] Etnachta גַּם־אֹתִֽי׃ [1] Silluq |
32 Take both your flocks and your herds [3] just as you have said, [2] and go; [1] me also.” [1] |

33 וַתֶּחֱזַ֤ק מִצְרַ֙יִם֙ [3 3] Pashta עַל־הָעָ֔ם [2] Zaqef לְשַׁלְּחָ֣ם מִן־הָאָ֑רֶץ [1] Etnachta כֻּלָּ֥נוּ מֵתִֽים׃ [1] Silluq |
33 And the Egyptians were urgent [3 3] on the people, [2] in sending them away from the land; [1] “We will all be dead.” [1] |

34 וַיִּשָּׂ֥א הָעָ֛ם [3] Tevir אֶת־בְּצֵק֖וֹ [2] Tip'cha טֶ֣רֶם יֶחְמָ֑ץ [1] Etnachta צְרֻרֹ֥ת בְּשִׂמְלֹתָ֖ם [2] Tip'cha עַל־שִׁכְמָֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
34 So the people took [3] their dough [2] before it was leavened; [1] bound up in their clothes [2] on their shoulders. [1] |

35 וּבְנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֥ל עָשׂ֖וּ [2] Tip'cha כִּדְבַ֣ר מֹשֶׁ֑ה [1] Etnachta מִמִּצְרַ֔יִם [2] Zaqef וּכְלֵ֥י זָהָ֖ב [2] Tip'cha וּשְׂמָלֹֽת׃ [1] Silluq |
35 And the children of Israel did [2] according to the word of Moses; [1] from the Egyptians [2] and articles of gold, [2] and clothing. [1] |

36 וַֽיהֹוָ֞ה [4] Gershayim נָתַ֨ן אֶת־חֵ֥ן הָעָ֛ם [3] Tevir בְּעֵינֵ֥י מִצְרַ֖יִם [2] Tip'cha וַיַּשְׁאִל֑וּם [1] Etnachta אֶת־מִצְרָֽיִם׃ [1] Silluq פ |
36 And the LORD, [4] he gave the people favor [3] in the eyes of the Egyptians, [2] and they granted them what they asked; [1] the Egyptians. [1] ¶ |

37 וַיִּסְע֧וּ בְנֵֽי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל [3] Tevir מֵרַעְמְסֵ֖ס [2] Tip'cha סֻכֹּ֑תָה [1] Etnachta הַגְּבָרִ֖ים [2] Tip'cha לְבַ֥ד מִטָּֽף׃ [1] Silluq |
37 Then the children of Israel set out [3] from Rameses [2] to Succoth; [1] were the men, [2] aside from children. [1] |

38 וְגַם־עֵ֥רֶב רַ֖ב [2] Tip'cha עָלָ֣ה אִתָּ֑ם [1] Etnachta מִקְנֶ֖ה [2] Tip'cha כָּבֵ֥ד מְאֹֽד׃ [1] Silluq |
38 And also a mixed multitude, [2] it went up with them; [1] of livestock [2] very numerous. [1] |

39 וַיֹּאפ֨וּ אֶת־הַבָּצֵ֜ק [4] Geresh אֲשֶׁ֨ר הוֹצִ֧יאוּ מִמִּצְרַ֛יִם [3] Tevir עֻגֹ֥ת מַצּ֖וֹת [2] Tip'cha כִּ֣י לֹ֣א חָמֵ֑ץ [1] Etnachta וְלֹ֤א יָֽכְלוּ֙ [3] Pashta לְהִתְמַהְמֵ֔הַּ [2] Zaqef לֹא־עָשׂ֥וּ לָהֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
39 And they baked the dough [4] which they had brought out from Egypt, [3] cakes of unleavened bread, [2] for it wasn’t leavened; [1] and they were not able [3] to delay, [2] they had not made for themselves. [1] |

40 Now the sojourning [3] of the children of Israel [2] in Egypt; [1] and four hundred [2] years. [1] |

41 וַיְהִ֗י [3] Revi'i מִקֵּץ֙ [3] Pashta שְׁלֹשִׁ֣ים שָׁנָ֔ה [2] Zaqef שָׁנָ֑ה [1] Etnachta בְּעֶ֙צֶם֙ [3 3] Pashta הַיּ֣וֹם הַזֶּ֔ה [2] Zaqef כׇּל־צִבְא֥וֹת יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha מֵאֶ֥רֶץ מִצְרָֽיִם׃ [1] Silluq |
41 So it was, [3] at the end [3] of thirty years [2] years; [1] on the same, [3 3] this day, [2] all the armies of the LORD, [2] from the land of Egypt. [1] |

42 לֵ֣יל שִׁמֻּרִ֥ים הוּא֙ [3] Pashta לַֽיהֹוָ֔ה [2] Zaqef מֵאֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרָ֑יִם [1] Etnachta לַֽיהֹוָ֔ה [2] Zaqef לְכׇל־בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל [2] Tip'cha לְדֹרֹתָֽם׃ [1] Silluq פ |
42 A night of watching it was [3] for the LORD, [2] from the land of Egypt; [1] the LORD's, [2] for all the children of Israel [2] to their generations. [1] ¶ |

43 וַיֹּ֤אמֶר יְהֹוָה֙ [3] Pashta אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֣ה וְאַהֲרֹ֔ן [2] Zaqef חֻקַּ֣ת הַפָּ֑סַח [1] Etnachta לֹא־יֹ֥אכַל בּֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq |
43 Then the LORD said [3] to Moses and Aaron, [2] is the ordinance of the Passover; [1] he shall not eat of it, [1] |

44 וְכׇל־עֶ֥בֶד אִ֖ישׁ [2] Tip'cha מִקְנַת־כָּ֑סֶף [1] Etnachta אָ֖ז [2] Tip'cha יֹ֥אכַל בּֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq |
44 but any servant of a man [2] that is bought for money; [1] then [2] may he eat of it. [1] |

45 תּוֹשָׁ֥ב וְשָׂכִ֖יר [2] Tip'cha לֹא־יֹ֥אכַל בּֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq |
45 A sojourner or a hired servant, [2] he shall not eat of it. [1] |

46 בְּבַ֤יִת אֶחָד֙ [3] Pashta יֵאָכֵ֔ל [2] Zaqef מִן־הַבָּשָׂ֖ר [2] Tip'cha ח֑וּצָה [1] Etnachta לֹ֥א תִשְׁבְּרוּ־בֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq |
46 In one house [3] it shall be eaten, [2] any of the meat [2] to the outside; [1] you shall not break of it. [1] |

47 כׇּל־עֲדַ֥ת יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל [2] Tip'cha יַעֲשׂ֥וּ אֹתֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq |
47 All the congregation of Israel, [2] they shall do it. [1] |

48 וְכִֽי־יָג֨וּר אִתְּךָ֜ [4] Geresh גֵּ֗ר [3] Revi'i לַיהֹוָה֒ [2] Segol וְאָז֙ [3] Pashta יִקְרַ֣ב לַעֲשֹׂת֔וֹ [2] Zaqef כְּאֶזְרַ֣ח הָאָ֑רֶץ [1] Etnachta לֹֽא־יֹ֥אכַל בּֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq |
48 But if he sojourns with you [4] a stranger, [3] to the LORD, [2] and then [3] let him draw near and keep it, [2] as one who is born in the land; [1] he shall not eat of it. [1] |

49 תּוֹרָ֣ה אַחַ֔ת [2] Zaqef יִהְיֶ֖ה [2] Tip'cha לָֽאֶזְרָ֑ח [1] Etnachta הַגָּ֥ר בְּתוֹכְכֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
49 One law [2] it shall be [2] for the native-born; [1] who sojourns among you.” [1] |

50 So they did (so), [2] all the children of Israel; [1] Moses and Aaron, [2] so they did. [1] § |

51 And it was, [2] on the same, [2] this day; [1] the children of Israel [3] from the land of Egypt [2] by their divisions. [1] ¶ |
