5 Then the LORD said [3] to Moses, [2] ‘Stretch out your hand [3] with your staff [2] over the streams, [2] and over the pools; [1] on the land of Egypt.’ ” [1] |

6 So Aaron stretched out [3] his hand [2] the waters of Egypt; [1] the frogs, [2] the land of Egypt. [1] |

| 3 וַיַּֽעֲשׂוּ־כֵ֥ן הַֽחַרְטֻמִּ֖ים [2] Tip'cha בְּלָטֵיהֶ֑ם [1] Etnachta עַל־אֶ֥רֶץ מִצְרָֽיִם׃ [1] Silluq |
7 But the magicians did the same [2] by their secret arts; [1] on the land of Egypt. [1] |

| 4 וַיִּקְרָ֨א פַרְעֹ֜ה [4] Geresh לְמֹשֶׁ֣ה וּֽלְאַהֲרֹ֗ן [3] Revi'i הַעְתִּ֣ירוּ אֶל־יְהֹוָ֔ה [2] Zaqef הַֽצְפַרְדְּעִ֔ים [2] Zaqef וּמֵֽעַמִּ֑י [1] Etnachta אֶת־הָעָ֔ם [2] Zaqef לַיהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Silluq |
8 Then Pharaoh called [4] for Moses and for Aaron, [3] “Pray to the LORD, [2] the frogs [2] and from my people; [1] the people, [2] to the LORD.” [1] |

9 And Moses said to Pharaoh, [3] “Honor yourself over me, [2] shall I pray for you [3] and for your people, [2] the frogs [2] and from your houses; [1] will they remain.” [1] |

10 And he said, [2] “Tomorrow.” [1] “Let it be according to your word, [2] that there is none [2] like the LORD our God. [1] |

| 7 וְסָר֣וּ הַֽצְפַרְדְּעִ֗ים [3] Revi'i מִמְּךָ֙ [3] Pashta וּמִבָּ֣תֶּ֔יךָ [2] Zaqef וּמֵעַמֶּ֑ךָ [1] Etnachta תִּשָּׁאַֽרְנָה׃ [1] Silluq |
11 And the frogs shall depart [3] from you [3] and from your houses, [2] and from your people; [1] shall they remain.” [1] |

12 Then Moses went out, [3] and Aaron, [2] from Pharaoh; [1] to the LORD [2] which he had brought upon Pharaoh. [1] |

13 So the LORD did [2] according to the word of Moses; [1] the frogs, [2] and from the fields. [1] |

| 10 וַיִּצְבְּר֥וּ אֹתָ֖ם [2] Tip'cha חֳמָרִ֣ם חֳמָרִ֑ם [1] Etnachta הָאָֽרֶץ׃ [1] Silluq |
14 And they piled them together [2] in large heaps; [1] the land. [1] |

| 11 וַיַּ֣רְא פַּרְעֹ֗ה [3] Revi'i כִּ֤י הָֽיְתָה֙ [3] Pashta הָֽרְוָחָ֔ה [2] Zaqef אֶת־לִבּ֔וֹ [2] Zaqef אֲלֵהֶ֑ם [1] Etnachta דִּבֶּ֥ר יְהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Silluq ס |
15 But when Pharaoh saw [3] that it had come, [3] the relief, [2] his heart [2] to them; [1] the LORD had said. [1] § |

16 So the LORD said [3] to Moses, [2] to Aaron, [2] and strike [2] the dust of the earth; [1] throughout all the land of Egypt.’ ” [1] |

| 13 וַיַּֽעֲשׂוּ־כֵ֗ן [3] Revi'i וַיֵּט֩ אַהֲרֹ֨ן אֶת־יָד֤וֹ בְמַטֵּ֙הוּ֙ [3 3] Pashta וַיַּךְ֙ [3] Pashta אֶת־עֲפַ֣ר הָאָ֔רֶץ [2] Zaqef הַכִּנָּ֔ם [2] Zaqef וּבַבְּהֵמָ֑ה [1] Etnachta הָיָ֥ה כִנִּ֖ים [2] Tip'cha בְּכׇל־אֶ֥רֶץ מִצְרָֽיִם׃ [1] Silluq |
17 So they did so, [3] when Aaron stretched out his hand with his staff, [3 3] and he struck [3] the dust of the earth, [2] gnats [2] and on animals; [1] became gnats [2] throughout all the land of Egypt. [1] |

| 14 וַיַּעֲשׂוּ־כֵ֨ן הַחַרְטֻמִּ֧ים בְּלָטֵיהֶ֛ם [3] Tevir לְהוֹצִ֥יא אֶת־הַכִּנִּ֖ים [2] Tip'cha וְלֹ֣א יָכֹ֑לוּ [1] Etnachta הַכִּנָּ֔ם [2] Zaqef וּבַבְּהֵמָֽה׃ [1] Silluq |
18 When the magicians tried the same by their secret arts, [3] to bring forth gnats, [2] they were not able; [1] gnats [2] and on animals. [1] |

19 So the magicians said [3] to Pharaoh, [2] it is;” [1] and he did not listen to them, [2] the LORD had said. [1] § |

| 16 וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יְהֹוָ֜ה [4] Geresh אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֗ה [3] Revi'i וְהִתְיַצֵּב֙ [3] Pashta לִפְנֵ֣י פַרְעֹ֔ה [2] Zaqef יוֹצֵ֣א הַמָּ֑יְמָה [1] Etnachta כֹּ֚ה [3] Yetiv אָמַ֣ר יְהֹוָ֔ה [2] Zaqef וְיַֽעַבְדֻֽנִי׃ [1] Silluq |
20 Then the LORD said [4] to Moses, [3] and present yourself [3] before Pharaoh, [2] (as) he comes out to the water; [1] ‘Thus [3] says the LORD, [2] that they may serve me. [1] |

| 17 כִּ֣י אִם־אֵינְךָ֮ [3] Zarqa מְשַׁלֵּ֣חַ אֶת־עַמִּי֒ [2] Segol וּבַעֲבָדֶ֧יךָ וּֽבְעַמְּךָ֛ [3] Tevir וּבְבָתֶּ֖יךָ [2] Tip'cha אֶת־הֶעָרֹ֑ב [1] Etnachta בָּתֵּ֤י מִצְרַ֙יִם֙ [3 3] Pashta אֶת־הֶ֣עָרֹ֔ב [2] Zaqef אֲשֶׁר־הֵ֥ם עָלֶֽיהָ׃ [1] Silluq |
21 For if you will not [3] let my people go, [2] and on your servants and on your people [3] and on your houses, [2] the swarm of flies; [1] the houses of the Egyptians, [3 3] of the swarm of flies, [2] that they are on. [1] |

| 18 וְהִפְלֵיתִי֩ בַיּ֨וֹם הַה֜וּא [4] Geresh אֶת־אֶ֣רֶץ גֹּ֗שֶׁן [3] Revi'i עֹמֵ֣ד עָלֶ֔יהָ [2] Zaqef עָרֹ֑ב [1] Etnachta אֲנִ֥י יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha בְּקֶ֥רֶב הָאָֽרֶץ׃ [1] Silluq |
22 But I will set apart on that day [4] the land of Goshen [3] are dwelling, [2] a swarm of flies; [1] I the LORD [2] am in the midst of the earth. [1] |

| 19 וְשַׂמְתִּ֣י פְדֻ֔ת [2] Zaqef בֵּ֥ין עַמִּ֖י [2] Tip'cha וּבֵ֣ין עַמֶּ֑ךָ [1] Etnachta הָאֹ֥ת הַזֶּֽה׃ [1] Silluq |
23 And I will make a distinction [2] between my people [2] and your people; [1] this sign.” ’ ” [1] |

| 20 וַיַּ֤עַשׂ יְהֹוָה֙ [3] Pashta כֵּ֔ן [2] Zaqef עָרֹ֣ב כָּבֵ֔ד [2] Zaqef וּבֵ֣ית עֲבָדָ֑יו [1] Etnachta תִּשָּׁחֵ֥ת הָאָ֖רֶץ [2] Tip'cha מִפְּנֵ֥י הֶעָרֹֽב׃ [1] Silluq |
24 And the LORD did [3] so, [2] a massive swarm of flies [2] and the house of his servants; [1] the land was ruined [2] because of the swarm of flies. [1] |

| 21 וַיִּקְרָ֣א פַרְעֹ֔ה [2] Zaqef אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֖ה [2] Tip'cha וּֽלְאַהֲרֹ֑ן [1] Etnachta לְכ֛וּ [3] Tevir זִבְח֥וּ לֵאלֹֽהֵיכֶ֖ם [2] Tip'cha בָּאָֽרֶץ׃ [1] Silluq |
25 So Pharaoh called [2] for Moses [2] and for Aaron; [1] “Go [3] sacrifice to your God, [2] in the land.” [1] |

| 22 וַיֹּ֣אמֶר מֹשֶׁ֗ה [3] Revi'i לֹ֤א נָכוֹן֙ [3] Pashta לַעֲשׂ֣וֹת כֵּ֔ן [2] Zaqef תּוֹעֲבַ֣ת מִצְרַ֔יִם [2] Zaqef לַיהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֵ֑ינוּ [1] Etnachta אֶת־תּוֹעֲבַ֥ת מִצְרַ֛יִם [3] Tevir לְעֵינֵיהֶ֖ם [2] Tip'cha וְלֹ֥א יִסְקְלֻֽנוּ׃ [1] Silluq |
26 But Moses said, [3] “Not right (it would be) [3] to do so, [2] what is an abomination to the Egyptians [2] to the LORD our God; [1] what is an abomination to the Egyptians [3] before their eyes, [2] will they not stone us? [1] |

| 23 דֶּ֚רֶךְ [3] Yetiv שְׁלֹ֣שֶׁת יָמִ֔ים [2] Zaqef בַּמִּדְבָּ֑ר [1] Etnachta לַֽיהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֵ֔ינוּ [2] Zaqef יֹאמַ֥ר אֵלֵֽינוּ׃ [1] Silluq |
27 A journey [3] of three days [2] into the wilderness; [1] to the LORD our God, [2] he has said to us.” [1] |

| 24 וַיֹּ֣אמֶר פַּרְעֹ֗ה [3] Revi'i אֲשַׁלַּ֤ח אֶתְכֶם֙ [3] Pashta לַיהֹוָ֤ה אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶם֙ [3] Pashta בַּמִּדְבָּ֔ר [2] Zaqef הַרְחֵ֥ק לֹא־תַרְחִ֖יקוּ [2] Tip'cha לָלֶ֑כֶת [1] Etnachta בַּעֲדִֽי׃ [1] Silluq |
28 And Pharaoh said, [3] I will let you go, [3] to the LORD your God [3] in the wilderness, [2] very far away you must not [2] go; [1] for me.” [1] |

| 25 וַיֹּ֣אמֶר מֹשֶׁ֗ה [3] Revi'i יוֹצֵ֤א מֵֽעִמָּךְ֙ [3] Pashta וְהַעְתַּרְתִּ֣י אֶל־יְהֹוָ֔ה [2] Zaqef מִפַּרְעֹ֛ה [3] Tevir מֵעֲבָדָ֥יו וּמֵעַמּ֖וֹ [2] Tip'cha מָחָ֑ר [1] Etnachta אַל־יֹסֵ֤ף פַּרְעֹה֙ [3] Pashta הָתֵ֔ל [2] Zaqef שַׁלַּ֣ח אֶת־הָעָ֔ם [2] Zaqef לַֽיהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Silluq |
29 So Moses said, [3] am going out from you, [3] and I will pray to the LORD, [2] from Pharaoh [3] from his servants and from his people, [2] tomorrow; [1] let Pharaoh no longer [3] deal deceitfully, [2] letting the people go [2] to the LORD.” [1] |

| 28 וַיַּכְבֵּ֤ד פַּרְעֹה֙ [3] Pashta אֶת־לִבּ֔וֹ [2] Zaqef בַּפַּ֣עַם הַזֹּ֑את [1] Etnachta אֶת־הָעָֽם׃ [1] Silluq פ |
