1 And Jacob lived [2] in the land [2] of the sojournings of his father; [1] of Canaan. [1] |
|||
2 These [4] are the accounts of Jacob. [3] a son of seven and ten years, [3] at the flock, [2] with the sons of Bilhah [3] and with the sons of Zilpah, [2] the wives of his father; [1] a bad report of them [2] to their father. [1] |
|||
3 Now Israel, [3] he loved Joseph [3] more than all his sons, [2] for him; [1] a long tunic. [1] |
|||
4 And his brothers saw [3] their father loved [3] more than all his brothers, [2] him; [1] speak peaceably to him. [1] |
|||
[1] Silluq |
5 And Joseph dreamed [3] a dream [2] to his brothers; [1] hated him. [1] |
|||
[1] Silluq |

7 for behold, [4 4] we [4] were binding sheaves [3] in the middle of the field, [2] my sheaf arose, [2] and also it stood upright; [1] your sheaves, [2] to my sheaf.” [1] |

8 And they said to him, [3] his brothers, [2] over us? [2] over us?” [1] hated him [2] and for his words. [1] |
|||
9 And he dreamed yet [3] another dream, [2] to his brothers; [1] “Behold I have dreamed a dream [3] again, [2] and one and ten [3] stars [2] to me.” [1] |
|||
10 And he recounted it to his father [3] and to his brothers, [2] and he said to him, [2] is this dream [2] that you have dreamed? [1] I [3] and your mother and your brothers, [2] to the ground?” [1] |
|||
[1] Silluq |
11 And they were jealous of him, [2] his brothers; [1] he kept in mind the matter. [1] |

[1] Silluq |
12 And they went, [2] his brothers; [1] the flock of their father [2] at Shechem. [1] |
|||

17 And the man said, [3] “They have departed from here, [2] saying, [2] to Dothan.’ ” [1] after his brothers, [2] at Dothan. [1] |
|||
[1] Silluq |
