	הושע 14		Hosea 14
	¹תֶּאְשַׁם֙ [3] Pashta שֹׁמְר֔וֹן [2] Zaqef כִּ֥י מָרְתָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha בֵּאלֹהֶ֑יהָ [1] Etnachta בַּחֶ֣רֶב יִפֹּ֔לוּ [2] Zaqef עֹלְלֵיהֶ֣ם יְרֻטָּ֔שׁוּ [2] Zaqef וְהָרִיּוֹתָ֖יו [2] Tip'cha יְבֻקָּֽעוּ׃ [1] Silluq פ		¹⁶She will be held guilty, [3] Samaria, [2] for she has rebelled [2] against her God. [1] By the sword they will fall. [2] Their children will be dashed in pieces, [2] and their pregnant women, [2] they will be ripped open. [1] ¶
	²שׁ֚וּבָה [3] Yetiv יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל [2] Zaqef עַ֖ד [2] Tip'cha יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֑יךָ [1] Etnachta כִּ֥י כָשַׁ֖לְתָּ [2] Tip'cha בַּעֲוֺנֶֽךָ׃ [1] Silluq		¹Return [3] O Israel, [2] to [2] the LORD your God; [1] for you have stumbled [2] in your iniquity. [1]
	³קְח֤וּ עִמָּכֶם֙ [3] Pashta דְּבָרִ֔ים [2] Zaqef וְשׁ֖וּבוּ [2] Tip'cha אֶל־יְהֹוָ֑ה [1] Etnachta אִמְר֣וּ אֵלָ֗יו [3] Revi'i כׇּל־תִּשָּׂ֤א עָוֺן֙ [3] Pashta וְקַח־ט֔וֹב [2] Zaqef וּֽנְשַׁלְּמָ֥ה פָרִ֖ים [2] Tip'cha שְׂפָתֵֽינוּ׃ [1] Silluq		²Take with you [3] words, [2] and return [2] to the LORD. [1] Say to him, [3] “Forgive every iniquity, [3] and accept what is good, [2] so we may repay with offerings [2] of our lips. [1]
	⁴אַשּׁ֣וּר ׀ [4] Legarmeh לֹ֣א יוֹשִׁיעֵ֗נוּ [3] Revi'i עַל־סוּס֙ [3] Pashta לֹ֣א נִרְכָּ֔ב [2] Zaqef וְלֹא־נֹ֥אמַר ע֛וֹד [3] Tevir אֱלֹהֵ֖ינוּ [2] Tip'cha לְמַעֲשֵׂ֣ה יָדֵ֑ינוּ [1] Etnachta אֲשֶׁר־בְּךָ֖ [2] Tip'cha יְרֻחַ֥ם יָתֽוֹם׃ [1] Silluq		³Assyria, [4] it will not save us, [3] on horses [3] we will not ride, [2] and we will never again say [3] ‘Our gods!’ [2] to the work of our hands; [1] for in you [2] the fatherless finds mercy. [1]
	⁵אֶרְפָּא֙ [3] Pashta מְשׁ֣וּבָתָ֔ם [2] Zaqef אֹהֲבֵ֖ם [2] Tip'cha נְדָבָ֑ה [1] Etnachta כִּ֛י [3] Tevir שָׁ֥ב אַפִּ֖י [2] Tip'cha מִמֶּֽנּוּ׃ [1] Silluq		⁴I will heal [3] their waywardness, [2] I will love them [2] freely; [1] for [3] my anger has turned away [2] from him. [1]
	⁶אֶהְיֶ֤ה כַטַּל֙ [3] Pashta לְיִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל [2] Zaqef יִפְרַ֖ח [2] Tip'cha כַּשּׁוֹשַׁנָּ֑ה [1] Etnachta וְיַ֥ךְ שׇׁרָשָׁ֖יו [2] Tip'cha כַּלְּבָנֽוֹן׃ [1] Silluq		⁵I will be like the dew [3] to Israel, [2] he will blossom [2] like the lily; [1] and send down his roots [2] like Lebanon. [1]
	⁷יֵֽלְכוּ֙ [3] Pashta יֹֽנְקוֹתָ֔יו [2] Zaqef וִיהִ֥י כַזַּ֖יִת [2] Tip'cha הוֹד֑וֹ [1] Etnachta וְרֵ֥יחַֽ ל֖וֹ [2] Tip'cha כַּלְּבָנֽוֹן׃ [1] Silluq		⁶They will spread out, [3] his tender shoots, [2] and it will be like the olive tree, [2] his beauty; [1] and his fragrance [2] like Lebanon. [1]
	⁸יָשֻׁ֙בוּ֙ [3 3] Pashta יֹשְׁבֵ֣י בְצִלּ֔וֹ [2] Zaqef יְחַיּ֥וּ דָגָ֖ן [2] Tip'cha וְיִפְרְח֣וּ כַגָּ֑פֶן [1] Etnachta זִכְר֖וֹ [2] Tip'cha כְּיֵ֥ין לְבָנֽוֹן׃ [1] Silluq		⁷They will return, [3 3] those who dwell in his shade. [2] They will grow grain, [2] and they will bud like a vine. [1] Their renown [2] will be like the wine of Lebanon. [1]
	⁹אֶפְרַ֕יִם [2] ZaqefG מַה־לִּ֥י ע֖וֹד [2] Tip'cha לָעֲצַבִּ֑ים [1] Etnachta אֲנִ֧י עָנִ֣יתִי וַאֲשׁוּרֶ֗נּוּ [3] Revi'i אֲנִי֙ [3] Pashta כִּבְר֣וֹשׁ רַעֲנָ֔ן [2] Zaqef מִמֶּ֖נִּי [2] Tip'cha פֶּרְיְךָ֥ נִמְצָֽא׃ [1] Silluq		⁸O Ephraim, [2] what have I to do any more [2] with idols? [1] It is I who answer, and I will watch over (you). [3] I [3] am like a flourishing cypress tree. [2] From me [2] your fruit will be found.” [1]
	¹⁰מִ֤י חָכָם֙ [3] Pashta וְיָ֣בֵֽן אֵ֔לֶּה [2] Zaqef נָב֖וֹן [2] Tip'cha וְיֵדָעֵ֑ם [1] Etnachta כִּֽי־יְשָׁרִ֞ים [4] Gershayim דַּרְכֵ֣י יְהֹוָ֗ה [3] Revi'i וְצַדִּקִים֙ [3] Pashta יֵ֣לְכוּ בָ֔ם [2] Zaqef וּפֹשְׁעִ֖ים [2] Tip'cha יִכָּ֥שְׁלוּ בָֽם׃ [1] Silluq		⁹Who is wise, [3] that he may understand these things? [2] discerning, [2] that he may know them? [1] For upright [4] are the ways of the LORD, [3] and the righteous, [3] they walk in them, [2] But the rebellious, [2] they stumble in them. [1]
