	¹וְעַתָּ֞ה [4] Gershayim כֹּֽה־אָמַ֤ר יְהֹוָה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta בֹּרַאֲךָ֣ יַעֲקֹ֔ב [2] Munach Zaqef וְיֹצֶרְךָ֖ [2] Tip'cha יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל [1] Etnachta אַל־תִּירָא֙ [3] Pashta כִּ֣י גְאַלְתִּ֔יךָ [2] Munach Zaqef קָרָ֥אתִי בְשִׁמְךָ֖ [2] Merkha Tip'cha לִי־אָֽתָּה׃ [1] Silluq		¹But now [4] thus says the LORD [3] who created you O Jacob, [2] and who formed you [2] O Israel; [1] “Fear not, [3] for I have redeemed you, [2] I have called you by your name, [2] you are mine. [1]
	²כִּֽי־תַעֲבֹ֤ר בַּמַּ֙יִם֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta אִתְּךָ־אָ֔נִי [2] Zaqef וּבַנְּהָר֖וֹת [2] Tip'cha לֹ֣א יִשְׁטְפ֑וּךָ [1] Munach Etnachta כִּֽי־תֵלֵ֤ךְ בְּמוֹ־אֵשׁ֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta לֹ֣א תִכָּוֶ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef וְלֶהָבָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha לֹ֥א תִבְעַר־בָּֽךְ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		²When you pass through the waters [3] I will be with you, [2] or through the rivers, [2] they will not overflow you; [1] when you walk through the fire [3] you will not be burned, [2] and the flame, [2] it will not burn you. [1]
	³כִּ֗י [3] Revi'a אֲנִי֙ [3] Pashta יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ [2] Munach Zaqef קְד֥וֹשׁ יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל [2] Merkha Tip'cha מוֹשִׁיעֶ֑ךָ [1] Etnachta נָתַ֤תִּי כׇפְרְךָ֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta מִצְרַ֔יִם [2] Zaqef כּ֥וּשׁ וּסְבָ֖א [2] Merkha Tip'cha תַּחְתֶּֽיךָ׃ [1] Silluq		³For [3] I [3] am the LORD your God, [2] the Holy One of Israel, [2] your deliverer; [1] I have given as your ransom [3] Egypt, [2] Cush and Seba [2] in your place. 	⁴מֵאֲשֶׁ֨ר יָקַ֧רְתָּ בְעֵינַ֛י [3] Qadma Darga Tevir נִכְבַּ֖דְתָּ [2] Tip'cha וַאֲנִ֣י אֲהַבְתִּ֑יךָ [1] Munach Etnachta וְאֶתֵּ֤ן אָדָם֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta תַּחְתֶּ֔יךָ [2] Zaqef וּלְאֻמִּ֖ים [2] Tip'cha תַּ֥חַת נַפְשֶֽׁךָ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		⁴Because you are precious in my eyes [3] you are honored, [2] and I, I love you; [1] and I will give men [3] in exchange for you, [2] and peoples [2] in exchange for your life. [1]
	⁵אַל־תִּירָ֖א [2] Tip'cha כִּ֣י אִתְּךָ־אָ֑נִי [1] Munach Etnachta מִמִּזְרָח֙ [3] Pashta אָבִ֣יא זַרְעֶ֔ךָ [2] Munach Zaqef וּמִֽמַּעֲרָ֖ב [2] Tip'cha אֲקַבְּצֶֽךָּ׃ [1] Silluq		⁵Do not fear, [2] for I am with you; [1] from the east [3] I will bring your offspring, [2] and from the west [2] I will gather you. [1]
	⁶אֹמַ֤ר לַצָּפוֹן֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta תֵּ֔נִי [2] Zaqef וּלְתֵימָ֖ן [2] Tip'cha אַל־תִּכְלָ֑אִי [1] Etnachta הָבִ֤יאִי בָנַי֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta מֵרָח֔וֹק [2] Zaqef וּבְנוֹתַ֖י [2] Tip'cha מִקְצֵ֥ה הָאָֽרֶץ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		⁶I will say to the north, [3] ‘Deliver up!’ [2] and to the south, [2] ‘Do not withhold! [1] Bring my sons [3] from far away, [2] and my daughters [2] from the ends of the earth, [1]
	⁷כֹּ֚ל [3] Yetiv הַנִּקְרָ֣א בִשְׁמִ֔י [2] Munach Zaqef וְלִכְבוֹדִ֖י [2] Tip'cha בְּרָאתִ֑יו [1] Etnachta יְצַרְתִּ֖יו [2] Tip'cha אַף־עֲשִׂיתִֽיו׃ [1] Silluq		⁷every [3] one who is called by my name, [2] and whom for my glory [2] I created him; [1] whom I have formed, [2] and whom I have made.’ ” [1]
	⁸הוֹצִ֥יא עַם־עִוֵּ֖ר [2] Merkha Tip'cha וְעֵינַ֣יִם יֵ֑שׁ [1] Munach Etnachta וְחֵרְשִׁ֖ים [2] Tip'cha וְאׇזְנַ֥יִם לָֽמוֹ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		⁸Bring out the blind people [2] who have eyes; [1] and the deaf [2] who have ears. [1]
	⁹כׇּֽל־הַגּוֹיִ֞ם [4] Gershayim נִקְבְּצ֣וּ יַחְדָּ֗ו [3] Munach Revi'a וְיֵאָֽסְפוּ֙ [3] Pashta לְאֻמִּ֔ים [2] Zaqef מִ֤י בָהֶם֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta יַגִּ֣יד זֹ֔את [2] Munach Zaqef וְרִאשֹׁנ֖וֹת [2] Tip'cha יַשְׁמִיעֻ֑נוּ [1] Etnachta יִתְּנ֤וּ עֵֽדֵיהֶם֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta וְיִצְדָּ֔קוּ [2] Zaqef וְיִשְׁמְע֖וּ [2] Tip'cha וְיֹאמְר֥וּ אֱמֶֽת׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		⁹All the nations, [4] they are gathered together, [3] and they are assembled, [3] the peoples. [2] Who among them [3] can declare this, [2] and former things [2] proclaim to us? [1] Let them present their witnesses [3] so they may be justified, [2] or let them hear [2] and say, “It's true.” [1]

	¹¹אָֽנֹכִ֥י אָֽנֹכִ֖י [2] Merkha Tip'cha יְהֹוָ֑ה [1] Etnachta וְאֵ֥ין מִבַּלְעָדַ֖י [2] Merkha Tip'cha מוֹשִֽׁיעַ׃ [1] Silluq		¹¹I myself [2] am the LORD; [1] and besides me there is no [2] savior. [1]
	¹²אָנֹכִ֞י [4] Gershayim הִגַּ֤דְתִּי וְהוֹשַׁ֙עְתִּי֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta וְהִשְׁמַ֔עְתִּי [2] Zaqef וְאֵ֥ין בָּכֶ֖ם [2] Merkha Tip'cha זָ֑ר [1] Etnachta וְאַתֶּ֥ם עֵדַ֛י [3] Merkha Tevir נְאֻם־יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha וַאֲנִי־אֵֽל׃ [1] Silluq		¹²I, [4] I declared and I saved [3] and I proclaimed, [2] and there was not among you [2] a strange god; [1] so you are my witnesses,” [3] says the LORD, [2] “and I am God. [1]
	¹³גַּם־מִיּוֹם֙ [3] Pashta אֲנִ֣י ה֔וּא [2] Munach Zaqef וְאֵ֥ין מִיָּדִ֖י [2] Merkha Tip'cha מַצִּ֑יל [1] Etnachta אֶפְעַ֖ל [2] Tip'cha וּמִ֥י יְשִׁיבֶֽנָּה׃ [1] Merkha Silluq ס		¹³From eternity, [3] I am he, [2] and none from my hand [2] can deliver; [1] I act, [2] and who can reverse it?” [1] §
	¹⁴כֹּֽה־אָמַ֧ר יְהֹוָ֛ה [3] Darga Tevir גֹּאַלְכֶ֖ם [2] Tip'cha קְד֣וֹשׁ יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל [1] Munach Etnachta לְמַעַנְכֶ֞ם [4] Gershayim שִׁלַּ֣חְתִּי בָבֶ֗לָה [3] Munach Revi'a וְהוֹרַדְתִּ֤י בָֽרִיחִים֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta כֻּלָּ֔ם [2] Zaqef וְכַשְׂדִּ֖ים [2] Tip'cha בָּֽאֳנִיּ֥וֹת רִנָּתָֽם׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		¹⁴Thus says the LORD [3] your Redeemer, [2] the Holy One of Israel; [1] “For your sake [4] I will send to Babylon, [3] and I will bring down as fugitives [3] all of them, [2] the Chaldeans [2] in the ships in which they exult. [1]
	¹⁵אֲנִ֥י יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha קְדֽוֹשְׁכֶ֑ם [1] Etnachta בּוֹרֵ֥א יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל [2] Merkha Tip'cha מַלְכְּכֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq ס		¹⁵I am the LORD [2] your Holy One; [1] the Creator of Israel, [2] your King.” [1] §
	¹⁶כֹּ֚ה [3] Yetiv אָמַ֣ר יְהֹוָ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef הַנּוֹתֵ֥ן בַּיָּ֖ם [2] Merkha Tip'cha דָּ֑רֶךְ [1] Etnachta וּבְמַ֥יִם עַזִּ֖ים [2] Merkha Tip'cha נְתִיבָֽה׃ [1] Silluq		¹⁶Thus [3] says the LORD, [2] who makes in the sea [2] a way; [1] and in the mighty waters [2] a path, [1]
	¹⁷הַמּוֹצִ֥יא רֶֽכֶב־וָס֖וּס [2] Merkha Tip'cha חַ֣יִל וְעִזּ֑וּז [1] Munach Etnachta יַחְדָּ֤ו יִשְׁכְּבוּ֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta בַּל־יָק֔וּמוּ [2] Zaqef דָּעֲכ֖וּ [2] Tip'cha כַּפִּשְׁתָּ֥ה כָבֽוּ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		¹⁷who drew out chariots and horses, [2] the army and the warrior; [1] together they will lie down, [3] they will not rise, [2] they are extinguished, [2] like a wick they are quenched, [1]
	¹⁸אַֽל־תִּזְכְּר֖וּ [2] Tip'cha רִאשֹׁנ֑וֹת [1] Etnachta וְקַדְמֹנִיּ֖וֹת [2] Tip'cha אַל־תִּתְבֹּנָֽנוּ׃ [1] Silluq		¹⁸“Remember not [2] the former things; [1] and things of the past [2] do not consider. [1]
	¹⁹הִנְנִ֨י עֹשֶׂ֤ה חֲדָשָׁה֙ [3] Qadma Mapakh Pashta עַתָּ֣ה תִצְמָ֔ח [2] Munach Zaqef הֲל֖וֹא [2] Tip'cha תֵּדָע֑וּהָ [1] Etnachta אַ֣ף אָשִׂ֤ים בַּמִּדְבָּר֙ [3] Munach Mapakh Pashta דֶּ֔רֶךְ [2] Zaqef בִּישִׁמ֖וֹן [2] Tip'cha נְהָרֽוֹת׃ [1] Silluq		¹⁹Behold I am doing a new thing, [3] it is now springing up, [2] don't [2] you know it? [1] I will surely make in the wilderness [3] a way, [2] in the desert, [2] rivers. [1]
	²⁰תְּכַבְּדֵ֙נִי֙ [3] Pashta חַיַּ֣ת הַשָּׂדֶ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef תַּנִּ֖ים [2] Tip'cha וּבְנ֣וֹת יַעֲנָ֑ה [1] Munach Etnachta כִּֽי־נָתַ֨תִּי בַמִּדְבָּ֜ר [4] Qadma Geresh מַ֗יִם [3] Revi'a נְהָרוֹת֙ [3] Pashta בִּֽישִׁימֹ֔ן [2] Zaqef לְהַשְׁק֖וֹת [2] Tip'cha עַמִּ֥י בְחִירִֽי׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		²⁰They honor me, [3] the animals of the field, [2] jackals [2] and ostriches; [1] because I have put in the wilderness, [4] water, [3] rivers [3] in the desert, [2] to give drink to [2] my chosen people, [1]
	²¹עַם־זוּ֙ [3] Pashta יָצַ֣רְתִּי לִ֔י [2] Munach Zaqef תְּהִלָּתִ֖י [2] Tip'cha יְסַפֵּֽרוּ׃ [1] Silluq ס		²¹a people which [3] I formed for myself, [2] my praise [2] that they might declare. [1] §
	²²וְלֹא־אֹתִ֥י קָרָ֖אתָ [2] Merkha Tip'cha יַעֲקֹ֑ב [1] Etnachta כִּֽי־יָגַ֥עְתָּ בִּ֖י [2] Merkha Tip'cha יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ [1] Silluq		²²Yet you have not called on me, [2] O Jacob; [1] for you have been weary of me, [2] O Israel. [1]
	²³לֹֽא־הֵבֵ֤יאתָ לִּי֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta שֵׂ֣ה עֹלֹתֶ֔יךָ [2] Munach Zaqef וּזְבָחֶ֖יךָ [2] Tip'cha לֹ֣א כִבַּדְתָּ֑נִי [1] Munach Etnachta לֹ֤א הֶעֱבַדְתִּ֙יךָ֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta בְּמִנְחָ֔ה [2] Zaqef וְלֹ֥א הוֹגַעְתִּ֖יךָ [2] Merkha Tip'cha בִּלְבוֹנָֽה׃ [1] Silluq		²³You have not brought me [3] sheep for your burnt offerings, [2] and with your sacrifices [2] you have not honored me; [1] I have not burdened you [3] with offerings, [2] and I have not wearied you [2] with frankincense. [1]
	²⁴לֹא־קָנִ֨יתָ לִּ֤י בַכֶּ֙סֶף֙ [3] Qadma Mapakh Pashta קָנֶ֔ה [2] Zaqef וְחֵ֥לֶב זְבָחֶ֖יךָ [2] Merkha Tip'cha לֹ֣א הִרְוִיתָ֑נִי [1] Munach Etnachta אַ֗ךְ [3] Revi'a הֶעֱבַדְתַּ֙נִי֙ [3] Pashta בְּחַטֹּאותֶ֔יךָ [2] Zaqef הוֹגַעְתַּ֖נִי [2] Tip'cha בַּעֲוֺנֹתֶֽיךָ׃ [1] Silluq		²⁴You have not spent money buying me [3] sweet cane, [2] and with the fat of your sacrifices [2] you have not satisfied me; [1] instead [3] you have burdened me [3] with your sins, [2] you have wearied me [2] with your iniquities. [1]
	²⁵אָנֹכִ֨י אָנֹכִ֥י ה֛וּא [3] Qadma Merkha Tevir מֹחֶ֥ה פְשָׁעֶ֖יךָ [2] Merkha Tip'cha לְמַעֲנִ֑י [1] Etnachta וְחַטֹּאתֶ֖יךָ [2] Tip'cha לֹ֥א אֶזְכֹּֽר׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		²⁵I, I am he [3] who blots out your transgressions [2] for my own sake; [1] and your sins [2] I will not remember. [1]
	²⁶הַזְכִּירֵ֕נִי [2] ZaqefG נִשָּׁפְטָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha יָ֑חַד [1] Etnachta סַפֵּ֥ר אַתָּ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha לְמַ֥עַן תִּצְדָּֽק׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		²⁶Remind me, [2] let us argue [2] together; [1] set forth your case, [2] that you may be justified. [1]
	²⁷אָבִ֥יךָ הָֽרִאשׁ֖וֹן [2] Merkha Tip'cha חָטָ֑א [1] Etnachta וּמְלִיצֶ֖יךָ [2] Tip'cha פָּ֥שְׁעוּ בִֽי׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		²⁷Your first father, [2] he sinned; [1] and your mediators, [2] they rebelled against me. [1]
	²⁸וַאֲחַלֵּ֖ל [2] Tip'cha שָׂ֣רֵי קֹ֑דֶשׁ [1] Munach Etnachta וְאֶתְּנָ֤ה לַחֵ֙רֶם֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta יַֽעֲקֹ֔ב [2] Zaqef וְיִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל [2] Tip'cha לְגִדּוּפִֽים׃ [1] Silluq פ		²⁸So I profaned [2] the sanctuary officials; [1] and I gave over to destruction, [3] Jacob, [2] and Israel, [2] to scorn.” [1] ¶
