	¹כֹּֽה־אָמַ֣ר יְהֹוָה֮ [3] Munach Zarqa לִמְשִׁיחוֹ֮ [3] Zarqa לְכ֣וֹרֶשׁ אֲשֶׁר־הֶחֱזַ֣קְתִּי בִֽימִינ֗וֹ [3] Munach Munach Revi'a לְרַד־לְפָנָיו֙ [3] Pashta גּוֹיִ֔ם [2] Zaqef וּמׇתְנֵ֥י מְלָכִ֖ים [2] Merkha Tip'cha אֲפַתֵּ֑חַ [1] Etnachta לִפְתֹּ֤חַ לְפָנָיו֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta דְּלָתַ֔יִם [2] Zaqef וּשְׁעָרִ֖ים [2] Tip'cha לֹ֥א יִסָּגֵֽרוּ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		¹Thus says the LORD, [3] to his anointed, [3] to Cyrus whose right hand I have grasped, [3] to subdue before him [3] nations, [2] and the belts of kings [2] I will loosen; [1] to open before him [3] doors, [2] so that gates, [2] they shall not be shut, [1]
	²אֲנִי֙ [3] Pashta לְפָנֶ֣יךָ אֵלֵ֔ךְ [2] Munach Zaqef וַהֲדוּרִ֖ים [2] Tip'cha אושר *אֲיַשֵּׁ֑ר [1] Etnachta דַּלְת֤וֹת נְחוּשָׁה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta אֲשַׁבֵּ֔ר [2] Zaqef וּבְרִיחֵ֥י בַרְזֶ֖ל [2] Merkha Tip'cha אֲגַדֵּֽעַ׃ [1] Silluq		²“I, [3] I will go before you, [2] and the crooked places [2] I will make straight; [1] doors of bronze [3] I will shatter, [2] and bars of iron [2] I will cut through. [1]
	³וְנָתַתִּ֤י לְךָ֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta אוֹצְר֣וֹת חֹ֔שֶׁךְ [2] Munach Zaqef וּמַטְמֻנֵ֖י [2] Tip'cha מִסְתָּרִ֑ים [1] Etnachta לְמַ֣עַן תֵּדַ֗ע [3] Munach Revi'a כִּֽי־אֲנִ֧י יְהֹוָ֛ה [3] Darga Tevir הַקּוֹרֵ֥א בְשִׁמְךָ֖ [2] Merkha Tip'cha אֱלֹהֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		³And I will give you [3] treasures of darkness, [2] and hidden riches [2] of secret places; [1] that you may know [3] that I am the LORD [3] who calls you by your name, [2] the God of Israel. [1]
	⁴לְמַ֙עַן֙ [3] Pashta עַבְדִּ֣י יַעֲקֹ֔ב [2] Munach Zaqef וְיִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל [2] Tip'cha בְּחִירִ֑י [1] Etnachta וָאֶקְרָ֤א לְךָ֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta בִּשְׁמֶ֔ךָ [2] Zaqef אֲכַנְּךָ֖ [2] Tip'cha וְלֹ֥א יְדַעְתָּֽנִי׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		⁴For the sake of [3] my servant Jacob [2] and Israel [2] my chosen one; [1] I have also called you [3] by your name. [2] I have given you a title of honor [2] though you have not known me. [1]
	⁵אֲנִ֤י יְהֹוָה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta וְאֵ֣ין ע֔וֹד [2] Munach Zaqef זוּלָתִ֖י [2] Tip'cha אֵ֣ין אֱלֹהִ֑ים [1] Munach Etnachta אֲאַזֶּרְךָ֖ [2] Tip'cha וְלֹ֥א יְדַעְתָּֽנִי׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		⁵I am the LORD [3] and there is no other. [2] Besides me [2] there is no God; [1] I will strengthen you [2] though you have not known me, [1]
	⁶לְמַ֣עַן יֵדְע֗וּ [3] Munach Revi'a מִמִּזְרַח־שֶׁ֙מֶשׁ֙ [3] Pashta וּמִמַּ֣עֲרָבָ֔הֿ [2] Munach Zaqef כִּי־אֶ֖פֶס [2] Tip'cha בִּלְעָדָ֑י [1] Etnachta אֲנִ֥י יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha וְאֵ֥ין עֽוֹד׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		⁶that people may know [3] from the rising of the sun [3] and from the west, [2] that there is no one [2] besides me; [1] I am the LORD [2] and there is no other, [1]
	⁷יוֹצֵ֥ר אוֹר֙ [3] Merkha Pashta וּבוֹרֵ֣א חֹ֔שֶׁךְ [2] Munach Zaqef עֹשֶׂ֥ה שָׁל֖וֹם [2] Merkha Tip'cha וּב֣וֹרֵא רָ֑ע [1] Munach Etnachta אֲנִ֥י יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha עֹשֶׂ֥ה כׇל־אֵֽלֶּה׃ [1] Merkha Silluq פ		⁷who forms light [3] and creates darkness, [2] who makes peace [2] and creates calamity; [1] I am the LORD, [2] who does all these things. [1] ¶
	⁸הַרְעִ֤יפוּ שָׁמַ֙יִם֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta מִמַּ֔עַל [2] Zaqef וּשְׁחָקִ֖ים [2] Tip'cha יִזְּלוּ־צֶ֑דֶק [1] Etnachta תִּפְתַּח־אֶ֣רֶץ וְיִפְרוּ־יֶ֗שַׁע [3] Munach Revi'a וּצְדָקָ֤ה תַצְמִ֙יחַ֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta יַ֔חַד [2] Zaqef אֲנִ֥י יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha בְּרָאתִֽיו׃ [1] Silluq ס		⁸Rain down O heavens [3] from above, [2] and the clouds, [2] let them pour down righteousness; [1] let the earth open up that salvation may bear fruit, [3] and let it cause righteousness to spring up [3] along with it. [2] I the LORD, [2] I have created it. [1] §
	⁹ה֗וֹי [3] Revi'a רָ֚ב [3] Yetiv אֶת־יֹ֣צְר֔וֹ [2] Munach Zaqef חֶ֖רֶשׂ [2] Tip'cha אֶת־חַרְשֵׂ֣י אֲדָמָ֑ה [1] Munach Etnachta הֲיֹאמַ֨ר חֹ֤מֶר לְיֹֽצְרוֹ֙ [3] Qadma Mapakh Pashta מַֽה־תַּעֲשֶׂ֔ה [2] Zaqef וּפׇעׇלְךָ֖ [2] Tip'cha אֵין־יָדַ֥יִם לֽוֹ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq ס		⁹Woe to [3] one who quarrels [3] with his Maker, [2] a clay pot [2] among the clay pots of the ground! [1] Shall the clay say to the one who forms it, [3] ‘What are you making?’ [2] or ‘Your work, [2] it has no handles?’ [1] §
	¹⁰ה֛וֹי [3] Tevir אֹמֵ֥ר לְאָ֖ב [2] Merkha Tip'cha מַה־תּוֹלִ֑יד [1] Etnachta וּלְאִשָּׁ֖ה [2] Tip'cha מַה־תְּחִילִֽין׃ [1] Silluq ס		¹⁰Woe to [3] one who says to a father, [2] ‘What has been born to you?’ [1] or to a woman, [2] ‘What have you given birth to?’ ” [1] §
	¹¹כֹּֽה־אָמַ֧ר יְהֹוָ֛ה [3] Darga Tevir קְד֥וֹשׁ יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל [2] Merkha Tip'cha וְיֹצְר֑וֹ [1] Etnachta הָאֹתִיּ֣וֹת שְׁאָל֔וּנִי [2] Munach Zaqef עַל־בָּנַ֛י [3] Tevir וְעַל־פֹּ֥עַל יָדַ֖י [2] Merkha Tip'cha תְּצַוֻּֽנִי׃ [1] Silluq		¹¹Thus says the LORD, [3] the Holy One of Israel [2] and the one who made him; [1] “(You) ask me of coming things? [2] Concerning my children [3] and concerning the work of my hands [2] you command me? [1]
	¹²אָֽנֹכִי֙ [3] Pashta עָשִׂ֣יתִי אֶ֔רֶץ [2] Munach Zaqef וְאָדָ֖ם [2] Tip'cha עָלֶ֣יהָ בָרָ֑אתִי [1] Munach Etnachta אֲנִ֗י [3] Revi'a יָדַי֙ [3] Pashta נָט֣וּ שָׁמַ֔יִם [2] Munach Zaqef וְכׇל־צְבָאָ֖ם [2] Tip'cha צִוֵּֽיתִי׃ [1] Silluq		¹²I, [3] I made the earth, [2] and man [2] on it I created; [1] I, [3] my hands, [3] they stretched out the heavens, [2] and all their host [2] I commanded. [1]
	¹³אָֽנֹכִי֙ [3] Pashta הַעִירֹתִ֣הֽוּ בְצֶ֔דֶק [2] Munach Zaqef וְכׇל־דְּרָכָ֖יו [2] Tip'cha אֲיַשֵּׁ֑ר [1] Etnachta הֽוּא־יִבְנֶ֤ה עִירִי֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta וְגָלוּתִ֣י יְשַׁלֵּ֔חַ [2] Munach Zaqef לֹ֤א בִמְחִיר֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta וְלֹ֣א בְשֹׁ֔חַד [2] Munach Zaqef אָמַ֖ר [2] Tip'cha יְהֹוָ֥ה צְבָאֽוֹת׃ [1] Merkha Silluq ס		¹³I, [3] I stirred him up in righteousness, [2] and all his ways [2] I will make straight; [1] he, he shall build my city, [3] and my exiles he shall set free, [2] not for price [3] and not for reward,” [2] says he, [2] the LORD of Hosts. 	¹⁴כֹּ֣ה ׀ [4] Munach Legarmeh אָמַ֣ר יְהֹוָ֗ה [3] Munach Revi'a יְגִ֨יעַ מִצְרַ֥יִם וּֽסְחַר־כּוּשׁ֮ [3] Qadma Merkha Zarqa וּסְבָאִים֮ [3] Zarqa אַנְשֵׁ֣י מִדָּה֒ [2] Munach Segol עָלַ֤יִךְ יַֽעֲבֹ֙רוּ֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta וְלָ֣ךְ יִֽהְי֔וּ [2] Munach Zaqef אַחֲרַ֣יִךְ יֵלֵ֔כוּ [2] Munach Zaqef בַּזִּקִּ֖ים [2] Tip'cha יַעֲבֹ֑רוּ [1] Etnachta וְאֵלַ֤יִךְ יִֽשְׁתַּחֲווּ֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta אֵלַ֣יִךְ יִתְפַּלָּ֔לוּ [2] Munach Zaqef אַ֣ךְ בָּ֥ךְ אֵ֛ל [3] Munach Merkha Tevir וְאֵ֥ין ע֖וֹד [2] Merkha Tip'cha אֶ֥פֶס אֱלֹהִֽים׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		¹⁴Thus [4] says the LORD, [3] “The labor of Egypt and the merchandise of Ethiopia, [3] and the Sabeans, [3] men of stature, [2] to you they will come over [3] and they will be yours, [2] behind you they will walk, [2] in chains [2] they shall come over; [1] and to you they will bow down, [3] to you they will pray, [2] ‘Surely God is with you [3] and there is none else, [2] there is no other god. [1]
	¹⁵אָכֵ֕ן [2] ZaqefG אַתָּ֖ה [2] Tip'cha אֵ֣ל מִסְתַּתֵּ֑ר [1] Munach Etnachta אֱלֹהֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל [2] Merkha Tip'cha מוֹשִֽׁיעַ׃ [1] Silluq		¹⁵Truly [2] you [2] are a God who hides himself; [1] O God of Israel, [2] Savior.’ ” [1]
	¹⁶בּ֥וֹשׁוּ וְגַֽם־נִכְלְמ֖וּ [2] Merkha Tip'cha כֻּלָּ֑ם [1] Etnachta יַחְדָּו֙ [3] Pashta הָלְכ֣וּ בַכְּלִמָּ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef חָרָשֵׁ֖י [2] Tip'cha צִירִֽים׃ [1] Silluq		¹⁶They will be ashamed and they will also be disgraced, [2] all of them; [1] together [3] they will walk in humiliation, [2] the makers of [2] idols. [1]
	¹⁷יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ [3] Pashta נוֹשַׁ֣ע בַּֽיהֹוָ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef תְּשׁוּעַ֖ת [2] Tip'cha עוֹלָמִ֑ים [1] Etnachta לֹֽא־תֵבֹ֥שׁוּ וְלֹא־תִכָּלְמ֖וּ [2] Merkha Tip'cha עַד־ע֥וֹלְמֵי עַֽד׃ [1] Merkha Silluq פ		¹⁷Israel, [3] she has been saved by the LORD [2] with salvation [2] everlasting; [1] you shall not be ashamed and you shall not be disgraced [2] for all eternity. [1] ¶
	¹⁸כִּ֣י כֹ֣ה אָֽמַר־יְ֠הֹוָ֠ה [4] Munach Munach TelishaG בּוֹרֵ֨א הַשָּׁמַ֜יִם [4] Qadma Geresh ה֣וּא הָאֱלֹהִ֗ים [3] Munach Revi'a יֹצֵ֨ר הָאָ֤רֶץ וְעֹשָׂהּ֙ [3] Qadma Mapakh Pashta ה֣וּא כֽוֹנְנָ֔הּ [2] Munach Zaqef לֹא־תֹ֥הוּ בְרָאָ֖הּ [2] Merkha Tip'cha לָשֶׁ֣בֶת יְצָרָ֑הּ [1] Munach Etnachta אֲנִ֥י יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha וְאֵ֥ין עֽוֹד׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		¹⁸For thus says the LORD, [4] the one who created the heavens [4] is he, God, [3] the one who formed the earth and who made it [3] is he - he established it, [2] not a wasteland did he create it - [2] to be inhabited did he form it; [1] “I am the LORD [2] and there is no other. [1]
	¹⁹לֹ֧א בַסֵּ֣תֶר דִּבַּ֗רְתִּי [3] Darga Munach Revi'a בִּמְקוֹם֙ [3] Pashta אֶ֣רֶץ חֹ֔שֶׁךְ [2] Munach Zaqef לֹ֥א אָמַ֛רְתִּי [3] Merkha Tevir לְזֶ֥רַע יַעֲקֹ֖ב [2] Merkha Tip'cha תֹּ֣הוּ בַקְּשׁ֑וּנִי [1] Munach Etnachta אֲנִ֤י יְהֹוָה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta דֹּבֵ֣ר צֶ֔דֶק [2] Munach Zaqef מַגִּ֖יד [2] Tip'cha מֵישָׁרִֽים׃ [1] Silluq		¹⁹I have not spoken in secret, [3] in a place [3] of a land of darkness. [2] I didn’t say [3] to the offspring of Jacob, [2] ‘Seek me in vain;’ [1] I the LORD [3] speak righteousness. [2] I declare [2] what is right. [1]
	²⁰הִקָּבְצ֥וּ וָבֹ֛אוּ [3] Merkha Tevir הִֽתְנַגְּשׁ֥וּ יַחְדָּ֖ו [2] Merkha Tip'cha פְּלִיטֵ֣י הַגּוֹיִ֑ם [1] Munach Etnachta לֹ֣א יָדְע֗וּ [3] Munach Revi'a הַנֹּֽשְׂאִים֙ [3] Pashta אֶת־עֵ֣ץ פִּסְלָ֔ם [2] Munach Zaqef וּמִֽתְפַּלְלִ֔ים [2] Zaqef אֶל־אֵ֖ל [2] Tip'cha לֹ֥א יוֹשִֽׁיעַ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		²⁰Gather together and come, [3] draw near together, [2] O fugitives of the nations; [1] they have no knowledge, [3] those who carry [3] their wooden idols, [2] and who pray [2] to a god [2] who cannot save. [1]
	²¹הַגִּ֣ידוּ וְהַגִּ֔ישׁוּ [2] Munach Zaqef אַ֥ף יִֽוָּעֲצ֖וּ [2] Merkha Tip'cha יַחְדָּ֑ו [1] Etnachta מִ֣י הִשְׁמִ֩יעַ֩ זֹ֨את מִקֶּ֜דֶם [4] Munach TelishaQ Qadma Geresh מֵאָ֣ז הִגִּידָ֗הּ [3] Munach Revi'a הֲל֨וֹא אֲנִ֤י יְהֹוָה֙ [3] Qadma Mapakh Pashta וְאֵֽין־ע֤וֹד אֱלֹהִים֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta מִבַּלְעָדַ֔י [2] Zaqef אֵל־צַדִּ֣יק וּמוֹשִׁ֔יעַ [2] Munach Zaqef אַ֖יִן [2] Tip'cha זוּלָתִֽי׃ [1] Silluq		²¹Declare and present it, [2] and let them take counsel [2] together; [1] who has foretold this from ancient time [4] (and) from then has declared it? [3] Is it not I, the LORD? [3] There is no other God [3] besides me, [2] a righteous God and a Savior, [2] there is none [2] besides me. [1]
	²²פְּנוּ־אֵלַ֥י וְהִוָּשְׁע֖וּ [2] Merkha Tip'cha כׇּל־אַפְסֵי־אָ֑רֶץ [1] Etnachta כִּ֥י אֲנִי־אֵ֖ל [2] Merkha Tip'cha וְאֵ֥ין עֽוֹד׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		²²Turn to me and be saved, [2] all the ends of the earth; [1] for I am God, [2] and there is no other. [1]
	²³בִּ֣י נִשְׁבַּ֔עְתִּי [2] Munach Zaqef יָצָ֨א מִפִּ֧י צְדָקָ֛ה [3] Qadma Darga Tevir דָּבָ֖ר [2] Tip'cha וְלֹ֣א יָשׁ֑וּב [1] Munach Etnachta כִּי־לִי֙ [3] Pashta תִּכְרַ֣ע כׇּל־בֶּ֔רֶךְ [2] Munach Zaqef תִּשָּׁבַ֖ע [2] Tip'cha כׇּל־לָשֽׁוֹן׃ [1] Silluq		²³By myself I have sworn, [2] it has gone forth from my mouth in righteousness, [3] a word, [2] and it will not be revoked; [1] that to me [3] every knee shall bow, [2] it shall swear, [2] every tongue. [1]
	²⁴אַ֧ךְ בַּיהֹוָ֛ה [3] Darga Tevir לִ֥י אָמַ֖ר [2] Merkha Tip'cha צְדָק֣וֹת וָעֹ֑ז [1] Munach Etnachta עָדָיו֙ [3] Pashta יָב֣וֹא וְיֵבֹ֔שׁוּ [2] Munach Zaqef כֹּ֖ל [2] Tip'cha הַנֶּחֱרִ֥ים בּֽוֹ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		²⁴‘Only in the LORD,’ [3] of me it will be said, [2] ‘is righteousness and strength;’ ” [1] to him [3] will men come and they will be put to shame, [2] all [2] those who have raged against him. [1]
	²⁵בַּיהֹוָ֛ה [3] Tevir יִצְדְּק֥וּ וְיִֽתְהַלְל֖וּ [2] Merkha Tip'cha כׇּל־זֶ֥רַע יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		²⁵In the LORD [3] they will be justified and they will give praise, [2] all the offspring of Israel! [1]
