| ישעה 63 | Isaiah 63 | |||
| 1 מִי־זֶ֣ה ׀ [4] Munach Legarmeh בָּ֣א מֵאֱד֗וֹם [3] Munach Revi'a מִבׇּצְרָ֔ה [2] Zaqef הָד֣וּר בִּלְבוּשׁ֔וֹ [2] Munach Zaqef בְּרֹ֣ב כֹּח֑וֹ [1] Munach Etnachta מְדַבֵּ֥ר בִּצְדָקָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha רַ֥ב לְהוֹשִֽׁיעַ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq |
1 Who is this [4] coming from Edom [3] from Bozrah, [2] splendid in his apparel, [2] in his great strength? [1] the one who speaks in righteousness, [2] mighty to save.” [1] |
[1] Merkha Silluq |
2 Why so red [2] is your apparel; [1] like one who treads in a winepress? [1] |
| 3 פּוּרָ֣ה ׀ [4] Munach Legarmeh דָּרַ֣כְתִּי לְבַדִּ֗י [3] Munach Revi'a אֵֽין־אִ֣ישׁ אִתִּ֔י [2] Munach Zaqef וְאֶרְמְסֵ֖ם [2] Tip'cha בַּחֲמָתִ֑י [1] Etnachta עַל־בְּגָדַ֔י [2] Zaqef אֶגְאָֽלְתִּי׃ [1] Silluq |
3 “The winepress [4] I have trodden, I alone, [3] no one was with me, [2] and I trampled them [2] in my wrath; [1] on my garments, [2] I have stained. [1] |
[1] Silluq |
4 For [3] the day of vengeance [2] was in my heart; [1] it has come. [1] |
[1] Merkha Silluq |
5 And I looked [3] but there was no one to help, [2] that there was no one to assist; [1] my own arm, [2] it, it upheld me. [1] |
6 So I trod down the peoples [3] in my anger [2] in my wrath; [1] their lifeblood.” [1] § |
[1] Merkha Silluq |
7 The lovingkindness of the LORD I will remember, [3] the praises of the LORD, [2] all that he has granted us, [2] the LORD; [1] to the house of Israel [2] and according to the abundance of his lovingkindness. [1] |
8 For he said, [3] “Surely they are my people, [2] who will not deal falsely;” [1] a Savior. [1] |
[1] Merkha Silluq |
9 In all their affliction [4] he was afflicted, [3] it saved them, [2] he, he redeemed them; [1] all the days of old. [1] |
[1] Merkha Silluq |
10 But they, [3] they rebelled and they grieved [2] his Holy Spirit; [1] an enemy, [2] and he, he fought against them. [1] |
| 11 וַיִּזְכֹּ֥ר יְמֵֽי־עוֹלָ֖ם [2] Merkha Tip'cha מֹשֶׁ֣ה עַמּ֑וֹ [1] Munach Etnachta הַֽמַּעֲלֵ֣ם מִיָּ֗ם [3] Munach Revi'a רֹעֵ֣י צֹאנ֔וֹ [2] Munach Zaqef הַשָּׂ֥ם בְּקִרְבּ֖וֹ [2] Merkha Tip'cha אֶת־ר֥וּחַ קׇדְשֽׁוֹ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq |
11 Then they remembered the days of old [2] of Moses, his people; [1] is the one who brought them up from the sea [3] the shepherd of his flock? [2] is the one who put among them [2] his Holy Spirit?” [1] |
[1] Merkha Silluq |
12 Who caused to go [3] at the right hand of Moses [2] of his glory? [1] from before them [2] a name forever? [1] |
[1] Merkha Silluq |
13 Who led them [2] through the depths? [1] they did not stumble. [1] |
[1] Merkha Silluq |
14 Like cattle [3] that go down into the valley, [2] it gave them rest; [1] you led your people [2] a glorious name. [1] |
[1] Merkha Silluq |
15 Look (down) from heaven [3] and see [2] and your glory; [1] and your mighty deeds? [2] and your compassion, [2] toward me they have been restrained. [1] |
16 For you are our Father, [2] he doesn’t know us, [2] he does not acknowledge us; [1] are our Father, [2] is your name. [1] |
17 Why do you make us wander O LORD [3] from your ways, [2] from fearing you? [1] for the sake of your servants, [2] of your inheritance. [1] |
18 For a little while [2] they possessed (it), [2] your holy people. [1] they have trampled down [2] your sanctuary. [1] |
[1] Merkha Silluq |
19 We have become [3] since long ago [3] like those over whom you have never ruled, [2] on them. [1] and come down, [2] the mountains might quake! [1] |
