1 וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֥ה לֵּאמֹֽר׃ [1] Silluq
2 1 The LORD spoke to Moses, saying, [2]

אֶת־בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל [3] Revi'i
 
וְיִקְח֨וּ אֵלֶ֜יךָ [4] Geresh
שֶׁ֣מֶן זַ֥יִת זָ֛ךְ [3] Tevir
כָּתִ֖ית [2] Tip'cha
 
לַמָּא֑וֹר [1] Etnachta
 
לְהַעֲלֹ֥ת נֵ֖ר [2] Tip'cha
תָּמִֽיד׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 4 3 4 2 2 “Command the children of Israel, that they bring to you pure olive oil beaten for the light, to cause a lamp to burn continually. [4]
3 מִחוּץ֩ לְפָרֹ֨כֶת הָעֵדֻ֜ת [4] Geresh
בְּאֹ֣הֶל מוֹעֵ֗ד [3] Revi'i
 
יַעֲרֹךְ֩ אֹת֨וֹ אַהֲרֹ֜ן [4] Geresh
מֵעֶ֧רֶב עַד־בֹּ֛קֶר [3] Tevir
לִפְנֵ֥י יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
 
תָּמִ֑יד [1] Etnachta
 
חֻקַּ֥ת עוֹלָ֖ם [2] Tip'cha
לְדֹרֹֽתֵיכֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 4 3 4 2 3 Outside of the veil of the Testimony, in the Tent of Meeting, Aaron shall keep it in order from evening to morning before the LORD continually. It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations. [4]

1 2 3 2 2 4 He shall keep in order the lamps on the pure gold lamp stand before the LORD continually. ¶ [3]
5 וְלָקַחְתָּ֣ סֹ֔לֶת [2] Zaqef
וְאָפִיתָ֣ אֹתָ֔הּ [2] Zaqef
שְׁתֵּ֥ים עֶשְׂרֵ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
חַלּ֑וֹת [1] Etnachta
 
שְׁנֵי֙ [3] Pashta
עֶשְׂרֹנִ֔ים [2] Zaqef
 
יִהְיֶ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
הַֽחַלָּ֥ה הָאֶחָֽת׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 2 2 2 3 2 5 “You shall take fine flour, and bake twelve cakes of it: two tenths of an efah shall be in one cake. [2]
6 וְשַׂמְתָּ֥ אוֹתָ֛ם [3] Tevir
שְׁתַּ֥יִם מַֽעֲרָכ֖וֹת [2] Tip'cha
שֵׁ֣שׁ הַֽמַּעֲרָ֑כֶת [1] Etnachta
 
עַ֛ל [3] Tevir
הַשֻּׁלְחָ֥ן הַטָּהֹ֖ר [2] Tip'cha
לִפְנֵ֥י יְהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 2 3 6 You shall set them in two rows, six on a row, on the pure gold table before the LORD. [3]
7 וְנָתַתָּ֥ עַל־הַֽמַּעֲרֶ֖כֶת [2] Tip'cha
לְבֹנָ֣ה זַכָּ֑ה [1] Etnachta
 
וְהָיְתָ֤ה לַלֶּ֙חֶם֙ [3 3] Pashta
לְאַזְכָּרָ֔ה [2] Zaqef
 
אִשֶּׁ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
לַֽיהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 2 3 2 7 You shall put pure frankincense on each row, that it may be to the bread for a memorial, even an offering made by fire to the LORD. [2]
8 בְּי֨וֹם הַשַּׁבָּ֜ת [4] Geresh
בְּי֣וֹם הַשַּׁבָּ֗ת [3] Revi'i
 
יַֽעַרְכֶ֛נּוּ [3] Tevir
לִפְנֵ֥י יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
 
תָּמִ֑יד [1] Etnachta
 
מֵאֵ֥ת בְּנֵֽי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל [2] Tip'cha
בְּרִ֥ית עוֹלָֽם׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 4 3 2 8 Every Sabbath day he shall set it in order before the LORD continually. It is an everlasting covenant on the behalf of the children of Israel. [4]
9 וְהָֽיְתָה֙ [3] Pashta
לְאַהֲרֹ֣ן וּלְבָנָ֔יו [2] Zaqef
 
וַאֲכָלֻ֖הוּ [2] Tip'cha
בְּמָק֣וֹם קָדֹ֑שׁ [1] Etnachta
 
כִּ֡י [4] Pazer
קֹ֩דֶשׁ֩ קׇֽדָשִׁ֨ים ה֥וּא ל֛וֹ [3] Tevir
מֵאִשֵּׁ֥י יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
חׇק־עוֹלָֽם׃ [1] Silluq

1 2 3 2 2 3 4 9 It shall be for Aaron and his sons. They shall eat it in a holy place; for it is most holy to him of the offerings of the LORD made by fire by a perpetual statute.” ¶ [3]

הַיִּשְׂרְאֵלִ֔ית [2] Zaqef

הַיִּשְׂרְאֵלִֽי׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 2 3 2 2 3 2 3 2 10 The son of an Israelite woman, whose father was an Egyptian, went out among the children of Israel; and the son of the Israelite woman and a man of Israel strove together in the camp. [3]

שְׁלֹמִ֥ית בַּת־דִּבְרִ֖י [2] Tip'cha
לְמַטֵּה־דָֽן׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 4 2 2 3 11 The son of the Israelite woman blasphemed the Name, and cursed; and they brought him to Moses. His mother’s name was Shelomith, the daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan. [4 4]
12 וַיַּנִּיחֻ֖הוּ [2] Tip'cha

לִפְרֹ֥שׁ לָהֶ֖ם [2] Tip'cha
עַל־פִּ֥י יְהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Silluq

1 2 2 12 They put him in custody until the LORD’s will should be declared to them. [2]
13 וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֥ה לֵּאמֹֽר׃ [1] Silluq
2 13 The LORD spoke to Moses, saying, [2]
14 הוֹצֵ֣א אֶת־הַֽמְקַלֵּ֗ל [3] Revi'i
אֶל־מִחוּץ֙ [3] Pashta
לַֽמַּחֲנֶ֔ה [2] Zaqef
 
וְסָמְכ֧וּ כׇֽל־הַשֹּׁמְעִ֛ים [3] Tevir
אֶת־יְדֵיהֶ֖ם [2] Tip'cha
עַל־רֹאשׁ֑וֹ [1] Etnachta
 
וְרָגְמ֥וּ אֹת֖וֹ [2] Tip'cha
כׇּל־הָעֵדָֽה׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 3 2 3 2 14 “Bring him who cursed out of the camp; and let all who heard him lay their hands on his head, and let all the congregation stone him. [3]
15 וְאֶל־בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל [2] Tip'cha
תְּדַבֵּ֣ר לֵאמֹ֑ר [1] Etnachta
 
אִ֥ישׁ אִ֛ישׁ [3] Tevir
כִּֽי־יְקַלֵּ֥ל אֱלֹהָ֖יו [2] Tip'cha
וְנָשָׂ֥א חֶטְאֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 2 3 15 You shall speak to the children of Israel, saying, ‘Whoever curses his God shall bear his sin. [2]
16 וְנֹקֵ֤ב שֵׁם־יְהֹוָה֙ [3] Pashta
מ֣וֹת יוּמָ֔ת [2] Zaqef
 
רָג֥וֹם יִרְגְּמוּ־ב֖וֹ [2] Tip'cha
כׇּל־הָעֵדָ֑ה [1] Etnachta
 
כַּגֵּר֙ [3] Pashta
כָּֽאֶזְרָ֔ח [2] Zaqef
 
בְּנׇקְבוֹ־שֵׁ֖ם [2] Tip'cha
יוּמָֽת׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 2 2 3 2 16 He who blasphemes the LORD’s name, he shall surely be put to death. All the congregation shall certainly stone him. The foreigner as well as the native-born shall be put to death when he blasphemes the Name. ¶ [3]

כׇּל־נֶ֣פֶשׁ אָדָ֑ם [1] Etnachta

1 2 2 2 17 “ ‘He who strikes any man mortally shall surely be put to death. [2]
18 וּמַכֵּ֥ה נֶֽפֶשׁ־בְּהֵמָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
יְשַׁלְּמֶ֑נָּה [1] Etnachta
 
נֶ֖פֶשׁ [2] Tip'cha
תַּ֥חַת נָֽפֶשׁ׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 2 18 He who strikes an animal mortally shall make it good, life for life. [2]
19 וְאִ֕ישׁ [2] ZaqefG
כִּֽי־יִתֵּ֥ן מ֖וּם [2] Tip'cha
בַּעֲמִית֑וֹ [1] Etnachta
 
כַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר עָשָׂ֔ה [2] Zaqef
כֵּ֖ן [2] Tip'cha
יֵעָ֥שֶׂה לּֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 2 2 2 19 If anyone injures his neighbor, it shall be done to him as he has done: [2]
20 שֶׁ֚בֶר [3] Yetiv
תַּ֣חַת שֶׁ֔בֶר [2] Zaqef
 
עַ֚יִן [3] Yetiv
תַּ֣חַת עַ֔יִן [2] Zaqef
 
שֵׁ֖ן [2] Tip'cha
תַּ֣חַת שֵׁ֑ן [1] Etnachta
 
כַּאֲשֶׁ֨ר יִתֵּ֥ן מוּם֙ [3] Pashta
בָּֽאָדָ֔ם [2] Zaqef
 
כֵּ֖ן [2] Tip'cha
יִנָּ֥תֶן בּֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 2 3 2 2 3 2 20 fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth. It shall be done to him as he has injured someone. [3]
21 וּמַכֵּ֥ה בְהֵמָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
יְשַׁלְּמֶ֑נָּה [1] Etnachta
 
וּמַכֵּ֥ה אָדָ֖ם [2] Tip'cha
יוּמָֽת׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 2 21 He who kills an animal shall make it good; and he who kills a man shall be put to death. [2]
22 מִשְׁפַּ֤ט אֶחָד֙ [3] Pashta
יִהְיֶ֣ה לָכֶ֔ם [2] Zaqef
 
כַּגֵּ֥ר כָּאֶזְרָ֖ח [2] Tip'cha
יִהְיֶ֑ה [1] Etnachta
 
כִּ֛י [3] Tevir
אֲנִ֥י יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
אֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 2 2 3 22 You shall have one kind of law for the foreigner as well as the native-born; for I am the LORD your God.’ ” ¶ [3]

וַיִּרְגְּמ֥וּ אֹת֖וֹ [2] Tip'cha

וּבְנֵֽי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֣ל עָשׂ֔וּ [2] Zaqef
