נָשָׂ֣אתִי אֶת־עֵינַ֑י [2] Etnachta
 
הַ֝יֹּשְׁבִ֗י [2] Revi'i Mugrash
בַּשָּׁמָֽיִם׃ [1] Silluq

1 To you [3]
I lift up my eyes, [2]
 
(to) the one who sits [2]
in the heavens. [1]
2 הִנֵּ֨ה כְעֵינֵ֪י עֲבָדִ֡ים [4] Pazer
אֶל־יַ֤ד אֲֽדוֹנֵיהֶ֗ם [3] Revi'i
 
כְּעֵינֵ֣י שִׁפְחָה֮ [3] Sinnor
אֶל־יַ֢ד גְּבִ֫רְתָּ֥הּ [2] Ole Veyored
 
כֵּ֣ן עֵ֭ינֵינוּ [3] Dechi
אֶל־יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֵ֑ינוּ [2] Etnachta
 
עַ֝֗ד [2] Revi'i Mugrash
שֶׁיְּחׇנֵּֽנוּ׃ [1] Silluq

are to the hand of their master, [3]
 
as the eyes of a maid [3]
to the hand of her mistress; [2]
 
so our eyes [3]
are to the LORD our God, [2]

he has mercy on us. [1]

שָׂבַ֥עְנוּ בֽוּז׃ [1] Silluq

for much [2]
have we endured contempt. [1]

שָֽׂבְעָה־לָּ֢הּ נַ֫פְשֵׁ֥נוּ [2] Ole Veyored
 
הַלַּ֥עַג הַשַּֽׁאֲנַנִּ֑ים [2] Etnachta
הַ֝בּ֗וּז [2] Revi'i Mugrash
*לגאיונים **לִגְאֵ֥י **יוֹנִֽים׃ [1] Silluq
