הַאֲזִ֥ינָה ק֝וֹלִ֗י [2] Revi'i Mugrash
בְּקׇרְאִי־לָֽךְ׃ [1] Silluq

1 O LORD I call out to you, [3]
come to me quickly; [2]
 
give ear to my voice [2]
when I call to you. [1]
2 תִּכּ֤וֹן תְּפִלָּתִ֣י קְטֹ֣רֶת [3] VDechi
לְפָנֶ֑יךָ [2] Etnachta
 
מַֽשְׂאַ֥ת כַּ֝פַּ֗י [2] Revi'i Mugrash
מִנְחַת־עָֽרֶב׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 2 May my prayer be set like incense [3]
before you; [2]
 
the lifting up of my hands [2]
like the evening sacrifice. [1]
3 שִׁיתָ֣ה יְ֭הֹוָה [3] Dechi
שׇׁמְרָ֣ה לְפִ֑י [2] Etnachta
 
נִ֝צְּרָ֗ה [2] Revi'i Mugrash
עַל־דַּ֥ל שְׂפָתָֽי׃ [1] Silluq

a guard for my mouth; [2]
 
keep watch [2]
over the door of my lips. [1]
4 אַל־תַּט־לִבִּ֨י לְדָבָ֪ר ׀ רָ֡ע [4] Pazer
לְהִתְע֘וֹלֵ֤ל עֲלִל֨וֹת ׀ [4] Azla Legarmeh
בְּרֶ֗שַׁע [3] Revi'i
אֶת־אִישִׁ֥ים פֹּעֲלֵי־אָ֑וֶן [2] Etnachta
 
וּבַל־אֶ֝לְחַ֗ם [2] Revi'i Mugrash
בְּמַנְעַמֵּיהֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 4 4 2 4 Don’t incline my heart to any evil thing, [4]
to practice deeds [4]
of wickedness, [3]
with people who work iniquity; [2]
 
that I will not eat [2]
of their delicacies. [1]
5 יֶ֥הֶלְמֵֽנִי צַדִּ֨יק ׀ [4] Azla Legarmeh
חֶ֡סֶד [4] Pazer
וְֽיוֹכִיחֵ֗נִי [3] Revi'i
 
שֶׁ֣מֶן רֹ֭אשׁ [3] Dechi
אַל־יָנִ֣י רֹאשִׁ֑י [2] Etnachta
 
כִּי־ע֥וֹד וּ֝תְפִלָּתִ֗י [2] Revi'i Mugrash
בְּרָעוֹתֵיהֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 4 4 3 2 5 Let one who is righteous strike me, [4]
it is kindness, [4]
and let him reprove me, [3]
 
it is oil on the head, [3]
let not my head refuse it; [2]
 
Yet still my prayer [2]
is against their wickedness. [1]
6 נִשְׁמְט֣וּ בִֽידֵי־סֶ֭לַע [3] Dechi
שֹׁפְטֵיהֶ֑ם [2] Etnachta
 
וְשָׁמְע֥וּ אֲ֝מָרַ֗י [2] Revi'i Mugrash
כִּ֣י נָעֵֽמוּ׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 6 They have been thrown down from a cliff, [3]
their judges; [2]
 
then they will hear my words, [2]
for they are pleasant. [1]
7 כְּמ֤וֹ פֹלֵ֣חַ וּבֹקֵ֣עַ [3] VDechi
בָּאָ֑רֶץ [2] Etnachta
 
נִפְזְר֥וּ עֲ֝צָמֵ֗ינוּ [2] Revi'i Mugrash
לְפִ֣י שְׁאֽוֹל׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 7 “As when one plows and breaks up [3]
the earth; [2]
 
our bones have been scattered [2]
at the mouth of Sheol.” [1]
8 כִּ֤י אֵלֶ֨יךָ ׀ [4] Azla Legarmeh
יֱהֹוִ֣ה אֲדֹנָ֣י [3] VDechi
עֵינָ֑י [2] Etnachta
 
בְּכָ֥ה חָ֝סִ֗יתִי [2] Revi'i Mugrash
אַל־תְּעַ֥ר נַפְשִֽׁי׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 4 2 8 For to you [4]
O GOD my Lord, [3]
are my eyes; [2]
 
in you I take refuge, [2]
do not pour out my life. [1]
9 שׇׁמְרֵ֗נִי [3] Revi'i
מִ֣ידֵי פַ֭ח [3] Dechi
יָ֣קְשׁוּ לִ֑י [2] Etnachta
 
וּ֝מֹקְשׁ֗וֹת [2] Revi'i Mugrash
פֹּ֣עֲלֵי אָֽוֶן׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 3 2 9 Keep me [3]
from the grasp of the trap [3]
which they have laid for me; [2]
 
and the traps [2]
of those who do wickedness. [1]
10 יִפְּל֣וּ בְמַכְמֹרָ֣יו [3] VDechi
רְשָׁעִ֑ים [2] Etnachta
 
יַ֥חַד אָ֝נֹכִ֗י [2] Revi'i Mugrash
עַֽד־אֶעֱבֽוֹר׃ [1] Silluq
פ		 2 3 2 10 Let them fall into their own nets, [3]
the wicked; [2]
 
altogether I, [2]
until I pass by. [1]
