when he was [2]
in the wilderness of Judah. [1]
2 אֱלֹהִ֤ים ׀ [4] Mahpakh Legarmeh
אֵלִ֥י אַתָּ֗ה [3] Revi'i
אֲֽשַׁ֫חֲרֶ֥ךָּ [2] Ole Veyored
 
צָמְאָ֬ה לְךָ֨ ׀ [4] Azla Legarmeh
נַפְשִׁ֗י [3] Revi'i
 
כָּמַ֣הּ לְךָ֣ [3] VDechi
בְשָׂרִ֑י [2] Etnachta
 
בְּאֶֽרֶץ־צִיָּ֖ה וְעָיֵ֣ף [2] VRevMug
בְּלִי־מָֽיִם׃ [1] Silluq

you are my God, [3]
earnestly I seek you; [2]
 
it thirsts for you, [4]
my soul, [3]
 
it longs for you, [3]
my flesh, [2]
 
in a dry and weary land [2]
where there is no water. [1]

בַּקֹּ֣דֶשׁ חֲזִיתִ֑ךָ [2] Etnachta
 
לִרְא֥וֹת עֻ֝זְּךָ֗ [2] Revi'i Mugrash
וּכְבוֹדֶֽךָ׃ [1] Silluq

in the sanctuary I looked for you; [2]
 
to see your power [2]
and your glory. [1]
4 כִּי־ט֣וֹב חַ֭סְדְּךָ [3] Dechi
מֵחַיִּ֗ים [3/2] Revi'i
שְׂפָתַ֥י יְשַׁבְּחֽוּנְךָ׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 3 Since your lovingkindness is good [3]
more than life, [3/2]
my lips shall praise you. [1]
5 כֵּ֣ן אֲבָרֶכְךָ֣ [3] VDechi
בְחַיָּ֑י [2] Etnachta
 
בְּ֝שִׁמְךָ֗ [2] Revi'i Mugrash
אֶשָּׂ֥א כַפָּֽי׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 4 So I will bless you [3]
as long as I live; [2]
 
in your name [2]
I lift up my hands. [1]
6 כְּמ֤וֹ חֵ֣לֶב וָ֭דֶשֶׁן [3] Dechi
תִּשְׂבַּ֣ע נַפְשִׁ֑י [2] Etnachta
 
וְשִׂפְתֵ֥י רְ֝נָנ֗וֹת [2] Revi'i Mugrash
יְהַלֶּל־פִּֽי׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 5 As with fat and oil [3]
my soul is satisfied; [2]
 
so with joyful lips [2]
my mouth gives praise, [1]
7 אִם־זְכַרְתִּ֥יךָ עַל־יְצוּעָ֑י [2] Etnachta
 
בְּ֝אַשְׁמֻר֗וֹת [2] Revi'i Mugrash
אֶהְגֶּה־בָּֽךְ׃ [1] Silluq
2 2 6 when I remember you on my bed; [2]
 
in the night watches [2]
I meditate on you, [1]
8 כִּֽי־הָיִ֣יתָ עֶזְרָ֣תָה [3] VDechi
לִּ֑י [2] Etnachta
 
וּבְצֵ֖ל כְּנָפֶ֣יךָ [2] VRevMug
אֲרַנֵּֽן׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 7 for you have been a help [3]
to me; [2]
 
and in the shadow of your wings [2]
I sing for joy. [1]
9 דָּבְקָ֣ה נַפְשִׁ֣י [3] VDechi
אַחֲרֶ֑יךָ [2] Etnachta
 
בִּ֝֗י [2] Revi'i Mugrash
תָּמְכָ֥ה יְמִינֶֽךָ׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 8 My soul follows close [3]
after you; [2]
 
on me [2]
your right hand takes hold. [1]
10 וְהֵ֗מָּה [3] Revi'i
לְ֭שׁוֹאָה [3] Dechi
יְבַקְשׁ֣וּ נַפְשִׁ֑י [2] Etnachta
 
יָ֝בֹ֗אוּ [2] Revi'i Mugrash
בְּֽתַחְתִּיּ֥וֹת הָאָֽרֶץ׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 3 2 9 But they, [3]
who to destroy [3]
seek my life; [2]
 
they shall go [2]
into the depths of the earth. [1]
11 יַגִּירֻ֥הוּ עַל־יְדֵי־חָ֑רֶב [2] Etnachta
 
מְנָ֖ת שֻׁעָלִ֣ים [2] VRevMug
יִהְיֽוּ׃ [1] Silluq
2 2 10 They shall be given over to the power of the sword; [2]
 
the prey of foxes [2]
they shall be. [1]
12 וְהַמֶּלֶךְ֮ [3] Sinnor
יִשְׂמַ֢ח בֵּאלֹ֫הִ֥ים [2] Ole Veyored
 
יִ֭תְהַלֵּל [3] Dechi
כׇּל־הַנִּשְׁבָּ֣ע בּ֑וֹ [2] Etnachta
 
כִּ֥י יִ֝סָּכֵ֗ר [2] Revi'i Mugrash
פִּ֣י דוֹבְרֵי־שָֽׁקֶר׃ [1] Silluq
פ		 2 3 2 3 2 11 But the king, [3]
he shall rejoice in God; [2]
 
he will glory, [3]
every one who swears by Him, [2]
 
for it shall be stopped, [2]
the mouth of those who speak lies. [1]
