11 and_it _was in _the_day (the)_that he _will _repeat my_master/master a _second _[time] his/its_hand to_recover DOM the _remnant people_his which it _will _remain from_Assyria and_from_Miʦərayim/(Egypt) and_from_Pathros and_from_Cush and_from_Elam and_from_Shinar and_from_Hamath and_from_islands the_sea.
12 And_raise a _standard for _the_nations and_gather the _banished _[men] of _Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel) and_scattered of _Yəhūdāh he _will _assemble from_four the _corners the_earth/land.
13 And_depart the _jealousy of _ʼEfərayim and_enemies of _Yəhūdāh they _will _be _cut _off ʼEfərayim not it _will _be _jealous _of DOM Yəhūdāh and_Yihudah not it _will _treat _as _foes DOM ʼEfərayim.
14 And_swoop _down in/on/at/with_slopes [the]_Philistines west_to together they _will _plunder DOM [the]_people of _[the]_east ʼEdōm and_Mōʼāv [will _be]_the _stretching _out[fn] hand_their and_the _sons of _Ammon subject_them.
15 And_utterly _destroy Yahweh DOM the _tongue of _the _sea of _Miʦərayim and_wave his/its_hand on the_river in/on/at/with_scorching his/its_breath/wind/spirit and_strike_it into_seven wadis and_walk _through in/on/at/with_sandals.
16 And_there _be a _highway for_remnant people_his which it _will _remain from_Assyria just_as it _belonged for_Yisərā^ʼēl/(Israel) in/on_day came _up_they from_land of _Miʦərayim/(Egypt).
