1 כֹּ֚ה [3] Yetiv
אָמַ֣ר יְהֹוָ֔ה [2] Zaqef
 
עַל־שְׁלֹשָׁה֙ [3] Pashta
פִּשְׁעֵ֣י מוֹאָ֔ב [2] Zaqef
 
וְעַל־אַרְבָּעָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
לֹ֣א אֲשִׁיבֶ֑נּוּ [1] Etnachta
 
עַל־שׇׂרְפ֛וֹ [3] Tevir
עַצְמ֥וֹת מֶלֶךְ־אֱד֖וֹם [2] Tip'cha
לַשִּֽׂיד׃ [1] Silluq

says the LORD, [2]
 
“For three [3]
transgressions of Moab, [2]
 
and for four, [2]
I will not relent; [1]
 
because he burned [3]
the bones of the king of Edom [2]
into lime, [1]
2 וְשִׁלַּחְתִּי־אֵ֣שׁ בְּמוֹאָ֔ב [2] Zaqef
וְאָכְלָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
אַרְמְנ֣וֹת הַקְּרִיּ֑וֹת [1] Etnachta
 
וּמֵ֤ת בְּשָׁאוֹן֙ [3] Pashta
מוֹאָ֔ב [2] Zaqef
 
בִּתְרוּעָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
בְּק֥וֹל שׁוֹפָֽר׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 2 2 3 2 2 but I will send forth a fire on Moab, [2]
and it will consume [2]
the fortresses of Kerioth; [1]
 
and it will die in tumult, [3]
Moab, [2]
 
with a shout of alarm, [2]
with the sound of a shofar, [1]
3 וְהִכְרַתִּ֥י שׁוֹפֵ֖ט [2] Tip'cha
מִקִּרְבָּ֑הּ [1] Etnachta
 
וְכׇל־שָׂרֶ֛יהָ [3] Tevir
אֶהֱר֥וֹג עִמּ֖וֹ [2] Tip'cha
אָמַ֥ר יְהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Silluq

from among them; [1]
 
and all its officials [3]
I will kill with him,” [2]
says the LORD. [1]

עַל־שְׁלֹשָׁה֙ [3] Pashta
פִּשְׁעֵ֣י יְהוּדָ֔ה [2] Zaqef
 
וְעַל־אַרְבָּעָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
לֹ֣א אֲשִׁיבֶ֑נּוּ [1] Etnachta
 
עַֽל־מׇאֳסָ֞ם [4] Gershayim
אֶת־תּוֹרַ֣ת יְהֹוָ֗ה [3] Revi'i
 
וְחֻקָּיו֙ [3] Pashta
לֹ֣א שָׁמָ֔רוּ [2] Zaqef
 
וַיַּתְעוּם֙ [3] Pashta
כִּזְבֵיהֶ֔ם [2] Zaqef
 
אֲשֶׁר־הָלְכ֥וּ אֲבוֹתָ֖ם [2] Tip'cha
אַחֲרֵיהֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq

“For three [3]
transgressions of Judah, [2]
 
and for four [2]
I will not relent; [1]
 
because they have rejected [4]
the law of the LORD, [3]
 
and his statutes [3]
they have not kept, [2]
 
and they have led them astray, [3]
their lies, [2]
 
which their ancestors walked [2]
after, [1]
5 וְשִׁלַּ֥חְתִּי אֵ֖שׁ [2] Tip'cha
בִּֽיהוּדָ֑ה [1] Etnachta
 
וְאָכְלָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
אַרְמְנ֥וֹת יְרוּשָׁלָֽ͏ִם׃ [1] Silluq

on Judah; [1]
 
and it will consume [2]
the fortresses of Jerusalem.” [1]

פִּשְׁעֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל [2] Zaqef
 
וְעַל־אַרְבָּעָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
לֹ֣א אֲשִׁיבֶ֑נּוּ [1] Etnachta
 
עַל־מִכְרָ֤ם בַּכֶּ֙סֶף֙ [3 3] Pashta
צַדִּ֔יק [2] Zaqef
 
וְאֶבְי֖וֹן [2] Tip'cha
בַּֽעֲב֥וּר נַעֲלָֽיִם׃ [1] Silluq

“For three [3]
transgressions of Israel, [2]
 
and for four [2]
I will not relent; [1]
 
because they sold for silver [3 3]
the righteous, [2]
 
and the needy [2]
for a pair of sandals, [1]
7 הַשֹּׁאֲפִ֤ים עַל־עֲפַר־אֶ֙רֶץ֙ [3 3] Pashta
בְּרֹ֣אשׁ דַּלִּ֔ים [2] Zaqef
 
וְדֶ֥רֶךְ עֲנָוִ֖ים [2] Tip'cha
יַטּ֑וּ [1] Etnachta
 
וְאִ֣ישׁ וְאָבִ֗יו [3] Revi'i
יֵֽלְכוּ֙ [3] Pashta
אֶל־הַֽנַּעֲרָ֔ה [2] Zaqef
 
לְמַ֥עַן חַלֵּ֖ל [2] Tip'cha
אֶת־שֵׁ֥ם קׇדְשִֽׁי׃ [1] Silluq

the head of the poor, [2]
 
and the way of the humble [2]
they turn aside; [1]
 
and a man and his father, [3]
they go [3]
into the same maiden, [2]
 
to profane [2]
my holy name, [1]
8 וְעַל־בְּגָדִ֤ים חֲבֻלִים֙ [3] Pashta
יַטּ֔וּ [2] Zaqef
 
אֵ֖צֶל [2] Tip'cha
כׇּל־מִזְבֵּ֑חַ [1] Etnachta
 
וְיֵ֤ין עֲנוּשִׁים֙ [3] Pashta
יִשְׁתּ֔וּ [2] Zaqef
 
בֵּ֖ית [2] Tip'cha
אֱלֹהֵיהֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq

they lay themselves down [2]
 
beside [2]
every altar; [1]
 
and the wine of those who have been fined [3]
they drink [2]
 
in the house [2]
of their God. [1]

הִשְׁמַ֤דְתִּי אֶת־הָאֱמֹרִי֙ [3] Pashta
מִפְּנֵיהֶ֔ם [2] Zaqef
 
אֲשֶׁ֨ר כְּגֹ֤בַהּ אֲרָזִים֙ [3] Pashta
גׇּבְה֔וֹ [2] Zaqef
 
וְחָסֹ֥ן ה֖וּא [2] Tip'cha
כָּאַלּוֹנִ֑ים [1] Etnachta
 
וָאַשְׁמִ֤יד פִּרְיוֹ֙ [3] Pashta
מִמַּ֔עַל [2] Zaqef
 
וְשׇׁרָשָׁ֖יו [2] Tip'cha
מִתָּֽחַת׃ [1] Silluq

I destroyed the Amorite [3]
from before them, [2]
 
who like the height of cedars [3]
was his height, [2]
 
and he was strong [2]
as the oaks; [1]
 
yet I destroyed his fruit [3]
from above, [2]
 
and his roots [2]
from beneath. [1]
10 וְאָנֹכִ֛י [3] Tevir
הֶעֱלֵ֥יתִי אֶתְכֶ֖ם [2] Tip'cha
מֵאֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרָ֑יִם [1] Etnachta
 
וָאוֹלֵ֨ךְ אֶתְכֶ֤ם בַּמִּדְבָּר֙ [3] Pashta
אַרְבָּעִ֣ים שָׁנָ֔ה [2] Zaqef
 
לָרֶ֖שֶׁת [2] Tip'cha
אֶת־אֶ֥רֶץ הָאֱמֹרִֽי׃ [1] Silluq

I brought you up [2]
from the land of Egypt; [1]
 
and I led you in the wilderness [3]
forty years, [2]
 
to take possession of [2]
the land of the Amorite. [1]
11 וָאָקִ֤ים מִבְּנֵיכֶם֙ [3] Pashta
לִנְבִיאִ֔ים [2] Zaqef
 
וּמִבַּחוּרֵיכֶ֖ם [2] Tip'cha
לִנְזִרִ֑ים [1] Etnachta
 
הַאַ֥ף אֵֽין־זֹ֛את [3] Tevir
בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל [2] Tip'cha
נְאֻם־יְהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 2 2 3 11 And I raised up some of your sons [3]
to be prophets, [2]
 
and some of your young men [2]
to be Nazirites; [1]
 
Is this not so, [3]
O children of Israel?” [2]
says the LORD. [1]
12 וַתַּשְׁק֥וּ אֶת־הַנְּזִרִ֖ים [2] Tip'cha
יָ֑יִן [1] Etnachta
 
וְעַל־הַנְּבִיאִים֙ [3] Pashta
צִוִּיתֶ֣ם לֵאמֹ֔ר [2] Zaqef
 
לֹ֖א [2] Tip'cha
תִּנָּבְאֽוּ׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 2 3 2 12 “But you made the Nazirites drink [2]
wine; [1]
 
and to the prophets [3]
you commanded saying, [2]
 
‘Don’t [2]
prophesy!’ [1]
13 הִנֵּ֛ה [3] Tevir
אָנֹכִ֥י מֵעִ֖יק [2] Tip'cha
תַּחְתֵּיכֶ֑ם [1] Etnachta
 
כַּאֲשֶׁ֤ר תָּעִיק֙ [3] Pashta
הָֽעֲגָלָ֔ה [2] Zaqef
 
הַֽמְלֵאָ֥ה לָ֖הּ [2] Tip'cha
עָמִֽיר׃ [1] Silluq

I will cause a tottering [2]
beneath you; [1]
 
just as it totters, [3]
a cart [2]
 
filled with [2]
grain, [1]
14 וְאָבַ֤ד מָנוֹס֙ [3] Pashta
מִקָּ֔ל [2] Zaqef
 
וְחָזָ֖ק [2] Tip'cha
לֹא־יְאַמֵּ֣ץ כֹּח֑וֹ [1] Etnachta
 
וְגִבּ֖וֹר [2] Tip'cha
לֹא־יְמַלֵּ֥ט נַפְשֽׁוֹ׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 2 2 14 and escape will fail [3]
from the swift, [2]
 
and the strong [2]
won’t strengthen his power; [1]
 
and the mighty, [2]
he will not deliver himself, [1]
15 וְתֹפֵ֤שׂ הַקֶּ֙שֶׁת֙ [3 3] Pashta
לֹ֣א יַעֲמֹ֔ד [2] Zaqef
 
וְקַ֥ל בְּרַגְלָ֖יו [2] Tip'cha
לֹ֣א יְמַלֵּ֑ט [1] Etnachta
 
וְרֹכֵ֣ב הַסּ֔וּס [2] Zaqef
לֹ֥א יְמַלֵּ֖ט [2] Tip'cha
נַפְשֽׁוֹ׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 2 2 2 15 and the one who handles the bow, [3 3]
he will not stand, [2]
 
and the one swift on his feet, [2]
he won’t escape; [1]
 
and the horse rider, [2]
he won't save [2]
his life, [1]
16 וְאַמִּ֥יץ לִבּ֖וֹ [2] Tip'cha
בַּגִּבּוֹרִ֑ים [1] Etnachta
 
עָר֛וֹם [3] Tevir
יָנ֥וּס בַּיּוֹם־הַה֖וּא [2] Tip'cha
נְאֻם־יְהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Silluq

among the mighty; [1]
 
naked [3]
he will flee on that day,” [2]
