	¹אֲנָ֣ה נְבוּכַדְנֶצַּ֗ר [3] Revi'i שְׁלֵ֤ה הֲוֵית֙ [3] Pashta בְּבֵיתִ֔י [2] Zaqef וְרַעְנַ֖ן [2] Tip'cha בְּהֵיכְלִֽי׃ [1] Silluq		⁴I Nebuchadnezzar, [3] I was at ease [3] in my house [2] and prospering [2] in my palace. [1]
	²חֵ֥לֶם חֲזֵ֖ית [2] Tip'cha וִֽידַחֲלִנַּ֑נִי [1] Etnachta וְהַרְהֹרִין֙ [3] Pashta עַֽל־מִשְׁכְּבִ֔י [2] Zaqef וְחֶזְוֵ֥י רֵאשִׁ֖י [2] Tip'cha יְבַהֲלֻנַּֽנִי׃ [1] Silluq		⁵I saw a dream [2] and it made me afraid; [1] and the thoughts [3] on my bed [2] and the visions of my head, [2] they alarmed me. [1]
	³וּמִנִּי֙ [3] Pashta שִׂ֣ים טְעֵ֔ם [2] Zaqef לְהַנְעָלָ֣ה קׇֽדָמַ֔י [2] Zaqef לְכֹ֖ל [2] Tip'cha חַכִּימֵ֣י בָבֶ֑ל [1] Etnachta דִּֽי־פְשַׁ֥ר חֶלְמָ֖א [2] Tip'cha יְהֽוֹדְעֻנַּֽנִי׃ [1] Silluq		⁶So from me [3] a decree was made [2] to bring in before me [2] all [2] the wise men of Babylon; [1] that the interpretation of the dream [2] they might make known to me. [1]
	⁴בֵּאדַ֣יִן עללין עׇלִּ֗ין [3] Revi'i חַרְטֻמַּיָּא֙ [3] Pashta אָֽשְׁפַיָּ֔א [2] Zaqef כשדיא **כַּשְׂדָּאֵ֖י [2] Tip'cha וְגָזְרַיָּ֑א [1] Etnachta וְחֶלְמָ֗א [3] Revi'i אָמַ֤ר אֲנָה֙ [3] Pashta קֳדָ֣מֵיה֔וֹן [2] Zaqef וּפִשְׁרֵ֖הּ [2] Tip'cha לָא־מְהוֹדְעִ֥ין לִֽי׃ [1] Silluq		⁷Then came in, [3] the magicians, [3] the enchanters, [2] the Chaldeans, [2] and the astrologers; [1] and the dream, [3] I told [3] before them, [2] but its interpretation [2] they couldn’t make known to me. [1]
	⁵וְעַ֣ד אׇחֳרֵ֡ין [4] Pazer עַל֩ קׇֽדָמַ֨י דָּנִיֵּ֜אל [4] Geresh דִּֽי־שְׁמֵ֤הּ בֵּלְטְשַׁאצַּר֙ [3] Pashta כְּשֻׁ֣ם אֱלָהִ֔י [2] Zaqef וְדִ֛י [3] Tevir רֽוּחַ־אֱלָהִ֥ין קַדִּישִׁ֖ין [2] Tip'cha בֵּ֑הּ [1] Etnachta וְחֶלְמָ֖א [2] Tip'cha קׇֽדָמ֥וֹהִי אַמְרֵֽת׃ [1] Silluq		⁸But then at last, [4] Daniel came in before me [4] whose name is Belteshazzar, [3] after the name of my god, [2] and who [3] a spirit of the holy gods [2] is in him; [1] and the dream [2] before him I told, [1]
	⁶בֵּלְטְשַׁאצַּר֮ [3] Zarqa רַ֣ב חַרְטֻמַּיָּא֒ [2] Segol דִּ֣י ׀ [4] Legarmeh אֲנָ֣ה יִדְעֵ֗ת [3] Revi'i דִּ֠י [4] TelishaG ר֣וּחַ אֱלָהִ֤ין קַדִּישִׁין֙ [3] Pashta בָּ֔ךְ [2] Zaqef וְכׇל־רָ֖ז [2] Tip'cha לָא־אָנֵ֣ס לָ֑ךְ [1] Etnachta חֶזְוֵ֨י חֶלְמִ֧י דִֽי־חֲזֵ֛ית [3] Tevir וּפִשְׁרֵ֖הּ [2] Tip'cha אֱמַֽר׃ [1] Silluq		⁹“O Belteshazzar [3] chief of the magicians, [2] whom [4] I, I know [3] that [4] a spirit of the holy gods [3] is in you, [2] and mysteries [2] don't baffle you; [1] the visions of my dream that I saw [3] and its interpretation, [2] tell. [1]
	⁷וְחֶזְוֵ֥י רֵאשִׁ֖י [2] Tip'cha עַֽל־מִשְׁכְּבִ֑י [1] Etnachta חָזֵ֣ה הֲוֵ֔ית [2] Zaqef וַאֲל֥וּ אִילָ֛ן [3] Tevir בְּג֥וֹא אַרְעָ֖א [2] Tip'cha וְרוּמֵ֥הּ שַׂגִּֽיא׃ [1] Silluq		¹⁰And the visions of my head [2] on my bed; [1] I looked, [2] and behold a tree [3] in the midst of the earth, [2] and its height was great. [1]
	⁸רְבָ֥ה אִֽילָנָ֖א [2] Tip'cha וּתְקִ֑ף [1] Etnachta וְרוּמֵהּ֙ [3] Pashta יִמְטֵ֣א לִשְׁמַיָּ֔א [2] Zaqef וַחֲזוֹתֵ֖הּ [2] Tip'cha לְס֥וֹף כׇּל־אַרְעָֽא׃ [1] Silluq		¹¹The tree grew large [2] and it became strong; [1] and its top, [3] it reached to the heavens, [2] and it could be seen [2] to the end of the whole earth. [1]
	⁹עׇפְיֵ֤הּ שַׁפִּיר֙ [3] Pashta וְאִנְבֵּ֣הּ שַׂגִּ֔יא [2] Zaqef וּמָז֨וֹן לְכֹ֖לָּא־בֵ֑הּ [2 1] Etnachta תְּחֹת֜וֹהִי [4] Geresh תַּטְלֵ֣ל ׀ [4] Legarmeh חֵיוַ֣ת בָּרָ֗א [3] Revi'i וּבְעַנְפ֙וֹהִי֙ [3 3] Pashta ידרון *יְדוּרָן֙ [3] Pashta צִפְּרֵ֣י שְׁמַיָּ֔א [2] Zaqef וּמִנֵּ֖הּ [2] Tip'cha יִתְּזִ֥ין כׇּל־בִּשְׂרָֽא׃ [1] Silluq		¹²Its leaves were beautiful [3] and its fruit abundant, [2] and food for all was on it; [2 1] under it [4] they had shade, [4] the beasts of the field, [3] and in its branches [3 3] they nested, [3] the birds of the heavens, [2] and from it [2] all flesh was fed. [1]
	¹⁰חָזֵ֥ה הֲוֵ֛ית [3] Tevir בְּחֶזְוֵ֥י רֵאשִׁ֖י [2] Tip'cha עַֽל־מִשְׁכְּבִ֑י [1] Etnachta וַאֲלוּ֙ [3] Pashta עִ֣יר וְקַדִּ֔ישׁ [2] Zaqef מִן־שְׁמַיָּ֖א [2] Tip'cha נָחִֽת׃ [1] Silluq		¹³“I saw [3] in the visions of my head [2] on my bed; [1] and behold, [3] a watcher and a holy one [2] from the heavens [2] came down. [1]
	¹¹קָרֵ֨א בְחַ֜יִל [4] Geresh וְכֵ֣ן אָמַ֗ר [3] Revi'i גֹּ֤דּוּ אִֽילָנָא֙ [3] Pashta וְקַצִּ֣צוּ עַנְפ֔וֹהִי [2] Zaqef אַתַּ֥רוּ עׇפְיֵ֖הּ [2] Tip'cha וּבַדַּ֣רוּ אִנְבֵּ֑הּ [1] Etnachta תְּנֻ֤ד חֵֽיוְתָא֙ [3] Pashta מִן־תַּחְתּ֔וֹהִי [2] Zaqef וְצִפְּרַיָּ֖א [2] Tip'cha מִן־עַנְפֽוֹהִי׃ [1] Silluq		¹⁴He called loudly [4] and said thus, [3] ‘Chop down the tree [3] and cut off its branches! [2] Strip off its leaves [2] and scatter its fruit! [1] Let the beasts flee [3] from under it, [2] and the birds [2] from its branches. [1]
	¹²בְּרַ֨ם עִקַּ֤ר שׇׁרְשׁ֙וֹהִי֙ [3 3] Pashta בְּאַרְעָ֣א שְׁבֻ֔קוּ [2] Zaqef וּבֶֽאֱסוּר֙ [3] Pashta דִּֽי־פַרְזֶ֣ל וּנְחָ֔שׁ [2] Zaqef בְּדִתְאָ֖א [2] Tip'cha דִּ֣י בָרָ֑א [1] Etnachta וּבְטַ֤ל שְׁמַיָּא֙ [3] Pashta יִצְטַבַּ֔ע [2] Zaqef וְעִם־חֵיוְתָ֥א חֲלָקֵ֖הּ [2] Tip'cha בַּעֲשַׂ֥ב אַרְעָֽא׃ [1] Silluq		¹⁵Yet the stump of its roots, [3 3] leave in the ground, [2] and with a band [3] of iron and bronze [2] in the grass [2] of the field; [1] and with the dew of the heavens [3] let him be drenched, [2] and with the animals let his portion be [2] in the grass of the earth. [1]
	¹³לִבְבֵהּ֙ [3] Pashta מִן־אנושא *אֲנָשָׁ֣א יְשַׁנּ֔וֹן [2] Zaqef וּלְבַ֥ב חֵיוָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha יִתְיְהִ֣ב לֵ֑הּ [1] Etnachta וְשִׁבְעָ֥ה עִדָּנִ֖ין [2] Tip'cha יַחְלְפ֥וּן עֲלֽוֹהִי׃ [1] Silluq		¹⁶His heart, [3] let it be altered from that of man, [2] and the heart of an animal [2] let it be given to him; [1] and seven times [2] let them pass over him. [1]
	¹⁴בִּגְזֵרַ֤ת עִירִין֙ [3] Pashta פִּתְגָמָ֔א [2] Zaqef וּמֵאמַ֥ר קַדִּישִׁ֖ין [2] Tip'cha שְׁאֵֽלְתָ֑א [1] Etnachta עַד־דִּבְרַ֡ת [4] Pazer דִּ֣י יִנְדְּע֣וּן חַ֠יַּיָּ֠א [4 4] TelishaG דִּֽי־שַׁלִּ֨יט עליא עִלָּאָ֜ה [4] Geresh בְּמַלְכ֣וּת אנושא *אֲנָשָׁ֗א [3] Revi'i וּלְמַן־דִּ֤י יִצְבֵּא֙ [3] Pashta יִתְּנִנַּ֔הּ [2] Zaqef וּשְׁפַ֥ל אֲנָשִׁ֖ים [2] Tip'cha יְקִ֥ים עליה **עֲלַֽהּ׃ [1] Silluq		¹⁷“ ‘By the decree of the watchers [3] is the sentence, [2] and by the command of the holy ones [2] is the verdict; [1] to the end [4] that the living may know [4 4] that the Most High is sovereign [4] over the kingdom of men, [3] and to whomever he wishes [3] he gives it, [2] and the lowliest of men [2] he may set over it.’ [1]
	¹⁵דְּנָה֙ [3] Pashta חֶלְמָ֣א חֲזֵ֔ית [2] Zaqef אֲנָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha מַלְכָּ֣א נְבוּכַדְנֶצַּ֑ר [1] Etnachta ואנתה וְאַ֨נְתְּ בֵּלְטְשַׁאצַּ֜ר [4] Geresh פִּשְׁרֵ֣א ׀ [4] Legarmeh אֱמַ֗ר [3] Revi'i כׇּל־קֳבֵל֙ [3] Pashta דִּ֣י ׀ [4] Legarmeh כׇּל־חַכִּימֵ֣י מַלְכוּתִ֗י [3] Revi'i לָֽא־יָכְלִ֤ין פִּשְׁרָא֙ [3] Pashta לְהוֹדָ֣עוּתַ֔נִי [2] Zaqef ואנתה **וְאַ֣נְתְּ כָּהֵ֔ל [2] Zaqef דִּ֛י [3] Tevir רֽוּחַ־אֱלָהִ֥ין קַדִּישִׁ֖ין [2] Tip'cha בָּֽךְ׃ [1] Silluq		¹⁸“This [3] is the dream I saw, [2] I [2] King Nebuchadnezzar; [1] now you O Belteshazzar, [4] its interpretation [4] tell, [3] given [3] that [4] all the wise men of my kingdom [3] are not able the interpretation [3] to make known to me, [2] but you are able, [2] for [3] a spirit of the holy gods [2] is in you.” [1]

[1] The king answered [4] and said, [3] “O Belteshazzar, [3] the dream or its interpretation, [3] do not let it alarm you.” [2] Belteshazzar answered [3] and said, [2] “O my lord, [2] may the dream be for your enemy, [2] and its interpretation be for your adversaries. [1]
	¹⁷אִֽילָנָא֙ [3] Pashta דִּ֣י חֲזַ֔יְתָ [2] Zaqef דִּ֥י רְבָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha וּתְקִ֑ף [1] Etnachta וְרוּמֵהּ֙ [3] Pashta יִמְטֵ֣א לִשְׁמַיָּ֔א [2] Zaqef וַחֲזוֹתֵ֖הּ [2] Tip'cha לְכׇל־אַרְעָֽא׃ [1] Silluq		²⁰The tree [3] that you saw [2] which grew large [2] and became strong; [1] and its top, [3] it reached to the heavens, [2] and it could be seen [2] to the whole earth, [1]

	¹⁹אנתה אַנְתְּ־ה֣וּא מַלְכָּ֔א [2] Zaqef דִּ֥י רבית **רְבַ֖ת [2] Tip'cha וּתְקֵ֑פְתְּ [1] Etnachta וּרְבוּתָ֤ךְ רְבָת֙ [3] Pashta וּמְטָ֣ת לִשְׁמַיָּ֔א [2] Zaqef וְשׇׁלְטָנָ֖ךְ [2] Tip'cha לְס֥וֹף אַרְעָֽא׃ [1] Silluq		²²it is you O king [2] who have grown great [2] and have become strong; [1] and your greatness has grown [3] and it has reached to the heavens, [2] and your dominion [2] to the end of the earth. [1]
	²⁰וְדִ֣י חֲזָ֣ה מַלְכָּ֡א [4] Pazer עִ֣יר וְקַדִּ֣ישׁ נָחִ֣ת ׀ מִן־שְׁמַיָּ֡א [4] Pazer וְאָמַר֩ גֹּ֨דּוּ אִֽילָנָ֜א [4] Geresh וְחַבְּל֗וּהִי [3] Revi'i בְּרַ֨ם עִקַּ֤ר שׇׁרְשׁ֙וֹהִי֙ [3 3] Pashta בְּאַרְעָ֣א שְׁבֻ֔קוּ [2] Zaqef וּבֶאֱסוּר֙ [3] Pashta דִּֽי־פַרְזֶ֣ל וּנְחָ֔שׁ [2] Zaqef בְּדִתְאָ֖א [2] Tip'cha דִּ֣י בָרָ֑א [1] Etnachta וּבְטַ֧ל שְׁמַיָּ֣א יִצְטַבַּ֗ע [3] Revi'i וְעִם־חֵיוַ֤ת בָּרָא֙ [3] Pashta חֲלָקֵ֔הּ [2] Zaqef עַ֛ד [3] Tevir דִּֽי־שִׁבְעָ֥ה עִדָּנִ֖ין [2] Tip'cha יַחְלְפ֥וּן עֲלֽוֹהִי׃ [1] Silluq		²³“And that the king saw [4] a watcher and a holy one coming down from the heavens [4] and saying, ‘Chop down the tree [4] and destroy it, [3] yet the stump of its roots [3 3] leave in the ground, [2] and with a band [3] of iron and bronze [2] in the grass [2] of the field; [1] and with the dew of the heavens let him be drenched, [3] and with the beasts of the field [3] let his portion be, [2] until [3] seven times, [2] they have passed over him.’ [1]
	²¹דְּנָ֥ה פִשְׁרָ֖א [2] Tip'cha מַלְכָּ֑א [1] Etnachta וּגְזֵרַ֤ת עליא *עִלָּאָה֙ [3] Pashta הִ֔יא [2] Zaqef דִּ֥י מְטָ֖ת [2] Tip'cha עַל־מָרִ֥אי מַלְכָּֽא׃ [1] Silluq		²⁴“This is the interpretation [2] O king; [1] and the decree of the Most High [3] it is, [2] which has come [2] to my lord the king, [1]
	²²וְלָ֣ךְ טָֽרְדִ֣ין מִן־אֲנָשָׁ֡א [4] Pazer וְעִם־חֵיוַ֣ת בָּרָא֩ לֶהֱוֵ֨ה מְדֹרָ֜ךְ [4] Geresh וְעִשְׂבָּ֥א כְתוֹרִ֣ין ׀ [4] Legarmeh לָ֣ךְ יְטַֽעֲמ֗וּן [3] Revi'i וּמִטַּ֤ל שְׁמַיָּא֙ [3] Pashta לָ֣ךְ מְצַבְּעִ֔ין [2] Zaqef וְשִׁבְעָ֥ה עִדָּנִ֖ין [2] Tip'cha יַחְלְפ֣וּן עליך עֲלָ֑ךְ [1] Etnachta עַ֣ד דִּֽי־תִנְדַּ֗ע [3] Revi'i דִּֽי־שַׁלִּ֤יט עליא **עִלָּאָה֙ [3] Pashta בְּמַלְכ֣וּת אֲנָשָׁ֔א [2] Zaqef וּלְמַן־דִּ֥י יִצְבֵּ֖א [2] Tip'cha יִתְּנִנַּֽהּ׃ [1] Silluq		²⁵that you shall be driven from men, [4] and with the beasts of the field your dwelling shall be, [4] and grass like oxen [4] you shall be made to eat, [3] and from the dew of the heavens [3] you shall be drenched, [2] and seven times [2] they shall pass over you; [1] until you know [3] that the Most High is sovereign [3] over the kingdom of men, [2] and to whomever he wishes, [2] he gives it. [1]
	²³וְדִ֣י אֲמַ֗רוּ [3] Revi'i לְמִשְׁבַּ֞ק [4] Gershayim עִקַּ֤ר שׇׁרְשׁ֙וֹהִי֙ [3 3] Pashta דִּ֣י אִֽילָנָ֔א [2] Zaqef מַלְכוּתָ֖ךְ [2] Tip'cha לָ֣ךְ קַיָּמָ֑א [1] Etnachta מִן־דִּ֣י תִנְדַּ֔ע [2] Zaqef דִּ֥י שַׁלִּטִ֖ן [2] Tip'cha שְׁמַיָּֽא׃ [1] Silluq		²⁶And that they said [3] to leave [4] the stump of the roots [3 3] of the tree, [2] your kingdom [2] to you shall be restored; [1] after you have come to know [2] that sovereign [2] are the heavens. [1]
	²⁴לָהֵ֣ן מַלְכָּ֗א [3] Revi'i מִלְכִּי֙ [3] Pashta יִשְׁפַּ֣ר עליך עֲלָ֔ךְ [2] Zaqef וחטיך **וַחֲטָאָךְ֙ [3] Pashta בְּצִדְקָ֣ה פְרֻ֔ק [2] Zaqef וַעֲוָיָתָ֖ךְ [2] Tip'cha בְּמִחַ֣ן עֲנָ֑יִן [1] Etnachta הֵ֛ן [3] Tevir תֶּהֱוֵ֥ה אַרְכָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha לִשְׁלֵוְתָֽךְ׃ [1] Silluq		²⁷Therefore O king, [3] my counsel [3] may it be acceptable to you, [2] and your sin [3] break off by practicing righteousness, [2] and your iniquities [2] by showing mercy to the poor; [1] perhaps [3] there may be a prolonging [2] of your prosperity.” [1]
	²⁵כֹּ֣לָּא מְּטָ֔א [2] Zaqef עַל־נְבוּכַדְנֶצַּ֖ר [2] Tip'cha מַלְכָּֽא׃ [1] Silluq פ		²⁸All this came [2] upon Nebuchadnezzar [2] the king. [1] ¶
	²⁶לִקְצָ֥ת יַרְחִ֖ין [2] Tip'cha תְּרֵֽי־עֲשַׂ֑ר [1] Etnachta עַל־הֵיכַ֧ל מַלְכוּתָ֛א [3] Tevir דִּ֥י בָבֶ֖ל [2] Tip'cha מְהַלֵּ֥ךְ הֲוָֽה׃ [1] Silluq		²⁹At the end of months [2] two and ten; [1] on the palace of the kingdom [3] of Babylon [2] he was walking about. [1]
	²⁷עָנֵ֤ה מַלְכָּא֙ [3] Pashta וְאָמַ֔ר [2] Zaqef הֲלָ֥א דָא־הִ֖יא [2] Tip'cha בָּבֶ֣ל רַבְּתָ֑א [1] Etnachta דִּֽי־אֲנָ֤ה בֱנַיְתַהּ֙ [3] Pashta לְבֵ֣ית מַלְכ֔וּ [2] Zaqef בִּתְקָ֥ף חִסְנִ֖י [2] Tip'cha וְלִיקָ֥ר הַדְרִֽי׃ [1] Silluq		³⁰The king spoke [3] and said, [2] “Is this not [2] Babylon the great; [1] which I, I have built [3] as the royal residence, [2] by the strength of my power [2] and for the glory of my majesty?” [1]
	²⁸ע֗וֹד [3] Revi'i מִלְּתָא֙ [3] Pashta בְּפֻ֣ם מַלְכָּ֔א [2] Zaqef קָ֖ל [2] Tip'cha מִן־שְׁמַיָּ֣א נְפַ֑ל [1] Etnachta לָ֤ךְ אָֽמְרִין֙ [3] Pashta נְבוּכַדְנֶצַּ֣ר מַלְכָּ֔א [2] Zaqef מַלְכוּתָ֖א [2] Tip'cha עֲדָ֥ת מִנָּֽךְ׃ [1] Silluq		³¹While still [3] the word [3] was in the mouth of the king, [2] a voice [2] from the heavens it fell; [1] “To you it is spoken [3] O king Nebuchadnezzar, [2] ‘The kingdom, [2] it has departed from you. [1]
	²⁹וּמִן־אֲנָשָׁא֩ לָ֨ךְ טָֽרְדִ֜ין [4] Geresh וְֽעִם־חֵיוַ֧ת בָּרָ֣א מְדֹרָ֗ךְ [3] Revi'i עִשְׂבָּ֤א כְתוֹרִין֙ [3] Pashta לָ֣ךְ יְטַעֲמ֔וּן [2] Zaqef וְשִׁבְעָ֥ה עִדָּנִ֖ין [2] Tip'cha יַחְלְפ֣וּן עליך עֲלָ֑ךְ [1] Etnachta עַ֣ד דִּֽי־תִנְדַּ֗ע [3] Revi'i דִּֽי־שַׁלִּ֤יט עליא **עִלָּאָה֙ [3] Pashta בְּמַלְכ֣וּת אֲנָשָׁ֔א [2] Zaqef וּלְמַן־דִּ֥י יִצְבֵּ֖א [2] Tip'cha יִתְּנִנַּֽהּ׃ [1] Silluq		³²And away from mankind you shall be driven [4] and with the beasts of the field shall be your dwelling, [3] grass like oxen [3] you shall be made to eat, [2] and seven times, [2] they shall pass over you; [1] until you have come to know [3] that the Most High is sovereign [3] over the kingdom of men, [2] and to whomever he wishes, [2] he gives it.’ ” [1]
	³⁰בַּהּ־שַׁעֲתָ֗א [3] Revi'i מִלְּתָא֮ [3] Zarqa סָ֣פַת עַל־נְבוּכַדְנֶצַּר֒ [2] Segol וּמִן־אֲנָשָׁ֣א טְרִ֔יד [2] Zaqef וְעִשְׂבָּ֤א כְתוֹרִין֙ [3] Pashta יֵאכֻ֔ל [2] Zaqef וּמִטַּ֥ל שְׁמַיָּ֖א [2] Tip'cha גִּשְׁמֵ֣הּ יִצְטַבַּ֑ע [1] Etnachta עַ֣ד דִּ֥י שַׂעְרֵ֛הּ [3] Tevir כְּנִשְׁרִ֥ין רְבָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha וְטִפְר֥וֹהִי כְצִפְּרִֽין׃ [1] Silluq		³³At that moment [3] the word, [3] it was fulfilled against Nebuchadnezzar, [2] and away from mankind he was driven, [2] and grass like oxen [3] he ate, [2] and with the dew of the heavens [2] his body was drenched; [1] until his hair [3] like that of eagles, it grew long, [2] and his nails like that of birds. 	³¹וְלִקְצָ֣ת יֽוֹמַיָּא֩ אֲנָ֨ה נְבוּכַדְנֶצַּ֜ר [4] Geresh עַיְנַ֣י ׀ [4] Legarmeh לִשְׁמַיָּ֣א נִטְלֵ֗ת [3] Revi'i וּמַנְדְּעִי֙ [3] Pashta עֲלַ֣י יְת֔וּב [2] Zaqef ולעליא *וּלְעִלָּאָה֙ [3] Pashta בָּרְכֵ֔ת [2] Zaqef וּלְחַ֥י עָלְמָ֖א [2] Tip'cha שַׁבְּחֵ֣ת וְהַדְּרֵ֑ת [1] Etnachta דִּ֤י שׇׁלְטָנֵהּ֙ [3] Pashta שׇׁלְטָ֣ן עָלַ֔ם [2] Zaqef וּמַלְכוּתֵ֖הּ [2] Tip'cha עִם־דָּ֥ר וְדָֽר׃ [1] Silluq		³⁴But at the end of the days I, Nebuchadnezzar, [4] my eye [4] I lifted up to the heavens, [3] and my understanding, [3] it returned to me, [2] so the Most High [3] I blessed, [2] and the one who lives forever [2] I praised and I honored; [1] for his dominion [3] is an everlasting dominion, [2] and his kingdom [2] from generation to generation. [1]
	³²וְכׇל־דארי דָּיְרֵ֤י אַרְעָא֙ [3] Pashta כְּלָ֣ה חֲשִׁיבִ֔ין [2] Zaqef וּֽכְמִצְבְּיֵ֗הּ [3] Revi'i עָבֵד֙ [3] Pashta בְּחֵ֣יל שְׁמַיָּ֔א [2] Zaqef ודארי **וְדָיְרֵ֖י [2] Tip'cha אַרְעָ֑א [1] Etnachta וְלָ֤א אִיתַי֙ [3] Pashta דִּֽי־יְמַחֵ֣א בִידֵ֔הּ [2] Zaqef וְיֵ֥אמַר לֵ֖הּ [2] Tip'cha מָ֥ה עֲבַֽדְתְּ׃ [1] Silluq		³⁵And all the inhabitants of the earth [3] are counted as nothing, [2] and as he wishes, [3] he does [3] with the army of the heavens [2] and the inhabitants [2] of the earth; [1] and there is none [3] who can stop his hand, [2] or say to him, [2] “What have you done?” [1]
