1 On that day, [3] King Ahasuerus, [3] to Esther the queen, [2] the enemy of the Jews; [1] he came [3] before the king, [2] what he was to her. [1] |

9 וַיִּקָּרְא֣וּ סֹפְרֵֽי־הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ בָּֽעֵת־הַ֠הִ֠יא [4 4] TelishaG בַּחֹ֨דֶשׁ הַשְּׁלִישִׁ֜י [4] Geresh הוּא־חֹ֣דֶשׁ סִיוָ֗ן [3] Revi'i בּוֹ֒ [2] Segol וְאֶ֣ל הָאֲחַשְׁדַּרְפְּנִֽים־וְהַפַּחוֹת֩ וְשָׂרֵ֨י הַמְּדִינ֜וֹת [4] Geresh אֲשֶׁ֣ר ׀ [4] Legarmeh מֵהֹ֣דּוּ וְעַד־כּ֗וּשׁ [3] Revi'i מְדִינָ֔ה [2] Zaqef כִּכְתָבָ֔הּ [2] Zaqef כִּלְשֹׁנ֑וֹ [1] Etnachta כִּכְתָבָ֖ם [2] Tip'cha וְכִלְשׁוֹנָֽם׃ [1] Silluq |

11 For the king had granted [4] to the Jews [4] who were in each city, [3] and to defend their life, [2] every army of people and province [3] which attacked them, [2] little ones and women; [1] to take as plunder, [1] |
