1 וּבִשְׁנַ֣ת אַחַ֗ת [3] Revi'i

לִכְל֥וֹת דְּבַר־יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha

הֵעִ֣יר יְהֹוָ֗ה [3] Revi'i
אֶת־ר֙וּחַ֙ [3 3] Pashta
כֹּ֣רֶשׁ מֶֽלֶךְ־פָּרַ֔ס [2] Zaqef
 
וַיַּֽעֲבֶר־קוֹל֙ [3] Pashta
בְּכׇל־מַלְכוּת֔וֹ [2] Zaqef
 
וְגַם־בְּמִכְתָּ֖ב [2] Tip'cha
לֵאמֹֽר׃ [1] Silluq

to fulfill the word of the LORD [2]
from the mouth of Jeremiah; [1]
 
the LORD stirred up [3]
the spirit [3 3]
of Cyrus king of Persia, [2]
 
and he sent out a proclamation [3]
throughout all his kingdom, [2]
 
and also in writing [2]
saying, [1]

יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
אֱלֹהֵ֣י הַשָּׁמָ֑יִם [1] Etnachta
 
וְהֽוּא־פָקַ֤ד עָלַי֙ [3] Pashta
לִבְנֽוֹת־ל֣וֹ בַ֔יִת [2] Zaqef
 
בִּירוּשָׁלַ֖͏ִם [2] Tip'cha
אֲשֶׁ֥ר בִּֽיהוּדָֽה׃ [1] Silluq

ה֥וּא הָאֱלֹהִ֖ים [2] Tip'cha
אֲשֶׁ֥ר בִּירוּשָׁלָֽ͏ִם׃ [1] Silluq

4 וְכׇל־הַנִּשְׁאָ֗ר [3] Revi'i
מִֽכׇּל־הַמְּקֹמוֹת֮ [3] Zarqa
אֲשֶׁ֣ר ה֣וּא גָֽר־שָׁם֒ [2] Segol
 
יְנַשְּׂא֙וּהוּ֙ [3 3] Pashta
אַנְשֵׁ֣י מְקֹמ֔וֹ [2] Zaqef
 
בְּכֶ֥סֶף וּבְזָהָ֖ב [2] Tip'cha
וּבִרְכ֣וּשׁ וּבִבְהֵמָ֑ה [1] Etnachta
 
עִ֨ם־הַנְּדָבָ֔ה [2] Zaqef
לְבֵ֥ית הָאֱלֹהִ֖ים [2] Tip'cha
אֲשֶׁ֥ר בִּירוּשָׁלָֽ͏ִם׃ [1] Silluq

where he is sojourning there, [2]
 
let them help him, [3 3]
the people of his place, [2]
 
with silver and with gold [2]
and with goods and with cattle; [1]
 
with the freewill offering [2]
for the house of God [2]
which is in Jerusalem.’ ” [1]

וְהַכֹּהֲנִ֖ים [2] Tip'cha
וְהַלְוִיִּ֑ם [1] Etnachta
 
לְכֹ֨ל הֵעִ֤יר הָאֱלֹהִים֙ [3] Pashta
אֶת־רוּח֔וֹ [2] Zaqef
 
לַעֲל֣וֹת לִבְנ֔וֹת [2] Zaqef
אֶת־בֵּ֥ית יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
אֲשֶׁ֥ר בִּירוּשָׁלָֽ͏ִם׃ [1] Silluq

and the priests [2]
and the Levites; [1]
 
all of whom God had stirred up [3]

the house of the LORD [2]
which is in Jerusalem. [1]
6 וְכׇל־סְבִיבֹֽתֵיהֶם֙ [3] Pashta
חִזְּק֣וּ בִֽידֵיהֶ֔ם [2] Zaqef
 
בִּכְלֵי־כֶ֧סֶף בַּזָּהָ֛ב [3] Tevir
בָּרְכ֥וּשׁ וּבַבְּהֵמָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
וּבַמִּגְדָּנ֑וֹת [1] Etnachta
 
לְבַ֖ד [2] Tip'cha
עַל־כׇּל־הִתְנַדֵּֽב׃ [1] Silluq

they strengthened their hands, [2]
 
with vessels of silver, with gold, [3]
with goods and with cattle, [2]
and with precious things; [1]
 
in addition to [2]
all the freewill offerings. [1]
7 וְהַמֶּ֣לֶךְ כּ֔וֹרֶשׁ [2] Zaqef
הוֹצִ֖יא [2] Tip'cha
אֶת־כְּלֵ֣י בֵית־יְהֹוָ֑ה [1] Etnachta
 
אֲשֶׁ֨ר הוֹצִ֤יא נְבֽוּכַדְנֶצַּר֙ [3] Pashta
מִיר֣וּשָׁלַ֔͏ִם [2] Zaqef
 
וַֽיִּתְּנֵ֖ם [2] Tip'cha
בְּבֵ֥ית אֱלֹהָֽיו׃ [1] Silluq

he brought out [2]
the vessels of the house of the LORD; [1]
 
which Nebuchadnezzar had brought out [3]
from Jerusalem, [2]
 
and he had put them [2]
in the house of his gods. [1]
8 וַיּֽוֹצִיאֵ֗ם [3] Revi'i
כּ֚וֹרֶשׁ [3] Yetiv
מֶ֣לֶךְ פָּרַ֔ס [2] Zaqef
 
עַל־יַ֖ד [2] Tip'cha
מִתְרְדָ֣ת הַגִּזְבָּ֑ר [1] Etnachta
 
וַֽיִּסְפְּרֵם֙ [3] Pashta
לְשֵׁשְׁבַּצַּ֔ר [2] Zaqef
 
הַנָּשִׂ֖יא [2] Tip'cha
לִיהוּדָֽה׃ [1] Silluq
