1 And he heard [3] the words of the sons of Laban [3] saying, [2] -- [2] all that belonged to our father; [1] he has acquired [2] all the abundance [2] this.” [1] |
|||
2 And Jacob saw [2] the countenance of Laban; [1] with him [2] as formerly. [1] |
|||
3 And the LORD said [3] to Jacob, [2] to the land of your fathers, [2] and to your relatives; [1] with you.” [1] |
|||
[1] Silluq |
4 And Jacob sent, [2] and he called [2] Rachel and Leah; [1] to his flock, [1] |
|||
5 and he said to them, [3] “I see [3] the countenance of your father, [2] as formerly; [1] he has been [2] with me. [1] |

7 And your father, [3] he has deceived me [2] ten times; [1] to do harm [2] to me. [1] |

8 If he said, [3] ‘The speckled [3] will be your wages,’ [2] speckled; [1] ‘The striped [3] will be your wages,’ [2] striped. [1] |
|||
[1] Silluq |
9 Thus God has taken away [3] the livestock of your father, [2] and he has given (them) to me. [1] |

10 It happened, [3] at the time [3] the flock was mating, [2] and I saw [2] in a dream; [1] which leaped on the flock [2] and mottled. [1] |
|||
11 And he said to me [4] the angel of God [3] in the dream, [2] ‘Jacob,’ [1] ‘Here I am.’ [1] |

12 And he said, [3] ‘Now lift up your eyes and see, [3] all the male goats [3] which leap on the flock [2] and mottled; [1] all that Laban [2] has done to you. [1] |
|||

15 Isn't it as foreigners [3] that we're accounted by him? [2] For he has sold us; [1] our money. [1] |

[1] Silluq |
17 Then he rose up, [2] Jacob; [1] his children and his wives [2] onto the camels, [1] |

19 Now Laban had gone [2] to shear [2] his sheep; [1] the teraphim [2] which belonged to her father. [1] |

25 And Laban caught up with [2] Jacob; [1] he had pitched his tent [3] in the hill country, [2] he pitched tent with his relatives [2] in the hill country of Gilead. [1] |

33 And Laban went [4] into the tent of Jacob [4] and into the tent of Leah, [3] of the two female servants, [2] of the tent of Leah, [2] into the tent of Rachel. [1] |
