	ישעה 24		Isaiah 24
	¹הִנֵּ֧ה יְהֹוָ֛ה [3] Darga Tevir בּוֹקֵ֥ק הָאָ֖רֶץ [2] Merkha Tip'cha וּבֽוֹלְקָ֑הּ [1] Etnachta וְעִוָּ֣ה פָנֶ֔יהָ [2] Munach Zaqef וְהֵפִ֖יץ [2] Tip'cha יֹשְׁבֶֽיהָ׃ [1] Silluq		¹Behold, the LORD [3] makes the land empty, [2] makes it waste; [1] and he twists its face, [2] and he scatters [2] its inhabitants. [1]
	²וְהָיָ֤ה כָעָם֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta כַּכֹּהֵ֔ן [2] Zaqef כַּעֶ֙בֶד֙ [3] Pashta כַּֽאדֹנָ֔יו [2] Zaqef כַּשִּׁפְחָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha כַּגְּבִרְתָּ֑הּ [1] Etnachta כַּקּוֹנֶה֙ [3] Pashta כַּמּוֹכֵ֔ר [2] Zaqef כַּמַּלְוֶה֙ [3] Pashta כַּלֹּוֶ֔ה [2] Zaqef כַּנֹּשֶׁ֕ה [2] ZaqefG כַּאֲשֶׁ֖ר [2] Tip'cha נֹשֶׁ֥א בֽוֹ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		²So it shall be as with the people, [3] so with the priest, [2] as with the servant, [3] so with his master, [2] as with the maid, [2] so with her mistress; [1] as with the buyer, [3] so with the seller, [2] as with the lender, [3] so with the borrower, [2] as with the creditor, [2] so with the one who [2] takes debt on himself. [1]
	³הִבּ֧וֹק ׀ תִּבּ֛וֹק [3] Darga Tevir הָאָ֖רֶץ [2] Tip'cha וְהִבּ֣וֹז ׀ תִּבֹּ֑ז [1] Munach Etnachta כִּ֣י יְהֹוָ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef דִּבֶּ֖ר [2] Tip'cha אֶת־הַדָּבָ֥ר הַזֶּֽה׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		³Utterly it will be emptied, [3] the land, [2] and totally it will be plundered; [1] for the LORD, [2] he has spoken [2] this word. [1]
	⁴אָבְלָ֤ה נָֽבְלָה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta הָאָ֔רֶץ [2] Zaqef אֻמְלְלָ֥ה נָבְלָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha תֵּבֵ֑ל [1] Etnachta אֻמְלָ֖לוּ [2] Tip'cha מְר֥וֹם עַם־הָאָֽרֶץ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		⁴It faints, it fades away, [3] the land, [2] it wilts, it fades away, [2] the world; [1] they wilt, [2] the exalted people of the earth. [1]
	⁵וְהָאָ֥רֶץ חָנְפָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha תַּ֣חַת יֹשְׁבֶ֑יהָ [1] Munach Etnachta כִּֽי־עָבְר֤וּ תוֹרֹת֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta חָ֣לְפוּ חֹ֔ק [2] Munach Zaqef הֵפֵ֖רוּ [2] Tip'cha בְּרִ֥ית עוֹלָֽם׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		⁵And the land is polluted [2] under its inhabitants; [1] for they have transgressed the laws, [3] they have violated the statutes, [2] they have broken [2] the everlasting covenant. [1]
	⁶עַל־כֵּ֗ן [3] Revi'a אָלָה֙ [3] Pashta אָ֣כְלָה אֶ֔רֶץ [2] Munach Zaqef וַֽיֶּאְשְׁמ֖וּ [2] Tip'cha יֹ֣שְׁבֵי בָ֑הּ [1] Munach Etnachta עַל־כֵּ֗ן [3] Revi'a חָרוּ֙ [3] Pashta יֹ֣שְׁבֵי אֶ֔רֶץ [2] Munach Zaqef וְנִשְׁאַ֥ר אֱנ֖וֹשׁ [2] Merkha Tip'cha מִזְעָֽר׃ [1] Silluq		⁶Therefore [3] a curse, [3] it will devour the land, [2] and they are found guilty, [2] those dwelling in it; [1] therefore [3] they will be burned up, [3] the inhabitants of the land, [2] so the people remaining [2] are few. [1]
	⁷אָבַ֥ל תִּיר֖וֹשׁ [2] Merkha Tip'cha אֻמְלְלָה־גָ֑פֶן [1] Etnachta נֶאֶנְח֖וּ [2] Tip'cha כׇּל־שִׂמְחֵי־לֵֽב׃ [1] Silluq		⁷The new wine fails, [2] the vine wilts; [1] they sigh, [2] all the merry-hearted. [1]
	⁸שָׁבַת֙ [3] Pashta מְשׂ֣וֹשׂ תֻּפִּ֔ים [2] Munach Zaqef חָדַ֖ל [2] Tip'cha שְׁא֣וֹן עַלִּיזִ֑ים [1] Munach Etnachta שָׁבַ֖ת [2] Tip'cha מְשׂ֥וֹשׂ כִּנּֽוֹר׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		⁸It stops, [3] the glee of tambourines, [2] it ends, [2] the noise of revelers; [1] it ceases, [2] the joy of the harp. [1]
	⁹בַּשִּׁ֖יר [2] Tip'cha לֹ֣א יִשְׁתּוּ־יָ֑יִן [1] Munach Etnachta יֵמַ֥ר שֵׁכָ֖ר [2] Merkha Tip'cha לְשֹׁתָֽיו׃ [1] Silluq		⁹With song [2] they no longer drink wine; [1] strong drink is bitter [2] to those drinking it. [1]
	¹⁰נִשְׁבְּרָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha קִרְיַת־תֹּ֑הוּ [1] Etnachta סֻגַּ֥ר כׇּל־בַּ֖יִת [2] Merkha Tip'cha מִבּֽוֹא׃ [1] Silluq		¹⁰It is in chaos, [2] the shattered city; [1] every house is shut up, [2] that none may enter. [1]
	¹¹צְוָחָ֥ה עַל־הַיַּ֖יִן [2] Merkha Tip'cha בַּחוּצ֑וֹת [1] Etnachta עָֽרְבָה֙ [3] Pashta כׇּל־שִׂמְחָ֔ה [2] Zaqef גָּלָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha מְשׂ֥וֹשׂ הָאָֽרֶץ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		¹¹An outcry for wine [2] is in the streets; [1] it has grown dark, [3] all joy, [2] it is banished, [2] the mirth of the land. [1]
	¹²נִשְׁאַ֥ר בָּעִ֖יר [2] Merkha Tip'cha שַׁמָּ֑ה [1] Etnachta וּשְׁאִיָּ֖ה [2] Tip'cha יֻכַּת־שָֽׁעַר׃ [1] Silluq		¹²In the city is left [2] desolation; [1] and with destruction [2] the gate is battered. [1]
	¹³כִּ֣י כֹ֥ה יִֽהְיֶ֛ה [3] Munach Merkha Tevir בְּקֶ֥רֶב הָאָ֖רֶץ [2] Merkha Tip'cha בְּת֣וֹךְ הָעַמִּ֑ים [1] Munach Etnachta כְּנֹ֣קֶף זַ֔יִת [2] Munach Zaqef כְּעוֹלֵלֹ֖ת [2] Tip'cha אִם־כָּלָ֥ה בָצִֽיר׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		¹³For thus it will be [3] in the midst of the earth [2] among the nations; [1] like when shaking an olive tree, [2] like the gleanings left [2] after the grape harvest. [1]
	¹⁴הֵ֛מָּה [3] Tevir יִשְׂא֥וּ קוֹלָ֖ם [2] Merkha Tip'cha יָרֹ֑נּוּ [1] Etnachta בִּגְא֣וֹן יְהֹוָ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef צָהֲל֖וּ [2] Tip'cha מִיָּֽם׃ [1] Silluq		¹⁴They, [3] they will raise their voices, [2] they will sing for joy; [1] in the majesty of the LORD [2] they will shout [2] from the west. [1]
	¹⁵עַל־כֵּ֥ן בָּאֻרִ֖ים [2] Merkha Tip'cha כַּבְּד֣וּ יְהֹוָ֑ה [1] Munach Etnachta בְּאִיֵּ֣י הַיָּ֔ם [2] Munach Zaqef שֵׁ֥ם יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha אֱלֹהֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ [1] Merkha Silluq ס		¹⁵Therefore in the east [2] glorify the LORD; [1] in the islands of the sea, [2] the name of the LORD, [2] the God of Israel! 	¹⁶מִכְּנַ֨ף הָאָ֜רֶץ [4] Qadma Geresh זְמִרֹ֤ת שָׁמַ֙עְנוּ֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta צְבִ֣י לַצַּדִּ֔יק [2] Munach Zaqef וָאֹמַ֛ר [3] Tevir רָזִי־לִ֥י רָֽזִי־לִ֖י [2] Merkha Tip'cha א֣וֹי לִ֑י [1] Munach Etnachta בֹּגְדִ֣ים בָּגָ֔דוּ [2] Munach Zaqef וּבֶ֥גֶד בּוֹגְדִ֖ים [2] Merkha Tip'cha בָּגָֽדוּ׃ [1] Silluq		¹⁶From the ends of the earth [4] we have heard songs, [3] “Glory to the Righteous!” [2] but I say, [3] “I waste away! I waste away! [2] Woe to me!” [1] The traitors betray, [2] and with treachery the traitors, [2] they betray. [1]
	¹⁷פַּ֥חַד וָפַ֖חַת [2] Merkha Tip'cha וָפָ֑ח [1] Etnachta עָלֶ֖יךָ [2] Tip'cha יוֹשֵׁ֥ב הָאָֽרֶץ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		¹⁷Panic and pit [2] and trap; [1] are upon you [2] O inhabitant of the earth. [1]
	¹⁸וְ֠הָיָ֠ה [4] TelishaG הַנָּ֞ס [4] Gershayim מִקּ֤וֹל הַפַּ֙חַד֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta יִפֹּ֣ל אֶל־הַפַּ֔חַת [2] Munach Zaqef וְהָֽעוֹלֶה֙ [3] Pashta מִתּ֣וֹךְ הַפַּ֔חַת [2] Munach Zaqef יִלָּכֵ֖ד [2] Tip'cha בַּפָּ֑ח [1] Etnachta כִּֽי־אֲרֻבּ֤וֹת מִמָּרוֹם֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta נִפְתָּ֔חוּ [2] Zaqef וַֽיִּרְעֲשׁ֖וּ [2] Tip'cha מ֥וֹסְדֵי אָֽרֶץ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq		¹⁸And it shall come to pass [4] that whoever flees [4] from the sound of panic, [3] he will fall into the pit, [2] and whoever climbs up [3] out of the pit, [2] he will be caught [2] in the trap; [1] for the windows of heaven, [3] they are opened, [2] and they shake, [2] the foundations of the earth. [1]
	¹⁹רֹ֥עָה הִֽתְרֹעֲעָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha הָאָ֑רֶץ [1] Etnachta פּ֤וֹר הִֽתְפּוֹרְרָה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta אֶ֔רֶץ [2] Zaqef מ֥וֹט הִֽתְמוֹטְטָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha אָֽרֶץ׃ [1] Silluq		¹⁹It is broken apart, [2] the earth; [1] it is split open, [3] the earth, [2] it is utterly shaken, [2] the earth. [1]
	²⁰נ֣וֹעַ תָּנ֤וּעַ אֶ֙רֶץ֙ [3] Munach Mapakh Pashta כַּשִּׁכּ֔וֹר [2] Zaqef וְהִֽתְנוֹדְדָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha כַּמְּלוּנָ֑ה [1] Etnachta וְכָבַ֤ד עָלֶ֙יהָ֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta פִּשְׁעָ֔הּ [2] Zaqef וְנָפְלָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha וְלֹא־תֹסִ֥יף קֽוּם׃ [1] Merkha Silluq ס		²⁰The earth staggers to and fro [3] like a drunkard, [2] and it sways [2] like a hut; [1] and (so) heavy on it [3] is its transgression, [2] that it will fall [2] and it will not rise again. [1] §
	²¹וְהָיָה֙ [3] Pashta בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֔וּא [2] Munach Zaqef יִפְקֹ֧ד יְהֹוָ֛ה [3] Darga Tevir עַל־צְבָ֥א הַמָּר֖וֹם [2] Merkha Tip'cha בַּמָּר֑וֹם [1] Etnachta וְעַל־מַלְכֵ֥י הָאֲדָמָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha עַל־הָאֲדָמָֽה׃ [1] Silluq		²¹And it will come about [3] in that day, [2] that the LORD will visit judgment [3] on the host of heaven [2] on high; [1] and on the kings of the earth [2] on the earth. [1]
	²²וְאֻסְּפ֨וּ אֲסֵפָ֤ה אַסִּיר֙ [3] Qadma Mapakh Pashta עַל־בּ֔וֹר [2] Zaqef וְסֻגְּר֖וּ [2] Tip'cha עַל־מַסְגֵּ֑ר [1] Etnachta וּמֵרֹ֥ב יָמִ֖ים [2] Merkha Tip'cha יִפָּקֵֽדוּ׃ [1] Silluq		²²And they will be gathered together as prisoners [3] in a pit, [2] and they will be shut up [2] in the prison; [1] and after many days [2] they will be punished. [1]
	²³וְחָֽפְרָה֙ [3] Pashta הַלְּבָנָ֔ה [2] Zaqef וּבוֹשָׁ֖ה [2] Tip'cha הַחַמָּ֑ה [1] Etnachta כִּֽי־מָלַ֞ךְ [4] Gershayim יְהֹוָ֣ה צְבָא֗וֹת [3] Munach Revi'a בְּהַ֤ר צִיּוֹן֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta וּבִיר֣וּשָׁלַ֔͏ִם [2] Munach Zaqef וְנֶ֥גֶד זְקֵנָ֖יו [2] Merkha Tip'cha כָּבֽוֹד׃ [1] Silluq פ		²³Then it will be abashed, [3] the moon, [2] and it will be ashamed, [2] the sun; [1] for he will reign, [4] the LORD of Hosts [3] on Mount Zion [3] and in Jerusalem, [2] and before his elders [2] shall be glory. [1] ¶
