1 יְהֹוָ֤ה אֱלֹהַי֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
אַתָּ֔ה [2] Zaqef
 
אֲרֽוֹמִמְךָ֙ [3] Pashta
אוֹדֶ֣ה שִׁמְךָ֔ [2] Munach Zaqef
 
כִּ֥י עָשִׂ֖יתָ [2] Merkha Tip'cha
פֶּ֑לֶא [1] Etnachta
 
עֵצ֥וֹת מֵרָחֹ֖ק [2] Merkha Tip'cha
אֱמ֥וּנָה אֹֽמֶן׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

are you, [2]
 
I will exalt you, [3]
I will praise your name, [2]
 
for you have done [2]
wonderful things; [1]
 
plans from long ago, [2]
with steadfast faithfulness. [1]

מֵעִ֔יר [2] Zaqef
 
לְעוֹלָ֖ם [2] Tip'cha
לֹ֥א יִבָּנֶֽה׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

a fortified city [2]
into a ruin; [1]
 
a foreigner’s palace, [3]
a city no more, [2]
 
forever [2]
it will not be rebuilt. [1]

יְכַבְּד֣וּךָ עַם־עָ֑ז [1] Munach Etnachta
 
קִרְיַ֛ת [3] Tevir
גּוֹיִ֥ם עָרִיצִ֖ים [2] Merkha Tip'cha
יִֽירָאֽוּךָ׃ [1] Silluq

a strong people will honor you; [1]
 
cities [3]
of ruthless nations, [2]
they will fear you. [1]
4 כִּי־הָיִ֨יתָ מָע֥וֹז לַדָּ֛ל [3] Qadma Merkha Tevir
מָע֥וֹז לָאֶבְי֖וֹן [2] Merkha Tip'cha
בַּצַּר־ל֑וֹ [1] Etnachta
 
מַחְסֶ֤ה מִזֶּ֙רֶם֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
צֵ֣ל מֵחֹ֔רֶב [2] Munach Zaqef
 
כִּ֛י [3] Tevir
ר֥וּחַ עָרִיצִ֖ים [2] Merkha Tip'cha
כְּזֶ֥רֶם קִֽיר׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

a refuge for the needy [2]
in his distress; [1]
 
a shelter from the rainstorm, [3]
a shade from the heat, [2]
 
for [3]
the breath of the ruthless [2]
is like a storm against the wall. [1]
5 כְּחֹ֣רֶב בְּצָי֔וֹן [2] Munach Zaqef
שְׁא֥וֹן זָרִ֖ים [2] Merkha Tip'cha
תַּכְנִ֑יעַ [1] Etnachta
 
חֹ֚רֶב [3] Yetiv
בְּצֵ֣ל עָ֔ב [2] Munach Zaqef
 
זְמִ֥יר עָרִיצִ֖ים [2] Merkha Tip'cha
יַעֲנֶֽה׃ [1] Silluq

the roar of foreigners [2]
you subdue; [1]
 
heat [3]
in the shade of a cloud, [2]
 
the song of tyrants [2]
he silences. [1]
6 וְעָשָׂה֩ יְהֹוָ֨ה צְבָא֜וֹת [4] TelishaQ Qadma Geresh
לְכׇל־הָֽעַמִּים֙ [3] Pashta
בָּהָ֣ר הַזֶּ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef
 
מִשְׁתֵּ֥ה שְׁמָנִ֖ים [2] Merkha Tip'cha
מִשְׁתֵּ֣ה שְׁמָרִ֑ים [1] Munach Etnachta
 
שְׁמָנִים֙ [3] Pashta
מְמֻ֣חָיִ֔ם [2] Munach Zaqef
 
שְׁמָרִ֖ים [2] Tip'cha
מְזֻקָּקִֽים׃ [1] Silluq

for all peoples [3]
on this mountain, [2]
 
a lavish feast, [2]
a feast of aged wines; [1]
 
of rich food [3]
full of marrow, [2]
 
of aged wines [2]
well refined. [1]
7 וּבִלַּע֙ [3] Pashta
בָּהָ֣ר הַזֶּ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef
 
פְּנֵֽי־הַלּ֥וֹט ׀ הַלּ֖וֹט [2] Merkha Tip'cha
עַל־כׇּל־הָעַמִּ֑ים [1] Etnachta
 
וְהַמַּסֵּכָ֥ה הַנְּסוּכָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha
עַל־כׇּל־הַגּוֹיִֽם׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 2 2 7 And he will swallow up [3]
on this mountain [2]
 
the surface of the shroud that covers [2]
over all peoples; [1]
 
and the veil that is spread [2]
over all nations. [1]
8 בִּלַּ֤ע הַמָּ֙וֶת֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
לָנֶ֔צַח [2] Zaqef
 
וּמָחָ֨ה אֲדֹנָ֧י יֱהֹוִ֛ה [3] Qadma Darga Tevir
דִּמְעָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
מֵעַ֣ל כׇּל־פָּנִ֑ים [1] Munach Etnachta
 
וְחֶרְפַּ֣ת עַמּ֗וֹ [3] Munach Revi'a
יָסִיר֙ [3] Pashta
מֵעַ֣ל כׇּל־הָאָ֔רֶץ [2] Munach Zaqef
 
כִּ֥י יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha
דִּבֵּֽר׃ [1] Silluq

forever, [2]
 
and the Lord GOD will wipe away [3]
tears [2]
from every face; [1]
 
and the reproach of his people [3]
he will remove [3]
from all the earth, [2]
 
for the LORD, [2]

9 וְאָמַר֙ [3] Pashta
בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֔וּא [2] Munach Zaqef
 
הִנֵּ֨ה אֱלֹהֵ֥ינוּ זֶ֛ה [3] Qadma Merkha Tevir
קִוִּ֥ינוּ ל֖וֹ [2] Merkha Tip'cha
וְיוֹשִׁיעֵ֑נוּ [1] Etnachta
 
זֶ֤ה יְהֹוָה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
קִוִּ֣ינוּ ל֔וֹ [2] Munach Zaqef
 
נָגִ֥ילָה וְנִשְׂמְחָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha
בִּישׁוּעָתֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq

in that day, [2]
 
“Behold, this is our God, [3]
we have waited for him, [2]
and he will save us; [1]
 
this is the LORD, [3]
we have waited for him, [2]
 
we will rejoice and be glad [2]
in his salvation!” [1]
10 כִּי־תָנ֥וּחַ יַד־יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha
בָּהָ֣ר הַזֶּ֑ה [1] Munach Etnachta
 
וְנָד֤וֹשׁ מוֹאָב֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
תַּחְתָּ֔יו [2] Zaqef
 
כְּהִדּ֥וּשׁ מַתְבֵּ֖ן [2] Merkha Tip'cha
*במי **בְּמ֥וֹ מַדְמֵנָֽה׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
1 2 2 3 2 10 For the hand of the LORD will rest [2]
on this mountain; [1]
 
and Moab will be trampled down [3]
in his place, [2]
 
as straw is trampled down [2]
in a dunghill. [1]
11 וּפֵרַ֤שׂ יָדָיו֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
בְּקִרְבּ֔וֹ [2] Zaqef
 
כַּאֲשֶׁ֛ר [3] Tevir
יְפָרֵ֥שׂ הַשֹּׂחֶ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha
לִשְׂח֑וֹת [1] Etnachta
 
וְהִשְׁפִּיל֙ [3] Pashta
גַּאֲוָת֔וֹ [2] Zaqef
 
עִ֖ם [2] Tip'cha
אׇרְבּ֥וֹת יָדָֽיו׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
1 2 3 2 3 2 3 2 11 When he spreads out his hands [3]
in it, [2]
 
as [3]
a swimmmer spreads them out [2]
to swim; [1]
 
it will be brought down low, [3]
his pride, [2]
 
together with [2]
the trickery of his hands. [1]
12 וּמִבְצַ֞ר [4] Gershayim
מִשְׂגַּ֣ב חוֹמֹתֶ֗יךָ [3] Munach Revi'a
 
הֵשַׁ֥ח הִשְׁפִּ֛יל [3] Merkha Tevir
הִגִּ֥יעַ לָאָ֖רֶץ [2] Merkha Tip'cha
 
עַד־עָפָֽר׃ [1] Silluq
ס		 2 3 4 3 12 And the fortifications [4]
of the height of your walls, [3]
 
he will level, he will lay low, [3]
he will cast down to the ground, [2]
 
to the dust. [1]
