1 כִּי֩ הִנֵּ֨ה הָאָד֜וֹן [4] TelishaQ Qadma Geresh
יְהֹוָ֣ה צְבָא֗וֹת [3] Munach Revi'a
 
מֵסִ֤יר מִירוּשָׁלַ֙͏ִם֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
וּמִ֣יהוּדָ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef
 
מַשְׁעֵ֖ן [2] Tip'cha
וּמַשְׁעֵנָ֑ה [1] Etnachta
 
כֹּ֚ל [3] Yetiv
מִשְׁעַן־לֶ֔חֶם [2] Zaqef
 
וְכֹ֖ל [2] Tip'cha
מִשְׁעַן־מָֽיִם׃ [1] Silluq

וְקֹסֵ֥ם וְזָקֵֽן׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

judge and prophet [2]
and diviner and elder, [1]
3 שַׂר־חֲמִשִּׁ֖ים [2] Tip'cha

וְיוֹעֵ֛ץ [3] Tevir
וַחֲכַ֥ם חֲרָשִׁ֖ים [2] Merkha Tip'cha
וּנְב֥וֹן לָֽחַשׁ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

and man of rank; [1]
 
and counselor [3]
and crafty magician, [2]
and clever enchanter. [1]
4 וְנָתַתִּ֥י נְעָרִ֖ים [2] Merkha Tip'cha
שָׂרֵיהֶ֑ם [1] Etnachta
 
וְתַעֲלוּלִ֖ים [2] Tip'cha
יִמְשְׁלוּ־בָֽם׃ [1] Silluq

as their rulers; [1]
 
and capricious ones, [2]
they shall govern them. [1]
5 וְנִגַּ֣שׂ הָעָ֔ם [2] Munach Zaqef
אִ֥ישׁ בְּאִ֖ישׁ [2] Merkha Tip'cha
וְאִ֣ישׁ בְּרֵעֵ֑הוּ [1] Munach Etnachta
 
יִרְהֲב֗וּ [3] Revi'a
הַנַּ֙עַר֙ [3] Pashta
בַּזָּקֵ֔ן [2] Zaqef
 
וְהַנִּקְלֶ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
בַּנִּכְבָּֽד׃ [1] Silluq

each one by another [2]
and each one by his neighbor; [1]
 
they will act insolently, [3]
the child [3]
to the aged, [2]
 
and the dishonarable [2]
to the honorable. [1]
6 כִּי־יִתְפֹּ֨שׂ אִ֤ישׁ בְּאָחִיו֙ [3] Qadma Mapakh Pashta
בֵּ֣ית אָבִ֔יו [2] Munach Zaqef
 
שִׂמְלָ֣ה לְכָ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef
קָצִ֖ין [2] Tip'cha
תִּֽהְיֶה־לָּ֑נוּ [1] Etnachta
 
וְהַמַּכְשֵׁלָ֥ה הַזֹּ֖את [2] Merkha Tip'cha
תַּ֥חַת יָדֶֽךָ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

in the house of his father, [2]
 
“You have a cloak - [2]
a leader [2]
you shall be to us; [1]
 
and this ruin [2]
shall be under your rule.” [1]

לֹא־אֶהְיֶ֣ה חֹבֵ֔שׁ [2] Munach Zaqef
 
וּבְבֵיתִ֕י [2] ZaqefG

לֹ֥א תְשִׂימֻ֖נִי [2] Merkha Tip'cha
קְצִ֥ין עָֽם׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

“I'm no healer, [2]
 
for in my house [2]
is no bread [2]
and no cloak; [1]
 
don't make me [2]
a ruler of the people.” [1]

יְר֣וּשָׁלַ֔͏ִם [2] Munach Zaqef
 
וִיהוּדָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
נָפָ֑ל [1] Etnachta
 
כִּֽי־לְשׁוֹנָ֤ם וּמַֽעַלְלֵיהֶם֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
אֶל־יְהֹוָ֔ה [2] Zaqef
 
לַמְר֖וֹת [2] Tip'cha
עֵנֵ֥י כְבוֹדֽוֹ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

and Judah, [2]
it is fallen; [1]
 
for their tongue and their deeds [3]
are against the LORD, [2]
 
defying [2]
the eyes of his glory. [1]

כִּסְדֹ֥ם הִגִּ֖ידוּ [2] Merkha Tip'cha

א֣וֹי לְנַפְשָׁ֔ם [2] Munach Zaqef
כִּי־גָמְל֥וּ לָהֶ֖ם [2] Merkha Tip'cha
רָעָֽה׃ [1] Silluq

it bears witness against them, [2]
 
and their sin [3]
like Sodom they display, [2]
they do not hide it; [1]
 
woe to their souls, [2]
for they have brought on themselves [2]

that (it is) good; [1]
 
for the fruit of their deeds [2]
they shall eat. [1]

לְרָשָׁ֣ע רָ֑ע [1] Munach Etnachta
 
כִּֽי־גְמ֥וּל יָדָ֖יו [2] Merkha Tip'cha
יֵעָ֥שֶׂה לּֽוֹ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

for the wicked it will be bad; [1]
 
for what his hands have dealt out, [2]
it shall be done to him. [1]

וְנָשִׁ֖ים [2] Tip'cha

וְדֶ֥רֶךְ אֹרְחֹתֶ֖יךָ [2] Merkha Tip'cha

your guides mislead you, [2]
 
and the way of your paths [2]

וְעֹמֵ֖ד [2] Tip'cha
לָדִ֥ין עַמִּֽים׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
1 2 2 13 (He) arises to contend a case, [2]
the LORD; [1]
 
and stands [2]
to judge the peoples. [1]

בְּמִשְׁפָּ֣ט יָב֔וֹא [2] Munach Zaqef
 
עִם־זִקְנֵ֥י עַמּ֖וֹ [2] Merkha Tip'cha
וְשָׂרָ֑יו [1] Etnachta
 
וְאַתֶּם֙ [3] Pashta
בִּעַרְתֶּ֣ם הַכֶּ֔רֶם [2] Munach Zaqef
 
גְּזֵלַ֥ת הֶעָנִ֖י [2] Merkha Tip'cha

he will enter into judgment [2]
 
with the elders of his people [2]
and their princes; [1]

you have devoured the vineyard, [2]
 
the plunder of the poor [2]

they are haughty, [3]
the daughters of Zion, [2]
 
and they walk [3]
with outstretched necks [2]
 
and making seductive glances [2]
of the eyes; [1]
 
walking and mincing [3]
they go, [2]
 
and on their feet [2]
they make a tinkling, [1]

shall fall by the sword; [1]
 
and your warriors, [2]
in battle. [1]

her gates; [1]
 
and she shall be desolate, [2]
on the ground she will sit. [1]
