1 כֹּ֚ה [3] Yetiv
אָמַ֣ר יְהֹוָ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef
 
הַשָּׁמַ֣יִם כִּסְאִ֔י [2] Munach Zaqef
וְהָאָ֖רֶץ [2] Tip'cha
הֲדֹ֣ם רַגְלָ֑י [1] Munach Etnachta
 
אֵי־זֶ֥ה בַ֙יִת֙ [3] Merkha Pashta
אֲשֶׁ֣ר תִּבְנוּ־לִ֔י [2] Munach Zaqef
 
וְאֵי־זֶ֥ה מָק֖וֹם [2] Merkha Tip'cha
מְנוּחָתִֽי׃ [1] Silluq

“The heavens are my throne [2]
and the earth [2]
is the footstool of my feet; [1]
 
where then is the house [3]
that you would build for me, [2]
 
and where then is the place [2]
of my rest? [1]

וַיִּהְי֥וּ כׇל־אֵ֖לֶּה [2] Merkha Tip'cha

וְאֶל־זֶ֣ה אַבִּ֔יט [2] Munach Zaqef
 
אֶל־עָנִי֙ [3] Pashta
וּנְכֵה־ר֔וּחַ [2] Zaqef
 
וְחָרֵ֖ד [2] Tip'cha
עַל־דְּבָרִֽי׃ [1] Silluq

“but to this one I will look, [2]
 
to one who is humble [3]
and contrite of spirit [2]
 
and who trembles [2]

וּבְשִׁקּוּצֵיהֶ֖ם [2] Tip'cha
נַפְשָׁ֥ם חָפֵֽצָה׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

one who offers a grain offering, [3]
like the blood of a pig, [2]
 
one who burns incense [2]
is like one who blesses an idol; [1]
 
for they, [3]
they have chosen [3]
their own ways, [2]
 
and in their abominations [2]
their soul delights. [1]

יַ֤עַן קָרָ֙אתִי֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
וְאֵ֣ין עוֹנֶ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef
 
דִּבַּ֖רְתִּי [2] Tip'cha
וְלֹ֣א שָׁמֵ֑עוּ [1] Munach Etnachta
 
וַיַּעֲשׂ֤וּ הָרַע֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
בְּעֵינַ֔י [2] Zaqef
 
וּבַאֲשֶׁ֥ר לֹא־חָפַ֖צְתִּי [2] Merkha Tip'cha
בָּחָֽרוּ׃ [1] Silluq

and that in which I did not delight, [2]
they chose.” [1]

“They have said, your brothers who hated you, [4]
who excluded you [3]
 
for my name’s sake, [3]
‘Let the LORD be glorified, [2]
 
that we may see your joy,’ [2]
but they, they shall be put to shame.” [1]

she gave birth; [1]
 
before the labor pains came [3]
upon her, [2]
she delivered a son. [1]

אִם־יִוָּ֥לֵֽד גּ֖וֹי [2] Merkha Tip'cha

גַּם־יָלְדָ֥ה צִיּ֖וֹן [2] Merkha Tip'cha
אֶת־בָּנֶֽיהָ׃ [1] Silluq

Can a land be brought forth [3]
in one day? [2]
 
And can a nation be born [2]

For as soon as she was in labor, [3]

אִם־אֲנִ֧י הַמּוֹלִ֛יד [3] Darga Tevir
וְעָצַ֖רְתִּי [2] Tip'cha
אָמַ֥ר אֱלֹהָֽיִךְ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

and shall I not bring delivery?” [2]
says the LORD; [1]
 
“Or I who bring delivery, [3]
shall I shut up the womb?” [2]
says your God. [1]

10 שִׂמְח֧וּ אֶת־יְרוּשָׁלַ֛͏ִם [3] Darga Tevir
וְגִ֥ילוּ בָ֖הּ [2] Merkha Tip'cha
כׇּל־אֹהֲבֶ֑יהָ [1] Etnachta
 
שִׂ֤ישׂוּ אִתָּהּ֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
מָשׂ֔וֹשׂ [2] Zaqef
 
כׇּל־הַמִּֽתְאַבְּלִ֖ים [2] Tip'cha
עָלֶֽיהָ׃ [1] Silluq

מִשֹּׁ֖ד [2] Tip'cha
תַּנְחֻמֶ֑יהָ [1] Etnachta
 
לְמַ֧עַן תָּמֹ֛צּוּ [3] Darga Tevir
וְהִתְעַנַּגְתֶּ֖ם [2] Tip'cha
מִזִּ֥יז כְּבוֹדָֽהּ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

from the breast [2]
of her comfort; [1]
 
for you will drink deeply [3]
and delight [2]
from her glorious abundance. [1]

הִנְנִ֣י נֹטֶֽה־אֵ֠לֶ֠יהָ [4] Munach TelishaG

וּכְנַ֧חַל שׁוֹטֵ֛ף [3] Darga Tevir
כְּב֥וֹד גּוֹיִ֖ם [2] Merkha Tip'cha
 
וִֽינַקְתֶּ֑ם [1] Etnachta
 
עַל־צַד֙ [3] Pashta
תִּנָּשֵׂ֔אוּ [2] Zaqef
 
וְעַל־בִּרְכַּ֖יִם [2] Tip'cha
תְּשׇׁעֳשָֽׁעוּ׃ [1] Silluq

“Behold I will extend to her [4]
peace like a river [4]
and like an overflowing stream, [3]
the abundance of nations, [2]
 
and you will be nursed; [1]

and on knees [2]
you will be bounced. [1]

she comforts him; [1]

I will comfort you, [2]
 
so in Jerusalem [2]

וְשָׂ֣שׂ לִבְּכֶ֔ם [2] Munach Zaqef
 
וְעַצְמוֹתֵיכֶ֖ם [2] Tip'cha
כַּדֶּ֣שֶׁא תִפְרַ֑חְנָה [1] Munach Etnachta
 
וְנוֹדְעָ֤ה יַד־יְהֹוָה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
אֶת־עֲבָדָ֔יו [2] Zaqef
 
וְזָעַ֖ם [2] Tip'cha
אֶת־אֹיְבָֽיו׃ [1] Silluq

and your heart will rejoice, [2]
 
and your bones, [2]
like the grass they will flourish; [1]
 
so the hand of the LORD will be made known [3]
among his servants, [2]
 
and he will be indignant against [2]
his enemies. [1]

15 כִּי־הִנֵּ֤ה יְהֹוָה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta

וְכַסּוּפָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
מַרְכְּבֹתָ֑יו [1] Etnachta
 
לְהָשִׁ֤יב בְּחֵמָה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
אַפּ֔וֹ [2] Zaqef
 
וְגַעֲרָת֖וֹ [2] Tip'cha
בְּלַהֲבֵי־אֵֽשׁ׃ [1] Silluq

in fire he will come, [2]
 
and like the whirlwind will be [2]
his chariots; [1]
 
to render with fury [3]
his anger, [2]
 
and his rebuke [2]
with flames of fire. [1]

יְהֹוָ֣ה נִשְׁפָּ֔ט [2] Munach Zaqef
 
וּבְחַרְבּ֖וֹ [2] Tip'cha
אֶת־כׇּל־בָּשָׂ֑ר [1] Etnachta
 
וְרַבּ֖וּ [2] Tip'cha
חַֽלְלֵ֥י יְהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

the LORD will execute judgment, [2]
 
and by his sword [2]
on all flesh; [1]
 
and they will be many, [2]
those slain by the LORD. [1]

אֶל־הַגַּנּ֗וֹת [3] Revi'a
 
אַחַ֤ר *אחד **אַחַת֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
בַּתָּ֔וֶךְ [2] Zaqef
 
אֹֽכְלֵי֙ [3] Pashta
בְּשַׂ֣ר הַחֲזִ֔יר [2] Munach Zaqef
 
וְהַשֶּׁ֖קֶץ [2] Tip'cha
וְהָעַכְבָּ֑ר [1] Etnachta
 
יַחְדָּ֥ו יָסֻ֖פוּ [2] Merkha Tip'cha
נְאֻם־יְהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Silluq

וּמַחְשְׁבֹ֣תֵיהֶ֔ם [2] Munach Zaqef
 
בָּאָ֕ה [2] ZaqefG
לְקַבֵּ֥ץ אֶת־כׇּל־הַגּוֹיִ֖ם [2] Merkha Tip'cha
וְהַלְּשֹׁנ֑וֹת [1] Etnachta
 
וּבָ֖אוּ [2] Tip'cha
וְרָא֥וּ אֶת־כְּבוֹדִֽי׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

(It) is coming [2]
to gather all the nations [2]

and they will come [2]
and they will see my glory. [1]

תַּרְשִׁ֨ישׁ פּ֥וּל וְל֛וּד [3] Qadma Merkha Tevir
מֹ֥שְׁכֵי קֶ֖שֶׁת [2] Merkha Tip'cha
 
תֻּבַ֣ל וְיָוָ֑ן [1] Munach Etnachta
 
הָאִיִּ֣ים הָרְחֹקִ֗ים [3] Munach Revi'a
אֲשֶׁ֨ר לֹֽא־שָׁמְע֤וּ אֶת־שִׁמְעִי֙ [3] Qadma Mapakh Pashta
וְלֹא־רָא֣וּ אֶת־כְּבוֹדִ֔י [2] Munach Zaqef
 
וְהִגִּ֥ידוּ אֶת־כְּבוֹדִ֖י [2] Merkha Tip'cha
בַּגּוֹיִֽם׃ [1] Silluq

and I will send from them survivors [4]

Tarshish, Pul, and Lud, [3]
who draw a bow, [2]
 
Tubal and Javan; [1]

that have not heard my fame [3]
and they have not seen my glory. [2]
 
And they shall declare my glory [2]
among the nations. [1]
20 וְהֵבִ֣יאוּ אֶת־כׇּל־אֲחֵיכֶ֣ם מִכׇּל־הַגּוֹיִ֣ם ׀ מִנְחָ֣ה ׀ לַיהֹוָ֡ה [4] Munach Munach Munach Munach Pazer
בַּסּוּסִ֡ים [4] Pazer
וּ֠בָרֶ֠כֶב [4] TelishaG
וּבַצַּבִּ֨ים וּבַפְּרָדִ֜ים [4] Qadma Geresh
וּבַכִּרְכָּר֗וֹת [3] Revi'a
 
עַ֣ל הַ֥ר קׇדְשִׁ֛י [3] Munach Merkha Tevir
יְרוּשָׁלַ֖͏ִם [2] Tip'cha

כַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר יָבִ֩יאוּ֩ בְנֵ֨י יִשְׂרָאֵ֧ל אֶת־הַמִּנְחָ֛ה [3] Munach TelishaQ Qadma Darga Tevir
בִּכְלִ֥י טָה֖וֹר [2] Merkha Tip'cha
בֵּ֥ית יְהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

on horses, [4]
and in chariots, [4]
and in wagons and on mules [4]
and on camels, [3]
 
to my holy mountain [3]
Jerusalem,” [2]
 
says the LORD; [1]
 
“just as the children of Israel bring the grain offering [3]
in a clean vessel [2]
(to) the house of the LORD. [1]
21 וְגַם־מֵהֶ֥ם אֶקַּ֛ח [3] Merkha Tevir
לַכֹּהֲנִ֥ים לַלְוִיִּ֖ם [2] Merkha Tip'cha
אָמַ֥ר יְהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
2 3 21 And also some of them I will take [3]
for priests, for Levites,” [2]
says the LORD. [1]
22 כִּ֣י כַאֲשֶׁ֣ר הַשָּׁמַ֣יִם הַ֠חֲדָשִׁ֠ים [4] Munach Munach Munach TelishaG
וְהָאָ֨רֶץ הַחֲדָשָׁ֜ה [4] Qadma Geresh
אֲשֶׁ֨ר אֲנִ֥י עֹשֶׂ֛ה [3] Qadma Merkha Tevir
עֹמְדִ֥ים לְפָנַ֖י [2] Merkha Tip'cha
 
נְאֻם־יְהֹוָ֑ה [1] Etnachta

יַעֲמֹ֥ד זַרְעֲכֶ֖ם [2] Merkha Tip'cha
וְשִׁמְכֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq

מִֽדֵּי־חֹ֙דֶשׁ֙ [3] Pashta
בְּחׇדְשׁ֔וֹ [2] Zaqef
 
וּמִדֵּ֥י שַׁבָּ֖ת [2] Merkha Tip'cha
בְּשַׁבַּתּ֑וֹ [1] Etnachta
 
יָב֧וֹא כׇל־בָּשָׂ֛ר [3] Darga Tevir
לְהִשְׁתַּחֲוֺ֥ת לְפָנַ֖י [2] Merkha Tip'cha
אָמַ֥ר יְהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

from new moon [3]
to new moon, [2]
 
and from Sabbath [2]
to Sabbath; [1]
 
all flesh will come [3]
to bow down before me,” [2]
says the LORD. [1]

בְּפִגְרֵי֙ [3] Pashta
הָאֲנָשִׁ֔ים [2] Zaqef
 
הַפֹּשְׁעִ֖ים [2] Tip'cha
בִּ֑י [1] Etnachta
 
כִּ֣י תוֹלַעְתָּ֞ם [4] Munach Gershayim
לֹ֣א תָמ֗וּת [3] Munach Revi'a
 
וְאִשָּׁם֙ [3] Pashta
לֹ֣א תִכְבֶּ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef
 
וְהָי֥וּ דֵרָא֖וֹן [2] Merkha Tip'cha
לְכׇל־בָּשָֽׂר׃ [1] Silluq

at the dead bodies [3]
of the people [2]
 
who rebelled [2]

for their worm, [4]
it will not die, [3]
 
and their fire, [3]
