4 הֲלֹא־ה֭וּא [3] Dechi
יִרְאֶ֣ה דְרָכָ֑י [2] Etnachta

וְֽכׇל־צְעָדַ֥י יִסְפּֽוֹר׃ [1] Silluq

a defilement has stuck, [1]
8 אֶ֭זְרְעָה [3] Dechi
וְאַחֵ֣ר יֹאכֵ֑ל [2] Etnachta

וְֽצֶאֱצָאַ֥י יְשֹׁרָֽשׁוּ׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 8 then let me sow [3]
and let another eat; [2]

*והיא **וְ֝ה֗וּא [2] Revi'i Mugrash
עָוֺ֥ן פְּלִילִֽים׃ [1] Silluq
2 2 11 for that is wickedness; [2]

and that [2]
is iniquity to be judged, [1]
12 כִּ֤י אֵ֣שׁ הִ֭יא [3] Dechi
עַד־אֲבַדּ֣וֹן תֹּאכֵ֑ל [2] Etnachta

וּֽבְכׇל־תְּב֖וּאָתִ֣י [2] VRevMug
תְשָׁרֵֽשׁ׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 12 for a fire that is, [3]

and all my increase [2]
it will root up. [1]
13 אִם־אֶמְאַ֗ס [3] Revi'i
מִשְׁפַּ֣ט עַ֭בְדִּי [3] Dechi
וַאֲמָתִ֑י [2] Etnachta

בְּ֝רִבָ֗ם [2] Revi'i Mugrash

with me, [1]
14 וּמָ֣ה אֶ֭עֱשֶׂה [3] Dechi
כִּֽי־יָק֣וּם אֵ֑ל [2] Etnachta

וְכִי־יִ֝פְקֹ֗ד [2] Revi'i Mugrash
מָ֣ה אֲשִׁיבֶֽנּוּ׃ [1] Silluq

2 3 2 17 or I have eaten my morsel, [3]
I alone; [2]

and a fatherless one has not eaten [2]
some of it - [1]
18 כִּ֣י מִ֭נְּעוּרַי [3] Dechi
גְּדֵלַ֣נִי כְאָ֑ב [2] Etnachta

וּמִבֶּ֖טֶן אִמִּ֣י [2] VRevMug

יִתְחַמָּֽם׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 20 if it has (not) blessed me [3]
his heart; [2]

and from the fleece of my lambs [2]
he has (not) warmed himself, [1]
21 אִם־הֲנִיפ֣וֹתִי עַל־יָת֣וֹם [3] VDechi
יָדִ֑י [2] Etnachta

כִּֽי־אֶרְאֶ֥ה בַ֝שַּׁ֗עַר [2] Revi'i Mugrash
עֶזְרָתִֽי׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 21 if I have lifted up against the fatherless [3]
my hand; [2]

because I saw that the court [2]
would favor me, [1]
22 כְּ֭תֵפִי [3] Dechi
מִשִּׁכְמָ֣הֿ תִפּ֑וֹל [2] Etnachta

וְ֝אֶזְרֹעִ֗י [2] Revi'i Mugrash
מִקָּנָ֥הֿ תִשָּׁבֵֽר׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 22 then my shoulder [3]
from its shoulder blade let it fall; [2]

and my arm [2]
from its bone let it be broken. [1]
23 כִּ֤י פַ֣חַד אֵ֭לַי [3] Dechi

וּ֝מִשְּׂאֵת֗וֹ [2] Revi'i Mugrash

2 3 2 23 For a terror to me [3]
is the calamity of God; [2]

24 אִם־שַׂ֣מְתִּי זָהָ֣ב [3] VDechi
כִּסְלִ֑י [2] Etnachta

וְ֝לַכֶּ֗תֶם [2] Revi'i Mugrash
אָמַ֥רְתִּי מִבְטַחִֽי׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 24 If I have made gold [3]

עָוֺ֣ן פְּלִילִ֑י [2] Etnachta

כִּֽי־כִחַ֖שְׁתִּי לָאֵ֣ל [2] VRevMug
מִמָּֽעַל׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 28 that too [3]
is iniquity calling for judgement; [2]

29 אִם־אֶ֭שְׂמַח [3] Dechi
בְּפִ֣יד מְשַׂנְאִ֑י [2] Etnachta

32 בַּ֭חוּץ [3] Dechi
לֹא־יָלִ֣ין גֵּ֑ר [2] Etnachta

לָאֹ֥רַח אֶפְתָּֽח׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 32 In the street [3]
a stranger has not passed the night; [2]
