איוב 30 | Job 30 | |||
1 וְעַתָּ֤ה ׀ [4] Mahpakh Legarmeh שָׂ֥חֲק֣וּ עָלַי֮ [3] Sinnor לְיָ֫מִ֥ים [2] Ole Veyored לָ֝שִׁ֗ית [2] Revi'i Mugrash עִם־כַּלְבֵ֥י צֹאנִֽי׃ [1] Silluq |
1 “But now [4] they mock me, [3] of days; [2] to put [2] with my sheep dogs. [1] |
[1] Silluq |
2 Indeed the strength of their hands, [3] of what use to me; [2] vigor had perished? [1] |
3 בְּחֶ֥סֶר וּבְכָפָ֗ן [3] Revi'i גַּ֫לְמ֥וּד [2] Ole Veyored אֶ֝֗מֶשׁ [2] Revi'i Mugrash שׁוֹאָ֥ה וּמְשֹׁאָֽה׃ [1] Silluq |
3 From want and hunger [3] barren; [2] in what was [2] waste and desolation, [1] |
[1] Silluq |
4 who pluck salt herbs [3] in the bushes; [2] is their food. [1] |
[1] Silluq |
5 From among men they are driven away; [2] as after a thief, [1] |
[1] Silluq |
6 on the slope of valleys [3] to dwell; [2] and the rocks. [1] |
[1] Silluq |
7 Among the bushes they brayed; [2] they huddled together. [1] |
[1] Silluq |
8 Sons of folly, [3] and sons of no name; [2] from the land. [1] |
[1] Silluq |
9 And now [3] their taunt song I have become; [2] a byword. [1] |
[1] Silluq |
10 They abhor me, [3] they stand aloof from me; [2] they don’t hesitate to spit. [1] |
[1] Silluq |
11 For my bowstring he has loosened [3] and he has afflicted me; [2] in my presence they have thrown off. [1] |
12 On my right [3] the rabble rise up; [2] and they cast up against me [2] their ways of destruction. [1] |
[1] Silluq |
13 They break up [3] my path; [2] no helper [2] have they. [1] |
[1] Silluq |
14 As through a wide breach [3] they come; [2] they have rolled themselves. [1] |
[1] Silluq |
15 It has been turned on me [3] sudden terror; [2] my dignity, [2] my prosperity has passed away. [1] |
[1] Silluq |
16 And now [3] within me [3] my soul is poured out; [2] days of affliction. [1] |
[1] Silluq |
17 Night [3] my bones, [3] it has pierced within me; [2] take no rest. [1] |
[1] Silluq |
18 By great force [3] my garment is disfigured; [2] it girds me about. [1] |
[1] Silluq |
19 He has cast me into the mud; [2] like dust and ashes. [1] |
[1] Silluq |
20 I cry out to you for help, [3] but you do not answer me; [2] but you only look at me. [1] |
[1] Silluq |
21 You have become cruel [3] to me; [2] you attack me. [1] |
[1] Silluq |
22 You lift me up on the wind, [3] you make me ride on it; [2] in the storm. [1] |
[1] Silluq |
23 For I know [3] that you will bring me to death; [2] for all the living. [1] |
[1] Silluq |
24 Yet does not one in a heap of ruins [3] stretch out a hand; [2] therefore cry for help? [1] |
[1] Silluq |
25 Did I not weep [3] for him whose day was hard? [2] for the needy? [1] |
[1] Silluq |
26 When I looked for good, [3] then evil came; [2] then darkness came. [1] |
[1] Silluq |
27 My inward parts are in turmoil and are never still, [3/2] days of affliction have confronted me. [1] |
[1] Silluq |
28 I go about blackened [3] but not by the sun; [2] I cry out for help. [1] |
[1] Silluq |
29 A brother [3] I have become to jackals; [2] to daughters of the ostrich. [1] |
[1] Silluq |
30 My skin, [3] it turns black and falls from me; [2] with heat. [1] |
[1] Silluq |
31 So it has turned to mourning, [3] my harp; [2] to the sound of those who weep. [1] |
