וַיֹּאמַֽר׃ [1] Silluq
2 1 And Elihu continued [3/2]
and he said, [1]
2 כַּתַּר־לִ֣י זְ֭עֵיר [3] Dechi
וַאֲחַוֶּ֑ךָּ [2] Etnachta

כִּ֤י ע֖וֹד לֶאֱל֣וֹהַּ [2] VRevMug

2 3 2 2 “Bear with me a little [3]
and I will show you; [2]

for still on God’s behalf [2]
are words. [1]
3 אֶשָּׂ֣א דֵ֭עִי [3] Dechi
לְמֵרָח֑וֹק [2] Etnachta

וּ֝לְפֹעֲלִ֗י [2] Revi'i Mugrash
אֶֽתֵּֽן־צֶֽדֶק׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 3 I will bring my knowledge [3]
from afar; [2]

and to my Maker [2]
I will ascribe righteousness. [1]
4 כִּֽי־אׇ֭מְנָם [3] Dechi
לֹא־שֶׁ֣קֶר מִלָּ֑י [2] Etnachta

תְּמִ֖ים דֵּע֣וֹת [2] VRevMug
עִמָּֽךְ׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 4 For truly [3]
my words are not false; [2]

one who is perfect in knowledge [2]
is with you. [1]
5 הֶן־אֵ֣ל כַּ֭בִּיר [3] Dechi
וְלֹ֣א יִמְאָ֑ס [2] Etnachta

וַיִּגְבָּֽהוּ׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 2 7 He doesn’t withdraw from the righteous [3]

he sets them forever [2]
and they are exalted. [1]
8 וְאִם־אֲסוּרִ֥ים בַּזִּקִּ֑ים [2] Etnachta

יִ֝לָּכְד֗וּן [2] Revi'i Mugrash
בְּחַבְלֵי־עֹֽנִי׃ [1] Silluq
2 2 8 But if they are bound in chains; [2]

they are caught [2]
in cords of affliction, [1]
9 וַיַּגֵּ֣ד לָהֶ֣ם [3] VDechi
פׇּעֳלָ֑ם [2] Etnachta

וּ֝פִשְׁעֵיהֶ֗ם [2] Revi'i Mugrash
כִּ֣י יִתְגַּבָּֽרוּ׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 9 then he shows them [3]
their work; [2]

בְּשֶׁ֣לַח יַעֲבֹ֑רוּ [2] Etnachta

וְ֝יִגְוְע֗וּ [2] Revi'i Mugrash
בִּבְלִי־דָֽעַת׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 12 But if they don’t listen, [3]
by the sword they will perish; [2]

and they will die [2]
without knowledge. [1]
13 וְֽחַנְפֵי־לֵ֭ב [3] Dechi
יָשִׂ֣ימוּ אָ֑ף [2] Etnachta

לֹ֥א יְ֝שַׁוְּע֗וּ [2] Revi'i Mugrash
כִּ֣י אֲסָרָֽם׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 13 “But the godless of heart, [3]
they harbor anger; [2]

they don’t cry for help [2]
when he binds them. [1]
14 תָּמֹ֣ת בַּנֹּ֣עַר [3] VDechi
נַפְשָׁ֑ם [2] Etnachta

וְ֝חַיָּתָ֗ם [2] Revi'i Mugrash
בַּקְּדֵשִֽׁים׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 14 It dies in youth, [3]
their soul; [2]

and their life, [2]
among the unclean. [1]
15 יְחַלֵּ֣ץ עָנִ֣י [3] VDechi
בְעׇנְי֑וֹ [2] Etnachta

וְיִ֖גֶל בַּלַּ֣חַץ [2] VRevMug
אׇזְנָֽם׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 15 He delivers the afflicted [3]
by their affliction; [2]

and by adversity he opens [2]
their ear. [1]
16 וְאַ֤ף הֲסִֽיתְךָ֨ ׀ [4] Azla Legarmeh

וְנַ֥חַת שֻׁ֝לְחָנְךָ֗ [2] Revi'i Mugrash
מָ֣לֵא דָֽשֶׁן׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 4 3 2 16 And indeed he draws you [4]
from the mouth of distress [3]

to a spacious place [3]
without constraint; [2]

and the comfort of your table, [2]
full of rich food. [1]
17 וְדִין־רָשָׁ֥ע מָלֵ֑אתָ [2] Etnachta

דִּ֖ין וּמִשְׁפָּ֣ט [2] VRevMug
יִתְמֹֽכוּ׃ [1] Silluq
2 2 17 “But you are full of the judgment of the wicked; [2]

judgment and justice, [2]
they take hold of you. [1]
18 כִּֽי־חֵ֭מָה [3] Dechi
פֶּן־יְסִֽיתְךָ֣ בְסָ֑פֶק [2] Etnachta

וְרׇב־כֹּ֝֗פֶר [2] Revi'i Mugrash
אַל־יַטֶּֽךָּ׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 18 For wrath, [3]
don’t let it entice you into scoffing; [2]

or the great size of a bribe, [2]
don't let it turn you aside. [1]
19 הֲיַעֲרֹ֣ךְ שׁ֭וּעֲךָ [3] Dechi
לֹ֣א בְצָ֑ר [2] Etnachta
