1 ה֧וֹי חֹֽשְׁבֵי־אָ֛וֶן [3] Tevir
וּפֹ֥עֲלֵי רָ֖ע [2] Tip'cha
עַל־מִשְׁכְּבוֹתָ֑ם [1] Etnachta
 
בְּא֤וֹר הַבֹּ֙קֶר֙ [3 3] Pashta
יַעֲשׂ֔וּהָ [2] Zaqef
 
כִּ֥י יֶשׁ־לְאֵ֖ל [2] Tip'cha
יָדָֽם׃ [1] Silluq

and who work evil [2]
on their beds! [1]
 
At the morning light [3 3]
they do it, [2]
 
because it is in the power [2]
of their hand. [1]
2 וְחָמְד֤וּ שָׂדוֹת֙ [3] Pashta
וְגָזָ֔לוּ [2] Zaqef
 
וּבָתִּ֖ים [2] Tip'cha
וְנָשָׂ֑אוּ [1] Etnachta
 
וְעָֽשְׁקוּ֙ [3] Pashta
גֶּ֣בֶר וּבֵית֔וֹ [2] Zaqef
 
וְאִ֖ישׁ [2] Tip'cha
וְנַחֲלָתֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq

and houses, [2]
and they take them; [1]
 
and they oppress [3]
a man and his household, [2]
 
and a man [2]

הִנְנִ֥י חֹשֵׁ֛ב [3] Tevir
עַל־הַמִּשְׁפָּחָ֥ה הַזֹּ֖את [2] Tip'cha
רָעָ֑ה [1] Etnachta
 
אֲ֠שֶׁ֠ר [4 4] TelishaG
לֹֽא־תָמִ֨ישׁוּ מִשָּׁ֜ם [4] Geresh
צַוְּארֹֽתֵיכֶ֗ם [3] Revi'i
 
וְלֹ֤א תֵֽלְכוּ֙ [3] Pashta
רוֹמָ֔ה [2] Zaqef
 
כִּ֛י [3] Tevir
עֵ֥ת רָעָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
הִֽיא׃ [1] Silluq

“Behold I am planning [3]
against this family [2]
calamity; [1]
 
which [4 4]
you will not remove from it [4]
your necks, [3]
 
then you will not walk [3]
haughtily, [2]
 
for [3]
an evil time [2]
it will be. [1]

וְנָהָ֨ה נְהִ֤י נִֽהְיָה֙ [3] Pashta
אָמַר֙ [3] Pashta
שָׁד֣וֹד נְשַׁדֻּ֔נוּ [2] Zaqef
 
חֵ֥לֶק עַמִּ֖י [2] Tip'cha
יָמִ֑יר [1] Etnachta
 
אֵ֚יךְ [3] Yetiv
יָמִ֣ישׁ לִ֔י [2] Zaqef
 
לְשׁוֹבֵ֥ב שָׂדֵ֖ינוּ [2] Tip'cha
יְחַלֵּֽק׃ [1] Silluq

someone will take up a parable against you, [3]
 
and he will lament with a doleful lamentation, ‘It is finished,’ [3]
he will say, [3]
‘We are utterly ruined! [2]
 
The portion of my people [2]
he exchanges; [1]
 
indeed [3]
he takes it from me, [2]
 
and to a traitor our fields [2]
he assigns!’ ” [1]

לֹֽא־יִֽהְיֶ֣ה לְךָ֔ [2] Zaqef
 
מַשְׁלִ֥יךְ חֶ֖בֶל [2] Tip'cha
בְּגוֹרָ֑ל [1] Etnachta
 
בִּקְהַ֖ל [2] Tip'cha
יְהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Silluq

you will have no one [2]
 
who divides the land [2]
by lot; [1]
 
in the assembly [2]
of the LORD. [1]
6 אַל־תַּטִּ֖פוּ [2] Tip'cha
יַטִּיפ֑וּן [1] Etnachta
 
לֹֽא־יַטִּ֣פוּ לָאֵ֔לֶּה [2] Zaqef
לֹ֥א יִסַּ֖ג [2] Tip'cha
כְּלִמּֽוֹת׃ [1] Silluq

they prophesy; [1]
 
“Don’t prophesy about these things. [2]
It won’t overtake us, [2]
disgrace.” [1]
7 הֶאָמ֣וּר בֵּֽית־יַעֲקֹ֗ב [3] Revi'i
הֲקָצַר֙ [3] Pashta
ר֣וּחַ יְהֹוָ֔ה [2] Zaqef
 
אִם־אֵ֖לֶּה [2] Tip'cha
מַעֲלָלָ֑יו [1] Etnachta
 
הֲל֤וֹא דְבָרַי֙ [3] Pashta
יֵיטִ֔יבוּ [2] Zaqef
 
עִ֖ם [2] Tip'cha
הַיָּשָׁ֥ר הֹלֵֽךְ׃ [1] Silluq

“Is he angry, [3]
the Spirit of the LORD? [2]
 
Are these [2]
his deeds? [1]
 
Do not my words [3]
do good [2]

the one who walks blamelessly?” [1]

עַמִּי֙ [3] Pashta
לְאוֹיֵ֣ב יְקוֹמֵ֔ם [2] Zaqef
 
מִמּ֣וּל שַׂלְמָ֔ה [2] Zaqef
אֶ֖דֶר [2] Tip'cha
תַּפְשִׁט֑וּן [1] Etnachta
 
מֵעֹבְרִ֣ים בֶּ֔טַח [2] Zaqef
שׁוּבֵ֖י [2] Tip'cha
מִלְחָמָֽה׃ [1] Silluq

my people [3]
have risen up as an enemy. [2]
 
From the front of a garment [2]
the outer robe [2]
you strip off; [1]
 
from those who pass by unsuspectingly, [2]
returning [2]
from battle. [1]
9 נְשֵׁ֤י עַמִּי֙ [3] Pashta
תְּגָ֣רְשׁ֔וּן [2] Zaqef
 
מִבֵּ֖ית [2] Tip'cha
תַּֽעֲנֻגֶ֑יהָ [1] Etnachta
 
מֵעַל֙ [3] Pashta
עֹֽלָלֶ֔יהָ [2] Zaqef
 
תִּקְח֥וּ הֲדָרִ֖י [2] Tip'cha
לְעוֹלָֽם׃ [1] Silluq

you drive out, [2]
 
from the house [2]
in which she lived happily; [1]
 
and from [3]
her children [2]
 
you take away my blessing [2]
forever. [1]
10 ק֣וּמוּ וּלְכ֔וּ [2] Zaqef
כִּ֥י לֹא־זֹ֖את [2] Tip'cha
הַמְּנוּחָ֑ה [1] Etnachta
 
בַּעֲב֥וּר טָמְאָ֛ה [3] Tevir
תְּחַבֵּ֖ל [2] Tip'cha
וְחֶ֥בֶל נִמְרָֽץ׃ [1] Silluq

For this is not [2]
your resting place; [1]
 
because of uncleanness [3]
that destroys, [2]
and with a grievous destruction. [1]
11 לוּ־אִ֞ישׁ [4] Gershayim
הֹלֵ֥ךְ ר֙וּחַ֙ [3 3] Pashta
וָשֶׁ֣קֶר כִּזֵּ֔ב [2] Zaqef
 
אַטִּ֣ף לְךָ֔ [2] Zaqef
לַיַּ֖יִן [2] Tip'cha
וְלַשֵּׁכָ֑ר [1] Etnachta
 
וְהָיָ֥ה מַטִּ֖יף [2] Tip'cha
הָעָ֥ם הַזֶּֽה׃ [1] Silluq

walking in a spirit [3 3]
of falsehood lies saying, [2]
 
“I will prophesy to you [2]
of wine [2]
and of strong drink,” [1]
 
he would be the prophet [2]
of this people. [1]

יַעֲקֹ֣ב כֻּלָּ֗ךְ [3] Revi'i
 
קַבֵּ֤ץ אֲקַבֵּץ֙ [3] Pashta
שְׁאֵרִ֣ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל [2] Zaqef
 
יַ֥חַד אֲשִׂימֶ֖נּוּ [2] Tip'cha
כְּצֹ֣אן בׇּצְרָ֑ה [1] Etnachta
 
כְּעֵ֙דֶר֙ [3 3] Pashta
בְּת֣וֹךְ הַדָּֽבְר֔וֹ [2] Zaqef
 
תְּהִימֶ֖נָה [2] Tip'cha
מֵאָדָֽם׃ [1] Silluq

O Jacob, all of you. [3]
 
I will surely assemble [3]
the remnant of Israel. [2]
 
Together I will put them [2]
like sheep in a sheepfold; [1]
 
like a flock [3 3]
in the middle of its pasture, [2]
 
they will swarm [2]
with people. [1]
13 עָלָ֤ה הַפֹּרֵץ֙ [3] Pashta
לִפְנֵיהֶ֔ם [2] Zaqef
 
פָּֽרְצוּ֙ [3] Pashta
וַֽיַּעֲבֹ֔רוּ [2] Zaqef
 
שַׁ֖עַר [2] Tip'cha
וַיֵּ֣צְאוּ ב֑וֹ [1] Etnachta
 
וַיַּעֲבֹ֤ר מַלְכָּם֙ [3] Pashta
לִפְנֵיהֶ֔ם [2] Zaqef
 
וַיהֹוָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
בְּרֹאשָֽׁם׃ [1] Silluq

They will break through [3]
and they pass through [2]
 
the gate, [2]
and they go out by it; [1]
 
and their king passes on [3]
before them, [2]
