1 Give thanks to the LORD! [3] Call on his name! [2] his deeds. [1] |

2 שִֽׁירוּ־ל֭וֹ [3] Dechi זַמְּרוּ־ל֑וֹ [2] Etnachta בְּכׇל־נִפְלְאוֹתָֽיו׃ [1] Silluq |
2 Sing to him, [3] sing praises to him! [2] of all his wonders. [1] |

3 הִֽ֭תְהַלְלוּ [3] Dechi בְּשֵׁ֣ם קׇדְשׁ֑וֹ [2] Etnachta לֵ֤ב ׀ [4/2] Mahpakh Legarmeh מְבַקְשֵׁ֬י יְהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Silluq |
3 Glory [3] in his holy name; [2] the heart [4/2] of those who seek the LORD. [1] |

4 דִּרְשׁ֣וּ יְהֹוָ֣ה [3] VDechi וְעֻזּ֑וֹ [2] Etnachta תָּמִֽיד׃ [1] Silluq |
4 Seek the LORD [3] and his strength; [2] continually. [1] |

5 זִכְר֗וּ [3] Revi'i נִפְלְאוֹתָ֥יו אֲשֶׁר־עָשָׂ֑ה [2] Etnachta וּמִשְׁפְּטֵי־פִֽיו׃ [1] Silluq |
5 Remember [3] his wonders which he has done; [2] and the judgments of his mouth, [1] |

6 זֶ֭רַע [3] Dechi אַבְרָהָ֣ם עַבְדּ֑וֹ [2] Etnachta בְּחִירָֽיו׃ [1] Silluq |
6 O offspring [3] of Abraham his servant; [2] his chosen ones. [1] |

7 ה֭וּא [3] Dechi יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֵ֑ינוּ [2] Etnachta מִשְׁפָּטָֽיו׃ [1] Silluq |
7 He [3] is the LORD our God; [2] are his judgments. [1] |

8 זָכַ֣ר לְעוֹלָ֣ם [3] VDechi בְּרִית֑וֹ [2] Etnachta לְאֶ֣לֶף דּֽוֹר׃ [1] Silluq |
8 He remembers forever [3] his covenant; [2] for a thousand generations, [1] |

9 אֲשֶׁ֣ר כָּ֭רַת [3] Dechi אֶת־אַבְרָהָ֑ם [2] Etnachta לְיִשְׂחָֽק׃ [1] Silluq |
9 which he made [3] with Abraham; [2] to Isaac, [1] |
|||
10 וַיַּעֲמִידֶ֣הָ לְיַעֲקֹ֣ב [3] VDechi לְחֹ֑ק [2] Etnachta בְּרִ֣ית עוֹלָֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
10 and he confirmed it to Jacob [3] for a statute; [2] an everlasting covenant, [1] |

11 לֵאמֹ֗ר [3] Revi'i לְךָ֗ [3] Revi'i אֶתֵּ֥ן אֶת־אֶֽרֶץ־כְּנָ֑עַן [2] Etnachta נַחֲלַתְכֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
11 saying, [3] “To you [3] I will give the land of Canaan; [2] of your inheritance,” [1] |

12 בִּֽ֭הְיוֹתָם [3] Dechi מְתֵ֣י מִסְפָּ֑ר [2] Etnachta וְגָרִ֥ים בָּֽהּ׃ [1] Silluq |
12 when they were [3] men in number; [2] and foreigners in it. [1] |

13 וַ֭יִּֽתְהַלְּכוּ [3] Dechi מִגּ֣וֹי אֶל־גּ֑וֹי [2] Etnachta אֶל־עַ֥ם אַחֵֽר׃ [1] Silluq |
13 And they went about [3] from nation to nation; [2] to another people. [1] |

14 לֹא־הִנִּ֣יחַ אָדָ֣ם [3] VDechi לְעׇשְׁקָ֑ם [2] Etnachta מְלָכִֽים׃ [1] Silluq |
14 He allowed no one [3] to oppress them; [2] kings, [1] |
|||
15 אַֽל־תִּגְּע֥וּ בִמְשִׁיחָ֑י [2] Etnachta אַל־תָּרֵֽעוּ׃ [1] Silluq |
15 “Don’t touch my anointed ones; [2] do no harm!” [1] |
|||
16 וַיִּקְרָ֣א רָ֭עָב [3] Dechi עַל־הָאָ֑רֶץ [2] Etnachta |
16 And he called a famine [3] on the land; [2] |
|||
17 שָׁלַ֣ח לִפְנֵיהֶ֣ם [3] VDechi אִ֑ישׁ [2] Etnachta נִמְכַּ֥ר יוֹסֵֽף׃ [1] Silluq |
17 He sent before them [3] a man; [2] Joseph was sold. [1] |

18 עִנּ֣וּ בַכֶּ֣בֶל [3] VDechi *רגליו **רַגְל֑וֹ [2] Etnachta בָּ֣אָה נַפְשֽׁוֹ׃ [1] Silluq |
18 They afflicted with shackles [3] his feet; [2] came upon his neck, [1] |

19 עַד־עֵ֥ת בֹּא־דְבָר֑וֹ [2] Etnachta צְרָפָֽתְהוּ׃ [1] Silluq |
19 until the time that his word came to pass; [2] it proved him. [1] |
|||
20 שָׁ֣לַח מֶ֭לֶךְ [3] Dechi וַיַּתִּירֵ֑הוּ [2] Etnachta וַֽיְפַתְּחֵֽהוּ׃ [1] Silluq |
20 The king sent, [3] and he set him free; [2] and he set him free. [1] |

21 שָׂמ֣וֹ אָד֣וֹן [3] VDechi לְבֵית֑וֹ [2] Etnachta בְּכׇל־קִנְיָנֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq |
21 He appointed him master [3] of his household; [2] over all his possessions, [1] |
|||
22 לֶאְסֹ֣ר שָׂרָ֣יו [3] VDechi בְּנַפְשׁ֑וֹ [2] Etnachta |
22 to instruct his officials [3] in his will; [2] |
|||
23 וַיָּבֹ֣א יִשְׂרָאֵ֣ל [3] VDechi מִצְרָ֑יִם [2] Etnachta גָּ֣ר בְּאֶֽרֶץ־חָֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
23 And Israel came [3] to Egypt; [2] he sojourned in the land of Ham. [1] |

24 וַיֶּ֣פֶר אֶת־עַמּ֣וֹ [3] VDechi מְאֹ֑ד [2] Etnachta מִצָּרָֽיו׃ [1] Silluq |
24 And he made fruitful his people [3] greatly; [2] than its adversaries. [1] |
|||
25 הָפַ֣ךְ לִ֭בָּם [3] Dechi לִשְׂנֹ֣א עַמּ֑וֹ [2] Etnachta בַּעֲבָדָֽיו׃ [1] Silluq |
25 He turned their heart [3] to hate his people; [2] with his servants. [1] |

26 שָׁ֭לַח [3] Dechi מֹשֶׁ֣ה עַבְדּ֑וֹ [2] Etnachta אֲשֶׁ֣ר בָּחַר־בּֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq |
26 He sent [3] Moses his servant; [2] whom he had chosen. [1] |

27 שָֽׂמוּ־בָ֭ם [3] Dechi דִּבְרֵ֣י אֹתוֹתָ֑יו [2] Etnachta בְּאֶ֣רֶץ חָֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
27 They performed among them [3] his signs; [2] in the land of Ham. [1] |

28 שָׁ֣לַֽח חֹ֭שֶׁךְ [3] Dechi וַיַּחְשִׁ֑ךְ [2] Etnachta אֶת־*דבריו **דְּבָרֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq |
28 He sent darkness, [3] and he made it dark; [2] his words. [1] |

29 הָפַ֣ךְ אֶת־מֵימֵיהֶ֣ם [3] VDechi לְדָ֑ם [2] Etnachta אֶת־דְּגָתָֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
29 He turned their water [3] into blood; [2] their fish. [1] |
|||
30 שָׁרַ֣ץ אַרְצָ֣ם [3] VDechi צְפַרְדְּעִ֑ים [2] Etnachta מַלְכֵיהֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
30 Their land swarmed [3] with frogs; [2] of their kings. [1] |
|||
31 אָ֭מַר [3] Dechi וַיָּבֹ֣א עָרֹ֑ב [2] Etnachta בְּכׇל־גְּבוּלָֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
31 He spoke, [3] and a swarm of flies came; [2] in all their territory. [1] |
|||
32 נָתַ֣ן גִּשְׁמֵיהֶ֣ם [3] VDechi בָּרָ֑ד [2] Etnachta בְּאַרְצָֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
32 He made their rain [3] hail; [2] in their land. [1] |
|||
33 וַיַּ֣ךְ גַּ֭פְנָם [3] Dechi וּתְאֵנָתָ֑ם [2] Etnachta עֵ֣ץ גְּבוּלָֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
33 And he struck down their vines [3] and their fig trees; [2] the trees of their territory. [1] |

34 אָ֭מַר [3] Dechi וַיָּבֹ֣א אַרְבֶּ֑ה [2] Etnachta וְאֵ֣ין מִסְפָּֽר׃ [1] Silluq |
34 He spoke, [3] and locusts came; [2] without number, [1] |
|||
35 וַיֹּ֣אכַל כׇּל־עֵ֣שֶׂב [3] VDechi בְּאַרְצָ֑ם [2] Etnachta פְּרִ֣י אַדְמָתָֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
35 and they ate all the vegetation [3] in their land; [2] the fruit of their ground. [1] |

36 וַיַּ֣ךְ כׇּל־בְּכ֣וֹר [3] VDechi בְּאַרְצָ֑ם [2] Etnachta לְכׇל־אוֹנָֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
36 And he struck down every firstborn [3] in their land; [2] of all their manhood. [1] |

37 וַֽ֭יּוֹצִיאֵם [3] Dechi בְּכֶ֣סֶף וְזָהָ֑ב [2] Etnachta כּוֹשֵֽׁל׃ [1] Silluq |
37 And he brought them out [3] with silver and gold; [2] a feeble person. [1] |

38 שָׂמַ֣ח מִצְרַ֣יִם [3] VDechi בְּצֵאתָ֑ם [2] Etnachta עֲלֵיהֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
38 Egypt rejoiced [3] when they departed; [2] on them. [1] |
|||
39 פָּרַ֣שׂ עָנָ֣ן [3] VDechi לְמָסָ֑ךְ [2] Etnachta לְהָאִ֥יר לָֽיְלָה׃ [1] Silluq |
39 He spread out a cloud [3] for a covering; [2] to give light in the night. [1] |
|||
40 שָׁ֭אַל [3] Dechi וַיָּבֵ֣א שְׂלָ֑ו [2] Etnachta יַשְׂבִּיעֵֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
40 They asked, [3] and he brought quail; [2] he satisfied them. [1] |
|||
41 פָּ֣תַח צ֭וּר [3] Dechi וַיָּז֣וּבוּ מָ֑יִם [2] Etnachta בַּצִּיּ֥וֹת נָהָֽר׃ [1] Silluq |
41 He opened a rock, [3] and waters flowed out; [2] as a river in the dry places. [1] |

42 כִּֽי־זָ֭כַר [3] Dechi אֶת־דְּבַ֣ר קׇדְשׁ֑וֹ [2] Etnachta |
42 For he remembered [3] his holy word; [2] |
|||
43 וַיּוֹצִ֣א עַמּ֣וֹ [3] VDechi בְשָׂשׂ֑וֹן [2] Etnachta אֶת־בְּחִירָֽיו׃ [1] Silluq |
43 And he brought out his people [3] with joy; [2] his chosen ones. [1] |
|||
44 וַיִּתֵּ֣ן לָ֭הֶם [3] Dechi אַרְצ֣וֹת גּוֹיִ֑ם [2] Etnachta יִירָֽשׁוּ׃ [1] Silluq |
44 And he gave to them [3] lands of the nations; [2] they took possession of, [1] |

45 בַּעֲב֤וּר ׀ [4] Mahpakh Legarmeh יִשְׁמְר֣וּ חֻ֭קָּיו [3] Dechi וְתוֹרֹתָ֥יו יִנְצֹ֗רוּ [3/2] Revi'i הַֽלְלוּ־יָֽהּ׃ [1] Silluq פ |
45 that [4] they might keep his statutes, [3] and his laws they might observe. [3/2] Praise the LORD! [1] ¶ |
