1 הַ֥לְלוּ יָ֨הּ ׀ [4] Azla Legarmeh הוֹד֣וּ לַיהֹוָ֣ה [3] VDechi כִּי־ט֑וֹב [2] Etnachta חַסְדּֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq |
1 Praise the LORD! [4] Give thanks to the LORD [3] for he is good; [2] is his lovingkindness. [1] |

2 מִ֗י [3] Revi'i יְ֭מַלֵּל [3] Dechi גְּבוּר֣וֹת יְהֹוָ֑ה [2] Etnachta כׇּל־תְּהִלָּתֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq |
2 Who [3] can utter [3] the mighty acts of the LORD; [2] all his praise? [1] |

3 אַ֭שְׁרֵי [3] Dechi שֹׁמְרֵ֣י מִשְׁפָּ֑ט [2] Etnachta בְכׇל־עֵֽת׃ [1] Silluq |
3 Blessed [3] are those who keep justice; [2] at all times. [1] |
|||
4 זׇכְרֵ֣נִי יְ֭הֹוָה [3] Dechi בִּרְצ֣וֹן עַמֶּ֑ךָ [2] Etnachta בִּישׁוּעָתֶֽךָ׃ [1] Silluq |
4 Remember me O LORD, [3] with the favor of your people; [2] with your salvation, [1] |

5 לִרְא֤וֹת ׀ [4] Mahpakh Legarmeh בְּט֘וֹבַ֤ת בְּחִירֶ֗יךָ [3] Revi'i בְּשִׂמְחַ֣ת גּוֹיֶ֑ךָ [2] Etnachta עִם־נַחֲלָתֶֽךָ׃ [1] Silluq |
5 to look [4] on the prosperity of your chosen ones, [3] in the joy of your nation; [2] with your inheritance. [1] |

6 חָטָ֥אנוּ עִם־אֲבוֹתֵ֗ינוּ [3/2] Revi'i הֶעֱוִ֥ינוּ הִרְשָֽׁעְנוּ׃ [1] Silluq |
6 We have sinned with our fathers, [3/2] we have done wrong, we have acted wickedly. [1] |

7 אֲב֘וֹתֵ֤ינוּ בְמִצְרַ֨יִם ׀ [4] Azla Legarmeh לֹֽא־הִשְׂכִּ֬ילוּ נִפְלְאוֹתֶ֗יךָ [3] Revi'i אֶת־רֹ֣ב חֲסָדֶ֑יךָ [2] Etnachta בְּיַם־סֽוּף׃ [1] Silluq |
7 Our fathers in Egypt, [4] they didn’t consider your wonders, [3] the greatness of your lovingkindness; [2] at the Sea of Suf. [1] |

8 וַֽ֭יּוֹשִׁיעֵם [3] Dechi לְמַ֣עַן שְׁמ֑וֹ [2] Etnachta אֶת־גְּבוּרָתֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq |
8 But he saved them [3] for the sake of his name; [2] his might. [1] |

9 וַיִּגְעַ֣ר בְּיַם־ס֭וּף [3] Dechi וַֽיֶּחֱרָ֑ב [2] Etnachta כַּמִּדְבָּֽר׃ [1] Silluq |
9 And he rebuked the Sea of Suf, [3] and it dried up; [2] as through a desert. [1] |

10 וַֽ֭יּוֹשִׁיעֵם [3] Dechi מִיַּ֣ד שׂוֹנֵ֑א [2] Etnachta מִיַּ֥ד אוֹיֵֽב׃ [1] Silluq |
10 And he saved them [3] from the hand of one who hated; [2] from the hand of an enemy. [1] |

11 וַיְכַסּוּ־מַ֥יִם צָרֵיהֶ֑ם [2] Etnachta לֹ֣א נוֹתָֽר׃ [1] Silluq |
11 And the waters covered their adversaries; [2] he was not left. [1] |
|||
12 וַיַּאֲמִ֥ינוּ בִדְבָרָ֑יו [2] Etnachta תְּהִלָּתֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq |
12 Then they believed in his words; [2] his praise. [1] |
|||
13 מִ֭הֲרוּ [3] Dechi שָׁכְח֣וּ מַֽעֲשָׂ֑יו [2] Etnachta לַעֲצָתֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq |
13 (But) soon they, [3] they forgot his works; [2] for his counsel, [1] |
|||
14 וַיִּתְאַוּ֣וּ תַ֭אֲוָה [3] Dechi בַּמִּדְבָּ֑ר [2] Etnachta בִּישִׁימֽוֹן׃ [1] Silluq |
14 but they gave in to craving [3] in the desert; [2] in the wasteland. [1] |

15 וַיִּתֵּ֣ן לָ֭הֶם [3] Dechi שֶׁאֱלָתָ֑ם [2] Etnachta בְּנַפְשָֽׁם׃ [1] Silluq |
15 And he gave to them [3] their request; [2] on their soul. [1] |
|||
16 וַיְקַנְא֣וּ לְ֭מֹשֶׁה [3] Dechi בַּֽמַּחֲנֶ֑ה [2] Etnachta קְד֣וֹשׁ יְהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Silluq |
16 And they were envious of Moses [3] in the camp; [2] the holy one of the LORD. [1] |

17 תִּפְתַּח־אֶ֭רֶץ [3] Dechi וַתִּבְלַ֣ע דָּתָ֑ן [2] Etnachta עַל־עֲדַ֥ת אֲבִירָֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
17 The earth opened [3] and it swallowed up Dathan; [2] over the company of Abiram. [1] |

18 וַתִּבְעַר־אֵ֥שׁ בַּעֲדָתָ֑ם [2] Etnachta תְּלַהֵ֥ט רְשָׁעִֽים׃ [1] Silluq |
18 And fire burned among their company; [2] it burned up the wicked. [1] |
|||
19 יַעֲשׂוּ־עֵ֥גֶל בְּחֹרֵ֑ב [2] Etnachta לְמַסֵּכָֽה׃ [1] Silluq |
19 They made a calf at Horeb; [2] to a molten image. [1] |
|||
20 וַיָּמִ֥ירוּ אֶת־כְּבוֹדָ֑ם [2] Etnachta אֹכֵ֥ל עֵֽשֶׂב׃ [1] Silluq |
20 And they exchanged their glory; [2] which eats grass. [1] |
|||
21 שָׁ֭כְחוּ [3] Dechi אֵ֣ל מוֹשִׁיעָ֑ם [2] Etnachta בְּמִצְרָֽיִם׃ [1] Silluq |
21 They forgot [3] God their deliverer; [2] in Egypt, [1] |
|||
22 נִ֭פְלָאוֹת [3] Dechi בְּאֶ֣רֶץ חָ֑ם [2] Etnachta עַל־יַם־סֽוּף׃ [1] Silluq |
22 wonders [3] in the land of Ham; [2] at the Sea of Suf. [1] |
|||
23 וַיֹּ֗אמֶר [3] Revi'i לְֽהַשְׁמִ֫ידָ֥ם [2] Ole Veyored מֹ֘שֶׁ֤ה בְחִיר֗וֹ [3] Revi'i לְפָנָ֑יו [2] Etnachta מֵהַשְׁחִֽית׃ [1] Silluq |
23 And he said [3] to destroy them; [2] Moses his chosen one, [3] before him, [2] from destroying. [1] |

24 וַֽ֭יִּמְאֲסוּ [3] Dechi בְּאֶ֣רֶץ חֶמְדָּ֑ה [2] Etnachta לִדְבָרֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq |
24 And they rejected [3] the pleasant land; [2] his word, [1] |
|||
25 וַיֵּרָגְנ֥וּ בְאׇהֳלֵיהֶ֑ם [2] Etnachta בְּק֣וֹל יְהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Silluq |
25 but they murmured in their tents; [2] to the voice of the LORD. [1] |
|||
26 וַיִּשָּׂ֣א יָד֣וֹ [3] VDechi לָהֶ֑ם [2] Etnachta בַּמִּדְבָּֽר׃ [1] Silluq |
26 So he raised his hand [3] to them; [2] in the wilderness, [1] |
|||
27 וּלְהַפִּ֣יל זַ֭רְעָם [3] Dechi בַּגּוֹיִ֑ם [2] Etnachta בָּאֲרָצֽוֹת׃ [1] Silluq |
27 and to make their offspring fall [3] among the nations; [2] among the lands. [1] |
|||
28 וַ֭יִּצָּ֣מְדוּ [3] Dechi לְבַ֣עַל פְּע֑וֹר [2] Etnachta זִבְחֵ֥י מֵתִֽים׃ [1] Silluq |
28 And they joined themselves [3] to Baal Peor; [2] sacrifices of the dead. [1] |
|||
29 וַ֭יַּכְעִיסוּ [3] Dechi בְּמַ֥עַלְלֵיהֶ֑ם [2] Etnachta מַגֵּפָֽה׃ [1] Silluq |
29 Thus they provoked to anger [3] by their deeds; [2] a plague. [1] |
|||
30 וַיַּעֲמֹ֣ד פִּֽ֭ינְחָס [3] Dechi וַיְפַלֵּ֑ל [2] Etnachta הַמַּגֵּפָֽה׃ [1] Silluq |
30 Then Phinehas stood up [3] and he mediated; [2] the plague. [1] |
|||
31 וַתֵּחָ֣שֶׁב ל֭וֹ [3] Dechi לִצְדָקָ֑ה [2] Etnachta עַד־עוֹלָֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
31 And it was credited to him [3] for righteousness; [2] ongoing. [1] |
|||
32 וַ֭יַּקְצִיפוּ [3] Dechi עַל־מֵ֥י מְרִיבָ֑ה [2] Etnachta בַּעֲבוּרָֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
32 And they provoked to anger [3] at the waters of Meribah; [2] because of them, [1] |
|||
33 כִּי־הִמְר֥וּ אֶת־רוּח֑וֹ [2] Etnachta בִּשְׂפָתָֽיו׃ [1] Silluq |
33 for they were rebellious against his spirit; [2] with his lips. [1] |
|||
34 לֹֽא־הִ֭שְׁמִידוּ [3] Dechi אֶת־הָעַמִּ֑ים [2] Etnachta לָהֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
34 They didn’t destroy [3] the peoples; [2] to them, [1] |
|||
35 וַיִּתְעָרְב֥וּ בַגּוֹיִ֑ם [2] Etnachta מַעֲשֵׂיהֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
35 but they mixed themselves with the nations; [2] their deeds. [1] |
|||
36 וַיַּעַבְד֥וּ אֶת־עֲצַבֵּיהֶ֑ם [2] Etnachta לְמוֹקֵֽשׁ׃ [1] Silluq |
36 And they served their idols; [2] a snare. [1] |
|||
37 וַיִּזְבְּח֣וּ אֶת־בְּ֭נֵיהֶם [3] Dechi וְאֶת־בְּנוֹתֵיהֶ֗ם [3/2] Revi'i לַשֵּׁדִֽים׃ [1] Silluq |
37 And they sacrificed their sons [3] and their daughters [3/2] to demons. [1] |
|||
38 וַיִּ֥שְׁפְּכ֨וּ דָ֪ם נָקִ֡י [4] Pazer דַּם־בְּנֵ֘יהֶ֤ם וּֽבְנוֹתֵיהֶ֗ם [3] Revi'i לַעֲצַבֵּ֣י כְנָ֑עַן [2] Etnachta בַּדָּמִֽים׃ [1] Silluq |
38 And they shed innocent blood, [4] the blood of their sons and their daughters, [3] to the idols of Canaan; [2] by the blood. [1] |

39 וַיִּטְמְא֥וּ בְמַעֲשֵׂיהֶ֑ם [2] Etnachta בְּמַ֥עַלְלֵיהֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
39 And they became unclean by their works; [2] by their deeds. [1] |
|||
40 וַיִּֽחַר־אַ֣ף יְהֹוָ֣ה [3] VDechi בְּעַמּ֑וֹ [2] Etnachta אֶת־נַחֲלָתֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq |
40 And the anger of the LORD burned [3] against his people; [2] his inheritance. [1] |

41 וַיִּתְּנֵ֥ם בְּיַד־גּוֹיִ֑ם [2] Etnachta שֹׂנְאֵיהֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
41 And he gave them into the hand of nations; [2] those who hated them. [1] |
|||
42 וַיִּלְחָצ֥וּם אוֹיְבֵיהֶ֑ם [2] Etnachta תַּ֣חַת יָדָֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
42 And their enemies oppressed them; [2] under their hand. [1] |
|||
43 פְּעָמִ֥ים רַבּ֗וֹת [3] Revi'i יַצִּ֫ילֵ֥ם [2] Ole Veyored יַמְר֣וּ בַעֲצָתָ֑ם [2] Etnachta בַּעֲוֺנָֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
43 Many times [3] he delivered them; [2] they rebelled by their plans, [2] by their iniquity. [1] |
|||
44 וַ֭יַּרְא [3] Dechi בַּצַּ֣ר לָהֶ֑ם [2] Etnachta אֶת־רִנָּתָֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
44 But he saw [3] their distress; [2] their cry for help. [1] |
|||
45 וַיִּזְכֹּ֣ר לָהֶ֣ם [3] VDechi בְּרִית֑וֹ [2] Etnachta כְּרֹ֣ב חֲסָדָֽו׃ [1] Silluq |
45 And he remembered for them [3] his covenant; [2] according to the greatness of his lovingkindness. [1] |

46 וַיִּתֵּ֣ן אוֹתָ֣ם [3] VDechi לְרַחֲמִ֑ים [2] Etnachta כׇּל־שׁוֹבֵיהֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
46 And he gave them [3] compassion; [2] all who carried them captive. [1] |

47 הוֹשִׁיעֵ֨נוּ ׀ [4] Azla Legarmeh יְ֘הֹוָ֤ה אֱלֹהֵ֗ינוּ [3] Revi'i מִֽן־הַגּ֫וֹיִ֥ם [2] Ole Veyored לְשֵׁ֣ם קׇדְשֶׁ֑ךָ [2] Etnachta בִּתְהִלָּתֶֽךָ׃ [1] Silluq |
47 Save us [4] O LORD our God, [3] from the nations; [2] to your holy name, [2] in your praise! [1] |

48 בָּ֤רֽוּךְ יְהֹוָ֨ה אֱלֹהֵ֪י יִשְׂרָאֵ֡ל [4] Pazer מִן־הָ֤עוֹלָ֨ם ׀ [4] Azla Legarmeh וְעַ֬ד הָעוֹלָ֗ם [3] Revi'i וְאָמַ֖ר כׇּל־הָעָ֥ם אָמֵ֗ן [3/2] Revi'i |
48 Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel, [4] from everlasting [4] to everlasting! [3] Let all the people say, “Amen.” [3/2] |
