אֶת־דִּ֭בְרֵי [3] Dechi
הַשִּׁירָ֣ה הַזֹּ֑את [2] Etnachta
 
בְּי֤וֹם הִֽצִּיל־יְהֹוָ֘ה אוֹת֥וֹ [3] VDechi
מִכַּ֥ף כׇּל־אֹ֝יְבָ֗יו [2] Revi'i Mugrash
וּמִיַּ֥ד שָׁאֽוּל׃ [1] Silluq

1 I love you O LORD, [2]
my strength. [1]

וּמְפַ֫לְטִ֥י [2] Ole Veyored
 
אֵלִ֣י צ֭וּרִי [3] Dechi
אֶֽחֱסֶה־בּ֑וֹ [2] Etnachta
 
מָֽגִנִּ֥י וְקֶֽרֶן־יִ֝שְׁעִ֗י [2] Revi'i Mugrash
מִשְׂגַּבִּֽי׃ [1] Silluq

is my rock and my fortress, [3]
and my deliverer; [2]
 
my God, my rock [3]
in whom I take refuge, [2]
 
my shield and the horn of my salvation, [2]

I call out to the LORD; [2]
 
and from my enemies [2]

5 אֲפָפ֥וּנִי חֶבְלֵי־מָ֑וֶת [2] Etnachta
 
וְֽנַחֲלֵ֖י בְלִיַּ֣עַל [2] VRevMug
יְבַֽעֲתֽוּנִי׃ [1] Silluq
2 2 4 The cords of death surrounded me; [2]
 
and torrents of ungodliness, [2]
they overwhelmed me. [1]
6 חֶבְלֵ֣י שְׁא֣וֹל [3] VDechi
סְבָב֑וּנִי [2] Etnachta
 
קִ֝דְּמ֗וּנִי [2] Revi'i Mugrash
מ֣וֹקְשֵׁי מָֽוֶת׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 5 The cords of Sheol, [3]
they surrounded me; [2]
 
they confronted me, [2]
the snares of death. [1]
7 בַּצַּר־לִ֤י ׀ [4] Mahpakh Legarmeh
אֶ֥קְרָ֣א יְהֹוָה֮ [3] Sinnor
וְאֶל־אֱלֹהַ֢י אֲשַׁ֫וֵּ֥עַ [2] Ole Veyored
 
יִשְׁמַ֣ע מֵהֵיכָל֣וֹ [3] VDechi
קוֹלִ֑י [2] Etnachta
 
וְ֝שַׁוְעָתִ֗י [2] Revi'i Mugrash
לְפָנָ֤יו ׀ [4/2] Mahpakh Legarmeh
תָּב֬וֹא בְאׇזְנָֽיו׃ [1] Silluq

I called out to the LORD, [3]
and to my God I cried for help; [2]
 
he heard from his temple [3]
my voice, [2]
 
and my cry for help, [2]
before him [4/2]
it came, in his ears. [1]
8 וַתִּגְעַ֬שׁ וַתִּרְעַ֨שׁ ׀ [4] Azla Legarmeh

וּמוֹסְדֵ֣י הָרִ֣ים [3] VDechi
יִרְגָּ֑זוּ [2] Etnachta
 
וַ֝יִּתְגָּֽעֲשׁ֗וּ [2] Revi'i Mugrash
כִּי־חָ֥רָה לֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 4 3 2 7 Then it shook and it quaked, [4]
the earth, [3]
 
and the foundations of the mountains [3]
they trembled; [2]
 
and they shook [2]
because he was angry. [1]
9 עָ֘לָ֤ה עָשָׁ֨ן ׀ [4] Azla Legarmeh
בְּאַפּ֗וֹ [3] Revi'i
וְאֵשׁ־מִפִּ֥יו תֹּאכֵ֑ל [2] Etnachta
 
גֶּ֝חָלִ֗ים [2] Revi'i Mugrash
בָּעֲר֥וּ מִמֶּֽנּוּ׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 4 2 8 Smoke came out [4]
of his nostrils, [3]
and consuming fire from his mouth; [2]
 
coals, [2]
they were kindled from it. [1]
10 וַיֵּ֣ט שָׁ֭מַיִם [3] Dechi
וַיֵּרַ֑ד [2] Etnachta
 
וַ֝עֲרָפֶ֗ל [2] Revi'i Mugrash
תַּ֣חַת רַגְלָֽיו׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 9 And he bowed the heavens [3]
and he came down; [2]
 
and thick darkness [2]
was under his feet. [1]
11 וַיִּרְכַּ֣ב עַל־כְּ֭רוּב [3] Dechi
וַיָּעֹ֑ף [2] Etnachta
 
וַ֝יֵּ֗דֶא [2] Revi'i Mugrash
עַל־כַּנְפֵי־רֽוּחַ׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 10 And he rode on a cherub [3]
and he flew; [2]
 
and he soared [2]
on the wings of the wind. [1]
12 יָ֤שֶׁת חֹ֨שֶׁךְ ׀ [4] Azla Legarmeh
סִתְר֗וֹ [3] Revi'i
סְבִֽיבוֹתָ֥יו סֻכָּת֑וֹ [2] Etnachta
 
חֶשְׁכַת־מַ֝֗יִם [2] Revi'i Mugrash
עָבֵ֥י שְׁחָקִֽים׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 4 2 11 He made darkness [4]
his hiding place, [3]
his canopy around him; [2]
 
darkness of waters, [2]
thick clouds of the skies. [1]

עָבָ֥יו עָבְר֑וּ [2] Etnachta

וְגַֽחֲלֵי־אֵֽשׁ׃ [1] Silluq

before him; [2]
 
passed his dark clouds, [2]
hail [2]
and coals of fire. [1]
14 וַיַּרְעֵ֬ם בַּשָּׁמַ֨יִם ׀ [4] Azla Legarmeh
יְֽהֹוָ֗ה [3] Revi'i
 
וְ֭עֶלְיוֹן [3] Dechi
יִתֵּ֣ן קֹל֑וֹ [2] Etnachta
 
בָּ֝רָ֗ד [2] Revi'i Mugrash
וְגַֽחֲלֵי־אֵֽשׁ׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 4 3 2 13 And he thundered in the heavens, [4]
the LORD, [3]
 
and the Most High, [3]
he uttered his voice; [2]
 
hail [2]
and coals of fire. [1]
15 וַיִּשְׁלַ֣ח חִ֭צָּיו [3] Dechi
וַיְפִיצֵ֑ם [2] Etnachta
 
וּבְרָקִ֥ים רָ֝֗ב [2] Revi'i Mugrash
וַיְהֻמֵּֽם׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 14 And he sent out his arrows [3]
and he scattered them; [2]
 
and he shot lightning flashes [2]
and he confused them. [1]
16 וַיֵּ֤רָא֨וּ ׀ [4] Azla Legarmeh
אֲפִ֥יקֵי מַ֗יִם [3] Revi'i
 
וַֽיִּגָּלוּ֮ [3] Sinnor
מוֹסְד֢וֹת תֵּ֫בֵ֥ל [2] Ole Veyored
 
מִגַּעֲרָ֣תְךָ֣ [3] VDechi
יְהֹוָ֑ה [2] Etnachta
 
מִ֝נִּשְׁמַ֗ת [2] Revi'i Mugrash
ר֣וּחַ אַפֶּֽךָ׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 4 3 2 3 2 15 And they appeared, [4]
channels of waters, [3]
 
and they were laid bare, [3]
the foundations of the world; [2]
 
from your rebuke [3]
O LORD, [2]
 
from the blast [2]
of the breath of your nostrils. [1]
17 יִשְׁלַ֣ח מִ֭מָּרוֹם [3] Dechi
יִקָּחֵ֑נִי [2] Etnachta
 
יַֽ֝מְשֵׁ֗נִי [2] Revi'i Mugrash
מִמַּ֥יִם רַבִּֽים׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 16 He reached down from on high, [3]
he took hold of me; [2]
 
he drew me [2]
out of many waters. [1]
18 יַצִּילֵ֗נִי [3] Revi'i
מֵאֹיְבִ֥י עָ֑ז [2] Etnachta
 
וּ֝מִשֹּׂנְאַ֗י [2] Revi'i Mugrash
כִּֽי־אָמְצ֥וּ מִמֶּֽנִּי׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 17 He rescued me [3]
from my mighty enemy; [2]
 
and from those who hate me, [2]
for they were too strong for me. [1]
19 יְקַדְּמ֥וּנִי בְיוֹם־אֵידִ֑י [2] Etnachta
 
וַֽיְהִי־יְהֹוָ֖ה לְמִשְׁעָ֣ן [2] VRevMug
לִֽי׃ [1] Silluq
2 2 18 They confronted me in the day of my calamity; [2]
 
but the LORD became a support [2]
to me. [1]
20 וַיּוֹצִיאֵ֥נִי לַמֶּרְחָ֑ב [2] Etnachta
 
יְ֝חַלְּצֵ֗נִי [2] Revi'i Mugrash
כִּ֘י חָ֥פֵֽץ בִּֽי׃ [1] Silluq
2 2 19 And he brought me out into a wide-open place; [2]
 
he rescued me, [2]
for he delighted in me. [1]
21 יִגְמְלֵ֣נִי יְהֹוָ֣ה [3] VDechi
כְּצִדְקִ֑י [2] Etnachta
 
כְּבֹ֥ר יָ֝דַ֗י [2] Revi'i Mugrash
יָשִׁ֥יב לִֽי׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 20 The LORD dealt with me [3]
according to my righteousness; [2]
 
according to the cleanness of my hands [2]
he repaid me. [1]
22 כִּֽי־שָׁ֭מַרְתִּי [3] Dechi
דַּרְכֵ֣י יְהֹוָ֑ה [2] Etnachta
 
וְלֹֽא־רָ֝שַׁ֗עְתִּי [2] Revi'i Mugrash
מֵאֱלֹהָֽי׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 21 For I have kept [3]
the ways of the LORD; [2]
 
and I have not wickedly departed [2]
from my God. [1]
23 כִּ֣י כׇל־מִשְׁפָּטָ֣יו [3] VDechi
לְנֶגְדִּ֑י [2] Etnachta
 
וְ֝חֻקֹּתָ֗יו [2] Revi'i Mugrash
לֹא־אָסִ֥יר מֶֽנִּי׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 22 For all his judgements [3]
were before me; [2]
 
and his statutes [2]
I didn’t put away from me. [1]
24 וָאֱהִ֣י תָמִ֣ים [3] VDechi
עִמּ֑וֹ [2] Etnachta
 
וָ֝אֶשְׁתַּמֵּ֗ר [2] Revi'i Mugrash
מֵעֲוֺנִֽי׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 23 And I have been blameless [3]
with him; [2]
 
and I have kept myself [2]
from my iniquity. [1]
25 וַיָּֽשֶׁב־יְהֹוָ֣ה לִ֣י [3] VDechi
כְצִדְקִ֑י [2] Etnachta
 
כְּבֹ֥ר יָ֝דַ֗י [2] Revi'i Mugrash
לְנֶ֣גֶד עֵינָֽיו׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 24 And the LORD repaid me [3]
according to my righteousness; [2]
 
according to the cleanness of my hands [2]
before his eyes. [1]
26 עִם־חָסִ֥יד תִּתְחַסָּ֑ד [2] Etnachta
 
עִם־גְּבַ֥ר תָּ֝מִ֗ים [2] Revi'i Mugrash
תִּתַּמָּֽם׃ [1] Silluq
2 2 25 With the faithful you show yourself faithful; [2]
 
with a blameless man [2]
you show yourself blameless. [1]
27 עִם־נָבָ֥ר תִּתְבָּרָ֑ר [2] Etnachta
 
וְעִם־עִ֝קֵּ֗שׁ [2] Revi'i Mugrash
תִּתְפַּתָּֽל׃ [1] Silluq
2 2 26 With the purified you show yourself pure; [2]
 
and with the perverse [2]
you show yourself shrewd. [1]
28 כִּֽי־אַ֭תָּה [3] Dechi
עַם־עָנִ֣י תוֹשִׁ֑יעַ [2] Etnachta
 
וְעֵינַ֖יִם רָמ֣וֹת [2] VRevMug
תַּשְׁפִּֽיל׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 27 For you, [3]
you save an afflicted people; [2]
 
but arrogant eyes [2]
you bring down. [1]
29 כִּֽי־אַ֭תָּה [3] Dechi
תָּאִ֣יר נֵרִ֑י [2] Etnachta
 
יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱ֝לֹהַ֗י [2] Revi'i Mugrash
יַגִּ֥יהַּ חׇשְׁכִּֽי׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 28 For you, [3]
you light my lamp; [2]
 
the LORD my God, [2]
he lights up my darkness. [1]
30 כִּֽי־בְ֭ךָ [3] Dechi
אָרֻ֣ץ גְּד֑וּד [2] Etnachta
 
וּ֝בֵֽאלֹהַ֗י [2] Revi'i Mugrash
אֲדַלֶּג־שֽׁוּר׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 29 For by you [3]
I advance against a troop; [2]
 
and by my God [2]
I leap over a wall. [1]
31 הָאֵל֮ [3] Sinnor
תָּמִ֢ים דַּ֫רְכּ֥וֹ [2] Ole Veyored
 
אִמְרַֽת־יְהֹוָ֥ה צְרוּפָ֑ה [2] Etnachta
מָגֵ֥ן ה֝֗וּא [2] Revi'i Mugrash
לְכֹ֤ל ׀ [4/2] Mahpakh Legarmeh
הַחֹסִ֬ים בּֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 2 2 30 As for God, [3]
blameless is his way; [2]
 
the word of the LORD is refined, [2]
a shield is he [2]
to all [4/2]
who take refuge in him. [1]
32 כִּ֤י מִ֣י אֱ֭לוֹהַּ [3] Dechi
מִבַּלְעֲדֵ֣י יְהֹוָ֑ה [2] Etnachta
 
וּמִ֥י צ֝֗וּר [2] Revi'i Mugrash
זוּלָתִ֥י אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 31 For who is God [3]
except the LORD; [2]
 
and who is a rock [2]
except our God? [1]
33 הָ֭אֵל [3] Dechi
הַמְאַזְּרֵ֣נִי חָ֑יִל [2] Etnachta
 
וַיִּתֵּ֖ן תָּמִ֣ים [2] VRevMug
דַּרְכִּֽי׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 32 God, [3]
the one who girds me with strength; [2]
 
and he has made blameless [2]
my way? [1]
34 מְשַׁוֶּ֣ה רַ֭גְלַי [3] Dechi
כָּאַיָּל֑וֹת [2] Etnachta
 
וְעַ֥ל בָּ֝מֹתַ֗י [2] Revi'i Mugrash
יַעֲמִידֵֽנִי׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 33 He makes my feet [3]
like the feet of a deer; [2]
 
and on my high places [2]
he makes me stand firm. [1]
35 מְלַמֵּ֣ד יָ֭דַי [3] Dechi
לַמִּלְחָמָ֑ה [2] Etnachta
 
וְֽנִחֲתָ֥ה קֶֽשֶׁת־נְ֝חוּשָׁ֗ה [2] Revi'i Mugrash
זְרוֹעֹתָֽי׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 34 He trains my hands [3]
for battle; [2]
 
and they bend a bow of bronze, [2]
my arms. [1]
36 וַתִּתֶּן־לִי֮ [3] Sinnor
מָגֵ֢ן יִ֫שְׁעֶ֥ךָ [2] Ole Veyored
 
וִֽימִינְךָ֥ תִסְעָדֵ֑נִי [2] Etnachta
וְֽעַנְוַתְךָ֥ תַרְבֵּֽנִי׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 35 And you have given to me [3]
the shield of your salvation; [2]
 
and your right hand supports me, [2]
and (in) your humility you make me great. [1]
37 תַּרְחִ֣יב צַעֲדִ֣י [3] VDechi
תַחְתָּ֑י [2] Etnachta
 
וְלֹ֥א מָ֝עֲד֗וּ [2] Revi'i Mugrash
קַרְסֻלָּֽי׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 36 You enlarge my steps [3]
under me; [2]
 
and they don't slip, [2]
my feet. [1]
38 אֶרְדּ֣וֹף א֭וֹיְבַי [3] Dechi
וְאַשִּׂיגֵ֑ם [2] Etnachta
 
וְלֹֽא־אָ֝שׁ֗וּב [2] Revi'i Mugrash
עַד־כַּלּוֹתָֽם׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 37 I pursued my enemies [3]
and I overtook them; [2]
 
and I didn't turn back [2]
until they were brought to an end. [1]
39 אֶ֭מְחָצֵם [3] Dechi
וְלֹא־יֻ֣כְלוּ ק֑וּם [2] Etnachta
 
יִ֝פְּל֗וּ [2] Revi'i Mugrash
תַּ֣חַת רַגְלָֽי׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 38 I crushed them [3]
and they were not able to rise; [2]
 
they fell [2]
under my feet. [1]
40 וַתְּאַזְּרֵ֣נִי חַ֭יִל [3] Dechi
לַמִּלְחָמָ֑ה [2] Etnachta
 
תַּכְרִ֖יעַ קָמַ֣י [2] VRevMug
תַּחְתָּֽי׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 39 And you girded me with strength [3]
for the battle; [2]
 
those who rose up against me, you subdued [2]
under me. [1]
41 וְֽאֹיְבַ֗י [3] Revi'i
נָתַ֣תָּה לִּ֣י [3] VDechi
עֹ֑רֶף [2] Etnachta
 
וּ֝מְשַׂנְאַ֗י [2] Revi'i Mugrash
אַצְמִיתֵֽם׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 3 2 40 And my enemies, [3]
you gave to me [3]
(their) neck; [2]
 
and those who hated me, [2]
I destroyed them. [1]
42 יְשַׁוְּע֥וּ וְאֵין־מוֹשִׁ֑יעַ [2] Etnachta
 
עַל־יְ֝הֹוָ֗ה [2] Revi'i Mugrash
וְלֹ֣א עָנָֽם׃ [1] Silluq
2 2 41 They cried for help, but there was no deliverer; [2]
 
to the LORD, [2]
but he didn’t answer them. [1]
43 וְֽאֶשְׁחָקֵ֗ם [3] Revi'i
כְּעָפָ֥ר עַל־פְּנֵי־ר֑וּחַ [2] Etnachta
 
כְּטִ֖יט חוּצ֣וֹת [2] VRevMug
אֲרִיקֵֽם׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 42 And I beat them fine [3]
like dust before the wind; [2]
 
like the mud of the streets [2]
I poured them out. [1]
44 תְּפַלְּטֵנִי֮ [3] Sinnor
מֵרִ֢יבֵ֫י עָ֥ם [2] Ole Veyored
 
תְּ֭שִׂימֵנִי [3] Dechi
לְרֹ֣אשׁ גּוֹיִ֑ם [2] Etnachta
 
עַ֖ם לֹא־יָדַ֣עְתִּי [2] VRevMug
יַֽעַבְדֽוּנִי׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 3 2 43 You delivered me [3]
from the strivings of the people; [2]
 
you appointed me [3]
the head of the nations, [2]
 
a people whom I have not known, [2]
they served me. [1]
45 לְשֵׁ֣מַֽע אֹ֭זֶן [3] Dechi
יִשָּׁ֣מְעוּ לִ֑י [2] Etnachta
 
בְּנֵֽי־נֵ֝כָ֗ר [2] Revi'i Mugrash
יְכַחֲשׁוּ־לִֽי׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 44 As soon as they heard, [3]
they submitted to me; [2]
 
the sons of foreigners, [2]
they cowered before me. [1]
46 בְּנֵי־נֵכָ֥ר יִבֹּ֑לוּ [2] Etnachta
 
וְ֝יַחְרְג֗וּ [2] Revi'i Mugrash
מִֽמִּסְגְּרֽוֹתֵיהֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq
2 2 45 The sons of foreigners, they lost heart; [2]
 
and they came trembling [2]
from their strongholds. [1]
47 חַי־יְ֭הֹוָה [3] Dechi
וּבָר֣וּךְ צוּרִ֑י [2] Etnachta
 
וְ֝יָר֗וּם [2] Revi'i Mugrash
אֱלוֹהֵ֥י יִשְׁעִֽי׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 46 The LORD lives! [3]
And blessed be my rock; [2]
 
and may he be exalted, [2]
the God of my salvation. [1]

הַנּוֹתֵ֣ן נְקָמ֣וֹת [3] VDechi

וַיַּדְבֵּ֖ר עַמִּ֣ים [2] VRevMug

is the one who gives vengeance [3]
to me; [2]
 
and he has subdued peoples [2]
under me, [1]
49 מְפַלְּטִ֗י [3] Revi'i

אַ֣ף מִן־קָ֭מַי [3] Dechi
תְּרוֹמְמֵ֑נִי [2] Etnachta
 
מֵאִ֥ישׁ חָ֝מָ֗ס [2] Revi'i Mugrash
תַּצִּילֵֽנִי׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 3 2 48 delivering me [3]
from my enemies; [2]
 
and above those who rise up against me, [3]
you lift me up, [2]
 
from a man of violence [2]
you rescue me. [1]
