1 Shout for joy O righteous [3] in the LORD! [2] praise is fitting. [1] |

2 Give thanks to the LORD [3] with the harp; [2] make music to him. [1] |

3 Sing to him [3] a new song; [2] with a shout of joy! [1] |

4 For upright is the word of the LORD; [2] is done in faithfulness. [1] |

8 Let them fear from the LORD, [3] all the earth; [2] all the inhabitants of the world. [1] |

14 From the place of his dwelling he looks; [2] of the earth, [1] |

15 the one who forms together [3] their hearts; [2] all their deeds. [1] |

| 16 אֵֽין־הַ֭מֶּלֶךְ [3] Dechi נוֹשָׁ֣ע בְּרׇב־חָ֑יִל [2] Etnachta לֹא־יִנָּצֵ֥ל בְּרׇב־כֹּֽחַ׃ [1] Silluq |
16 No king [3] is saved by greatness of army; [2] he is not delivered by greatness of strength. [1] |

| 17 שֶׁ֣קֶר הַ֭סּוּס [3] Dechi לִתְשׁוּעָ֑ה [2] Etnachta לֹ֣א יְמַלֵּֽט׃ [1] Silluq |
17 A vain hope is the horse [3] for victory; [2] it does not deliver. [1] |

18 Behold, the eye of the LORD [3] is on those who fear him; [2] |

19 to deliver from death [3] their soul; [2] in famine. [1] |

| 20 נַ֭פְשֵׁנוּ [3] Dechi חִכְּתָ֣ה לַֽיהֹוָ֑ה [2] Etnachta הֽוּא׃ [1] Silluq |
20 Our soul, [3] it waits for the LORD; [2] is he. [1] |

| 21 כִּי־ב֭וֹ [3] Dechi יִשְׂמַ֣ח לִבֵּ֑נוּ [2] Etnachta בָטָֽחְנוּ׃ [1] Silluq |
21 For in him [3] our heart rejoices; [2] we trust. [1] |
