2 אָ֘מַ֤ר נָבָ֣ל בְּ֭לִבּוֹ [3] Dechi אֵ֣ין אֱלֹהִ֑ים [2] Etnachta וְהִֽתְעִ֥יבוּ עָ֝֗וֶל [2] Revi'i Mugrash אֵ֣ין עֹֽשֵׂה־טֽוֹב׃ [1] Silluq |
1 A fool says in his heart, [3] “There is no God.” [2] and do abominable unrighteousness, [2] there is none who does good. [1] |

3 אֱֽלֹהִ֗ים [3] Revi'i מִשָּׁמַיִם֮ [3] Sinnor הִשְׁקִ֢יף עַֽל־בְּנֵי־אָ֫דָ֥ם [2] Ole Veyored הֲיֵ֣שׁ מַשְׂכִּ֑יל [2] Etnachta אֶת־אֱלֹהִֽים׃ [1] Silluq |
2 God, [3] from heaven [3] he looks down on the children of men; [2] is there any who has insight, [2] God? [1] |

4 כֻּלּ֥וֹ סָג֮ [3] Sinnor יַחְדָּ֢ו נֶ֫אֱלָ֥חוּ [2] Ole Veyored אֵ֝֗ין [2] Revi'i Mugrash גַּם־אֶחָֽד׃ [1] Silluq |
3 Every one of them backslides, [3] all together they are corrupt; [2] there is not [2] even one. [1] |

4 Do they not know, [3] those who do wickedness? [2] as they eat bread, [2] they do not call on. [1] |

6 שָׁ֤ם ׀ [4] Mahpakh Legarmeh פָּ֥חֲדוּ פַחַד֮ [3] Sinnor לֹא־הָ֢יָה֫ פָ֥חַד [2] Ole Veyored פִּ֭זַּר [3] Dechi עַצְמ֣וֹת חֹנָ֑ךְ [2] Etnachta כִּֽי־אֱלֹהִ֥ים מְאָסָֽם׃ [1] Silluq |
5 There [4] they are in great fear [3] where there was no fear; [2] he has scattered [3] the bones of those who encamped against you, [2] for God has rejected them. [1] |
