2 2 To the choirmaster, with stringed instruments; [2]

גָּד֥וֹל שְׁמֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq

is God; [2]
 
in Israel [2]
great is his name. [1]
3 וַיְהִ֣י בְשָׁלֵ֣ם [3] VDechi

וּמְע֖וֹנָת֣וֹ [2] VRevMug
בְצִיּֽוֹן׃ [1] Silluq

is his tabernacle; [2]
 
and his dwelling place [2]

מָגֵ֬ן וְחֶ֖רֶב וּמִלְחָמָ֣ה [2] VRevMug

he broke the flaming arrows of a bow; [2]

more than mountains of game. [1]
6 אֶשְׁתּֽוֹלְל֨וּ ׀ [4] Azla Legarmeh
אַבִּ֣ירֵי לֵ֭ב [3] Dechi
נָמ֣וּ שְׁנָתָ֑ם [2] Etnachta
 
וְלֹֽא־מָצְא֖וּ כׇל־אַנְשֵׁי־חַ֣יִל [2] VRevMug
יְדֵיהֶֽם׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 4 2 5 They have been plundered, [4]
the mighty of heart, [3]
they lie sleeping; [2]
 
and none of the strong men can find [2]
their hands. [1]
7 מִ֭גַּעֲרָ֣תְךָ [3] Dechi
אֱלֹהֵ֣י יַעֲקֹ֑ב [2] Etnachta

וְרֶ֣כֶב וָסֽוּס׃ [1] Silluq

O God of Jacob; [2]
 
sleeping [2]
with chariot and horse. [1]

נ֥וֹרָא אַ֗תָּה [3] Revi'i
וּמִֽי־יַעֲמֹ֥ד לְפָנֶ֗יךָ [3/2] Revi'i
מֵאָ֥ז אַפֶּֽךָ׃ [1] Silluq

are to be feared, you, [3]
and who can stand before you [3/2]
when you are angry? [1]
9 מִ֭שָּׁמַיִם [3] Dechi
הִשְׁמַ֣עְתָּ דִּ֑ין [2] Etnachta
 
אֶ֖רֶץ יָֽרְאָ֣ה [2] VRevMug
וְשָׁקָֽטָה׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 8 From heaven [3]
you pronounced judgment; [2]
 
the earth it was afraid, [2]
and it was silent, [1]
10 בְּקוּם־לַמִּשְׁפָּ֥ט אֱלֹהִ֑ים [2] Etnachta
 
לְהוֹשִׁ֖יעַ כׇּל־עַנְוֵי־אֶ֣רֶץ [2] VRevMug
סֶֽלָה׃ [1] Silluq
2 2 9 when God arose for judgment; [2]
 
to save all the humble of the earth. [2]

11 כִּֽי־חֲמַ֣ת אָדָ֣ם [3] VDechi

שְׁאֵרִ֖ית חֵמֹ֣ת [2] VRevMug
תַּחְגֹּֽר׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 10 For wrath upon man, [3]
it will bring you praise; [2]
 
the remnant of wrath [2]
you put on as a belt. [1]
12 נִ֥דְר֣וּ וְשַׁלְּמוּ֮ [3] Sinnor
לַיהֹוָ֢ה אֱֽלֹהֵ֫יכֶ֥ם [2] Ole Veyored
 
כׇּל־סְבִיבָ֑יו [2] Etnachta
יֹבִ֥ילוּ שַׁ֝֗י [2] Revi'i Mugrash
לַמּוֹרָֽא׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 2 11 Make vows and fulfill them [3]
to the LORD your God; [2]
 
all around him, [2]
let them bring a gift [2]
to the one who is to be feared. [1]
13 יִ֭בְצֹר [3] Dechi
ר֣וּחַ נְגִידִ֑ים [2] Etnachta
 
נ֝וֹרָ֗א [2] Revi'i Mugrash
לְמַלְכֵי־אָֽרֶץ׃ [1] Silluq

the spirit of rulers; [2]
 
he is to be feared [2]
by the kings of the earth. [1]
