in holy splendor; [2]
 
tremble before him, [2]
all the earth. [1]

אַף־תִּכּ֣וֹן תֵּ֭בֵל [3] Munach Dechi

יָדִ֥ין עַ֝מִּ֗ים [2] Merkha ReviaMugrash
בְּמֵישָׁרִֽים׃ [1] Silluq

“The LORD reigns.” [3]
 
The world is established and [3]
it will not be shaken; [2]
 
he will judge the peoples [2]
with uprightness. [1]

and let the earth be glad; [2]
 
let the sea roar, [2]

and all that is in it; [2]
 
then they shall shout for joy, [2]
