1 וָאָשֻׁ֗ב [3] Revi'a
וָאֶשָּׂ֤א עֵינַי֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
וָֽאֶרְאֶ֔ה [2] Zaqef
 
וְהִנֵּ֨ה אַרְבַּ֤ע מַרְכָּבוֹת֙ [3] Qadma Mapakh Pashta
יֹֽצְא֔וֹת [2] Zaqef
 
מִבֵּ֖ין [2] Tip'cha
שְׁנֵ֣י הֶֽהָרִ֑ים [1] Munach Etnachta
 
וְהֶהָרִ֖ים [2] Tip'cha
הָרֵ֥י נְחֹֽשֶׁת׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
1 2 3 3 2 3 2 2 1 And I again, [3]
I lifted up my eyes [3]
and I saw, [2]
 
and behold four chariots [3]
were coming forth [2]
 
from between [2]
two mountains; [1]
 
and the mountains [2]
were mountains of bronze. [1]
2 בַּמֶּרְכָּבָ֥ה הָרִֽאשֹׁנָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha
סוּסִ֣ים אֲדֻמִּ֑ים [1] Munach Etnachta
 
וּבַמֶּרְכָּבָ֥ה הַשֵּׁנִ֖ית [2] Merkha Tip'cha
סוּסִ֥ים שְׁחֹרִֽים׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
1 2 2 2 With the first chariot [2]
were red horses; [1]
 
and with the second chariot [2]
were black horses, [1]
3 וּבַמֶּרְכָּבָ֥ה הַשְּׁלִשִׁ֖ית [2] Merkha Tip'cha
סוּסִ֣ים לְבָנִ֑ים [1] Munach Etnachta
 
וּבַמֶּרְכָּבָה֙ [3] Pashta
הָרְבִעִ֔ית [2] Zaqef
 
סוּסִ֥ים בְּרֻדִּ֖ים [2] Merkha Tip'cha
אֲמֻצִּֽים׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 2 3 2 3 and with the third chariot [2]
were white horses; [1]
 
and with the chariot, [3]
the fourth, [2]
 
were dappled horses [2]
who were strong. [1]
4 וָאַ֙עַן֙ [3] Pashta
וָֽאֹמַ֔ר [2] Zaqef
 
אֶל־הַמַּלְאָ֖ךְ [2] Tip'cha
הַדֹּבֵ֣ר בִּ֑י [1] Munach Etnachta
 
מָה־אֵ֖לֶּה [2] Tip'cha
אֲדֹנִֽי׃ [1] Silluq

and I said [2]
 
to the angel [2]
who was speaking with me; [1]
 
“What are these, [2]
O my lord?” [1]
5 וַיַּ֥עַן הַמַּלְאָ֖ךְ [2] Merkha Tip'cha
וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֵלָ֑י [1] Munach Etnachta
 
אֵ֗לֶּה [3] Revi'a
אַרְבַּע֙ [3] Pashta
רוּח֣וֹת הַשָּׁמַ֔יִם [2] Munach Zaqef
 
יוֹצְא֕וֹת [2] ZaqefG
מֵֽהִתְיַצֵּ֖ב [2] Tip'cha
עַל־אֲד֥וֹן כׇּל־הָאָֽרֶץ׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

and he said to me; [1]
 
“These [3]
are the four, [3]
the winds of the heavens, [2]
 
going forth [2]
from standing before [2]
the Lord of all the earth. [1]
6 אֲשֶׁר־בָּ֞הּ [4] Gershayim
הַסּוּסִ֣ים הַשְּׁחֹרִ֗ים [3] Munach Revi'a
 
יֹֽצְאִים֙ [3] Pashta
אֶל־אֶ֣רֶץ צָפ֔וֹן [2] Munach Zaqef
 
וְהַ֨לְּבָנִ֔ים [2] Qadma Zaqef
יָצְא֖וּ [2] Tip'cha
אֶל־אַֽחֲרֵיהֶ֑ם [1] Etnachta
 
וְהַ֨בְּרֻדִּ֔ים [2] Qadma Zaqef
יָצְא֖וּ [2] Tip'cha
אֶל־אֶ֥רֶץ הַתֵּימָֽן׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

the black horses [3]
 
goes out [3]
to the land of the north, [2]
 
and the white, [2]
they have gone out [2]
after them; [1]
 
and the dappled, [2]
they have gone out [2]
to the land of the south.” [1]
7 וְהָאֲמֻצִּ֣ים יָצְא֗וּ [3] Munach Revi'a
וַיְבַקְשׁוּ֙ [3] Pashta
לָלֶ֙כֶת֙ [3] Pashta
לְהִתְהַלֵּ֣ךְ בָּאָ֔רֶץ [2] Munach Zaqef
 
וַיֹּ֕אמֶר [2] ZaqefG
לְכ֖וּ [2] Tip'cha
הִתְהַלְּכ֣וּ בָאָ֑רֶץ [1] Munach Etnachta
 
וַתִּתְהַלַּ֖כְנָה [2] Tip'cha
בָּאָֽרֶץ׃ [1] Silluq

they requested [3]
to go [3]
to walk about on the earth, [2]
 
so he said, [2]
“Go, [2]
walk about on the earth!” [1]
 
So they went about [2]
on the earth. [1]
8 וַיַּזְעֵ֣ק אֹתִ֔י [2] Munach Zaqef
וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר אֵלַ֖י [2] Merkha Tip'cha
לֵאמֹ֑ר [1] Etnachta
 
רְאֵ֗ה [3] Revi'a
הַיּֽוֹצְאִים֙ [3] Pashta
אֶל־אֶ֣רֶץ צָפ֔וֹן [2] Munach Zaqef
 
הֵנִ֥יחוּ אֶת־רוּחִ֖י [2] Merkha Tip'cha
בְּאֶ֥רֶץ צָפֽוֹן׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

and he spoke to me [2]
saying; [1]
 
“Behold, [3]
those who go out [3]
to the land of the north, [2]
 
they have caused my spirit to rest [2]
in the land of the north.” [1]
9 וַיְהִ֥י דְבַר־יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha
אֵלַ֥י לֵאמֹֽר׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
2 9 And the word of the LORD came [2]
to me saying, [1]
10 לָק֙וֹחַ֙ [3] Pashta
מֵאֵ֣ת הַגּוֹלָ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef
 
מֵחֶלְדַּ֕י [2] ZaqefG
וּמֵאֵ֥ת טוֹבִיָּ֖ה [2] Merkha Tip'cha
וּמֵאֵ֣ת יְדַֽעְיָ֑ה [1] Munach Etnachta
 
וּבָאתָ֤ אַתָּה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֔וּא [2] Munach Zaqef
 
וּבָ֗אתָ [3] Revi'a
בֵּ֚ית [3] Yetiv
יֹאשִׁיָּ֣ה בֶן־צְפַנְיָ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef
 
אֲשֶׁר־בָּ֖אוּ [2] Tip'cha
מִבָּבֶֽל׃ [1] Silluq

from the exiles, [2]
 
from Heldai, [2]
and from Tobiah [2]
and from Jedaiah; [1]
 
and go [3]
on that day, [2]
 
and you will go [3]
(to) the house [3]
of Josiah son of Zephaniah, [2]
 
who have come [2]
from Babylon. [1]
11 וְלָקַחְתָּ֥ כֶֽסֶף־וְזָהָ֖ב [2] Merkha Tip'cha
וְעָשִׂ֣יתָ עֲטָר֑וֹת [1] Munach Etnachta
 
וְשַׂמְתָּ֗ [3] Revi'a
בְּרֹ֛אשׁ [3] Tevir
יְהוֹשֻׁ֥עַ בֶּן־יְהוֹצָדָ֖ק [2] Merkha Tip'cha
הַכֹּהֵ֥ן הַגָּדֽוֹל׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
1 2 2 3 3 11 And take silver and gold, [2]
and make a crown; [1]
 
and put it [3]
on the head [3]
of Joshua son of Jehozadak, [2]
the high priest, [1]
12 וְאָמַרְתָּ֤ אֵלָיו֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
לֵאמֹ֔ר [2] Zaqef
 
כֹּ֥ה אָמַ֛ר [3] Merkha Tevir
יְהֹוָ֥ה צְבָא֖וֹת [2] Merkha Tip'cha
לֵאמֹ֑ר [1] Etnachta
 
הִנֵּה־אִ֞ישׁ [4] Gershayim
צֶ֤מַח שְׁמוֹ֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
וּמִתַּחְתָּ֣יו יִצְמָ֔ח [2] Munach Zaqef
 
וּבָנָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
אֶת־הֵיכַ֥ל יְהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

‘Thus says he, [3]
the LORD of Hosts [2]
saying; [1]
 
“Behold a man, [4]
Branch is his name, [3]
and from his place he shall branch out, [2]
 
and he shall build [2]
the temple of the LORD, [1]
13 וְ֠ה֠וּא [4] TelishaG
יִבְנֶ֞ה [4] Gershayim
אֶת־הֵיכַ֤ל יְהֹוָה֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
וְהֽוּא־יִשָּׂ֣א ה֔וֹד [2] Munach Zaqef
 
וְיָשַׁ֥ב וּמָשַׁ֖ל [2] Merkha Tip'cha
עַל־כִּסְא֑וֹ [1] Etnachta
 
וְהָיָ֤ה כֹהֵן֙ [3] Mapakh Pashta
עַל־כִּסְא֔וֹ [2] Zaqef
 
וַעֲצַ֣ת שָׁל֔וֹם [2] Munach Zaqef
תִּהְיֶ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
בֵּ֥ין שְׁנֵיהֶֽם׃ [1] Merkha Silluq

he shall build [4]
the temple of the LORD, [3]
and he, he shall bear majesty, [2]
 
and he shall sit and he shall rule [2]
on his throne; [1]
 
and he shall be a priest [3]
on his throne, [2]
 
and a counsel of peace, [2]
it shall be [2]
between the two of them. [1]
14 וְהָעֲטָרֹ֗ת [3] Revi'a
תִּֽהְיֶה֙ [3] Pashta
לְחֵ֙לֶם֙ [3] Pashta
וּלְטוֹבִיָּ֣ה וְלִידַֽעְיָ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef
 
וּלְחֵ֖ן [2] Tip'cha
בֶּן־צְפַנְיָ֑ה [1] Etnachta
 
לְזִכָּר֖וֹן [2] Tip'cha
בְּהֵיכַ֥ל יְהֹוָֽה׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
1 2 3 3 3 2 2 14 And the crowns, [3]
it shall be [3]
for Helem [3]
and for Tobiah and for Jedaiah, [2]
 
and for Hen [2]
the son of Zephaniah; [1]
 
for a memorial [2]
in the temple of the LORD. [1]
15 וּרְחוֹקִ֣ים ׀ [4] Munach Legarmeh
יָבֹ֗אוּ [3] Revi'a
 
וּבָנוּ֙ [3] Pashta
בְּהֵיכַ֣ל יְהֹוָ֔ה [2] Munach Zaqef
 
וִידַעְתֶּ֕ם [2] ZaqefG
כִּֽי־יְהֹוָ֥ה צְבָא֖וֹת [2] Merkha Tip'cha
שְׁלָחַ֣נִי אֲלֵיכֶ֑ם [1] Munach Etnachta
 
וְהָיָה֙ [3] Pashta
אִם־שָׁמ֣וֹעַ תִּשְׁמְע֔וּן [2] Munach Zaqef
 
בְּק֖וֹל [2] Tip'cha
יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃ [1] Merkha Silluq
פ		 1 2 3 4 3 2 2 2 3 2 15 And those who are far off, [4]
they shall come, [3]
 
and they shall build [3]
the temple of the LORD, [2]
 
and you shall know [2]
that the LORD of Hosts, [2]
he has sent me to you. [1]
 
And it will happen, [3]
if carefully you will listen [2]
 
to the voice [2]
of the LORD your God.” ’ ” [1]
