2 She hasn’t listened [3] to a voice. [2] correction. [1] she hasn’t trusted. [2] she hasn’t drawn near. [1] |

3 Her officials within her [2] are lions [2] roaring. [1] are wolves of the evening, [2] for the morning. [1] |

4 Her prophets [3 3] are arrogant, [2] of treachery. [1] they have profaned the sanctuary. [2] the law. [1] |

5 The LORD is righteous [3] within her. [2] injustice. [1] his justice he brings to the light, [3] he doesn’t fail, [2] shame. [1] |

6 I have cut off nations. [3] They are desolate, [3 3] their battlements. [2] so no one passes by. [1] so there is no one, [2] so there is no inhabitant. [1] |

7 I said, [4] “Just fear me. [3] Accept correction, [2] all that I have appointed [2] against her.” [1] rising early they corrupted [2] their practices. [1] |

8 “Therefore wait for me” [3] says the LORD, [2] that I stand up to testify, [1] I, to assemble kingdoms, [3] all [3] the burning of my anger, [2] in the fire of my jealousy [2] all the earth. [1] |

9 For then [3] I will restore to peoples [2] a purified lip; [1] on the name of the LORD, [2] shoulder to shoulder. [1] |

10 From beyond [2] the rivers of Cush; [1] the daughter of my scattered ones, [2] my offering. [1] |

| 11 בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֗וּא [3] Revi'i לֹ֤א תֵב֙וֹשִׁי֙ [3 3] Pashta מִכֹּ֣ל עֲלִילֹתַ֔יִךְ [2] Zaqef בִּ֑י [1] Etnachta אָסִ֣יר מִקִּרְבֵּ֗ךְ [3] Revi'i גַּאֲוָתֵ֔ךְ [2] Zaqef ע֖וֹד [2] Tip'cha בְּהַ֥ר קׇדְשִֽׁי׃ [1] Silluq |
11 On that day, [3] you will not be ashamed [3 3] from all your practices, [2] against me; [1] I will remove from among you [3] proud ones, [2] again [2] on my holy mountain. [1] |

12 But I will leave among you [2] a people afflicted [2] and poor; [1] in the name of the LORD. [1] |

| 13 שְׁאֵרִ֨ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֜ל [4] Geresh לֹֽא־יַעֲשׂ֤וּ עַוְלָה֙ [3] Pashta וְלֹֽא־יְדַבְּר֣וּ כָזָ֔ב [2] Zaqef לְשׁ֣וֹן תַּרְמִ֑ית [1] Etnachta יִרְע֥וּ וְרָבְצ֖וּ [2] Tip'cha וְאֵ֥ין מַחֲרִֽיד׃ [1] Silluq פ |
13 The remnant of Israel [4] will not commit injustice, [3] and they will not speak lies, [2] a deceitful tongue; [1] they will graze and they will lie down, [2] and there will be no one to disturb them.” [1] ¶ |

18 Those grieved over (no longer having) an appointed feast, [3] I will gather, [2] who came from you; [1] have suffered reproach. [1] |

19 Behold, I will deal [3] with all who afflicted you [2] at that time; [1] and the outcast [3] I will gather; [2] praise and honor, [2] was their shame. [1] |
