אֶל־כׇּל־מְדִינ֣וֹת הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ [2] Zaqef
 
אֶל־מְדִינָ֤ה וּמְדִינָה֙ [3] Pashta
כִּכְתָבָ֔הּ [2] Zaqef
 
וְאֶל־עַ֥ם וָעָ֖ם [2] Tip'cha
כִּלְשׁוֹנ֑וֹ [1] Etnachta
 
לִהְי֤וֹת כׇּל־אִישׁ֙ [3] Pashta
שֹׂרֵ֣ר בְּבֵית֔וֹ [2] Zaqef
 
וּמְדַבֵּ֖ר [2] Tip'cha
כִּלְשׁ֥וֹן עַמּֽוֹ׃ [1] Silluq

“Let people seek for the king [3]
young virgins [2]
of good appearance. [1]

וְיִקְבְּצ֣וּ אֶת־כׇּל־נַעֲרָֽה־בְ֠תוּלָ֠ה [4 4] TelishaG

אֶל־שׁוּשַׁ֤ן הַבִּירָה֙ [3] Pashta

אַל־תְּדַמִּ֣י בְנַפְשֵׁ֔ךְ [2] Zaqef
לְהִמָּלֵ֥ט בֵּית־הַמֶּ֖לֶךְ [2] Tip'cha
מִכׇּל־הַיְּהוּדִֽים׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 2 2 13 Then Mordecai said [2]
to reply to Esther; [1]
 
“Do not think to yourself [2]
to escape (in) the house of the king [2]
from all the Jews. [1]
14 כִּ֣י אִם־הַחֲרֵ֣שׁ תַּחֲרִ֘ישִׁי֮ [3 3] Zarqa
בָּעֵ֣ת הַזֹּאת֒ [2] Segol
 
רֶ֣וַח וְהַצָּלָ֞ה [4] Gershayim
יַעֲמ֤וֹד לַיְּהוּדִים֙ [3] Pashta
מִמָּק֣וֹם אַחֵ֔ר [2] Zaqef
 
וְאַ֥תְּ וּבֵית־אָבִ֖יךְ [2] Tip'cha
תֹּאבֵ֑דוּ [1] Etnachta
 
וּמִ֣י יוֹדֵ֔עַ [2] Zaqef
אִם־לְעֵ֣ת כָּזֹ֔את [2] Zaqef
הִגַּ֖עַתְּ [2] Tip'cha
לַמַּלְכֽוּת׃ [1] Silluq

relief and deliverance, [4]
it will arise for the Jews [3]
from another place, [2]
 
but you and the house of your father, [2]

הַֽנִּמְצְאִ֣ים בְּשׁוּשָׁ֗ן [3] Revi'i
 
וְצ֣וּמוּ עָ֠לַ֠י [4 4] TelishaG
וְאַל־תֹּאכְל֨וּ וְאַל־תִּשְׁתּ֜וּ [4] Geresh

O Esther the queen; [1]
 
and what is your request? [3]
Up to half of the kingdom, [2]
and it shall be given to you.” [1]

עַד־חֲצִ֥י הַמַּלְכ֖וּת [2] Tip'cha
וְתֵעָֽשׂ׃ [1] Silluq

“What is your petition? [2]
and it shall be given to you; [1]
 
and what is your request? [3]
up to half of the kingdom [2]

וְלַעֲשׂ֖וֹת [2] Tip'cha

עַל־הַשָּׂרִ֖ים [2] Tip'cha
