1 אָ֣ז יָשִֽׁיר־מֹשֶׁה֩ וּבְנֵ֨י יִשְׂרָאֵ֜ל [4] Geresh
אֶת־הַשִּׁירָ֤ה הַזֹּאת֙ [3] Pashta
לַֽיהֹוָ֔ה [2] Zaqef
 
וַיֹּאמְר֖וּ [2] Tip'cha
לֵאמֹ֑ר [1] Etnachta
 
אָשִׁ֤ירָה לַֽיהֹוָה֙ [3] Pashta
כִּֽי־גָאֹ֣ה גָּאָ֔ה [2] Zaqef
 
ס֥וּס וְרֹכְב֖וֹ [2] Tip'cha
רָמָ֥ה בַיָּֽם׃ [1] Silluq

and they said [2]

“I will sing to the LORD, [3]
for he is highly exalted; [2]
 
the horse and its rider [2]
he has thrown into the sea. [1]

וְאַנְוֵ֔הוּ [2] Zaqef
 
אֱלֹהֵ֥י אָבִ֖י [2] Tip'cha
וַאֲרֹמְמֶֽנְהוּ׃ [1] Silluq

and he has become for me [2]
salvation [yeshu`ah]. [1]
 
This is my God, [3]
and I will glorify him; [2]
 
the God of my father, [2]
and I will exalt him. [1]

וְחֵיל֖וֹ [2] Tip'cha
יָרָ֣ה בַיָּ֑ם [1] Etnachta
 
וּמִבְחַ֥ר שָֽׁלִשָׁ֖יו [2] Tip'cha
טֻבְּע֥וּ בְיַם־סֽוּף׃ [1] Silluq

and his army, [2]
he has thrown into the sea; [1]
 
and the choicest of his officers, [2]
they have been sunk in the Sea of Suf. [1]
5 תְּהֹמֹ֖ת [2] Tip'cha
יְכַסְיֻ֑מוּ [1] Etnachta
 
יָרְד֥וּ בִמְצוֹלֹ֖ת [2] Tip'cha
כְּמוֹ־אָֽבֶן׃ [1] Silluq

they have covered them; [1]
 
they went down into the depths [2]
like a stone. [1]
6 יְמִֽינְךָ֣ יְהֹוָ֔ה [2] Zaqef
נֶאְדָּרִ֖י [2] Tip'cha
בַּכֹּ֑חַ [1] Etnachta
 
יְמִֽינְךָ֥ יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
תִּרְעַ֥ץ אוֹיֵֽב׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 2 2 6 Your right hand O LORD, [2]
is glorious [2]
in power; [1]
 
your right hand O LORD, [2]
it shattered the enemy. [1]
7 וּבְרֹ֥ב גְּאוֹנְךָ֖ [2] Tip'cha
תַּהֲרֹ֣ס קָמֶ֑יךָ [1] Etnachta
 
תְּשַׁלַּח֙ [3] Pashta
חֲרֹ֣נְךָ֔ [2] Zaqef
 
יֹאכְלֵ֖מוֹ [2] Tip'cha
כַּקַּֽשׁ׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 2 3 2 7 And in the greatness of your majesty, [2]
you threw down those who rose up against you. [1]
 
You sent forth [3]
your anger; [2]
 
it consumed them [2]
like stubble. [1]
8 וּבְר֤וּחַ אַפֶּ֙יךָ֙ [3 3] Pashta
נֶ֣עֶרְמוּ מַ֔יִם [2] Zaqef
 
נִצְּב֥וּ כְמוֹ־נֵ֖ד [2] Tip'cha
נֹזְלִ֑ים [1] Etnachta
 
קָֽפְא֥וּ תְהֹמֹ֖ת [2] Tip'cha
בְּלֶב־יָֽם׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 2 2 8 And by the breath of your nostrils, [3 3]
the waters were piled up; [2]
 
they stood upright like a heap [2]
of streams; [1]
 
the deeps congealed [2]
in the heart of the sea. [1]
9 אָמַ֥ר אוֹיֵ֛ב [3] Tevir
אֶרְדֹּ֥ף אַשִּׂ֖יג [2] Tip'cha
אֲחַלֵּ֣ק שָׁלָ֑ל [1] Etnachta
 
תִּמְלָאֵ֣מוֹ נַפְשִׁ֔י [2] Zaqef
אָרִ֣יק חַרְבִּ֔י [2] Zaqef
תּוֹרִישֵׁ֖מוֹ [2] Tip'cha
יָדִֽי׃ [1] Silluq

‘I will pursue; I will overtake; [2]
I will divide the plunder. [1]
 
My desire will be satisfied on them; [2]
I will draw my sword; [2]
it will destroy them, [2]
my hand.’ [1]
10 נָשַׁ֥פְתָּ בְרוּחֲךָ֖ [2] Tip'cha
כִּסָּ֣מוֹ יָ֑ם [1] Etnachta
 
צָֽלְלוּ֙ [3] Pashta
כַּֽעוֹפֶ֔רֶת [2] Zaqef
 
בְּמַ֖יִם [2] Tip'cha
אַדִּירִֽים׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 2 3 2 10 You blew with your breath; [2]
the sea covered them. [1]
 
They sank [3]
like lead [2]
 
in the waters, [2]
mighty. [1]
11 מִֽי־כָמֹ֤כָה בָּֽאֵלִם֙ [3] Pashta
יְהֹוָ֔ה [2] Zaqef
 
מִ֥י כָּמֹ֖כָה [2] Tip'cha
נֶאְדָּ֣ר בַּקֹּ֑דֶשׁ [1] Etnachta
 
נוֹרָ֥א תְהִלֹּ֖ת [2] Tip'cha
עֹ֥שֵׂה פֶֽלֶא׃ [1] Silluq

O LORD? [2]
 
Who is like you, [2]
glorious in holiness; [1]
 
awesome in praises, [2]
doing wonders? [1]
12 נָטִ֙יתָ֙ [3 3] Pashta
יְמִ֣ינְךָ֔ [2] Zaqef
 
תִּבְלָעֵ֖מוֹ [2] Tip'cha
אָֽרֶץ׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 2 12 You stretched out [3 3]
your right hand; [2]
 
it swallowed them up, [2]
the earth. [1]
13 נָחִ֥יתָ בְחַסְדְּךָ֖ [2] Tip'cha
עַם־ז֣וּ גָּאָ֑לְתָּ [1] Etnachta
 
נֵהַ֥לְתָּ בְעׇזְּךָ֖ [2] Tip'cha
אֶל־נְוֵ֥ה קׇדְשֶֽׁךָ׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 2 13 “You have guided in your lovingkindness [2]
the people that you have redeemed. [1]
 
You have led them by your strength [2]
to your holy habitation. [1]
14 שָֽׁמְע֥וּ עַמִּ֖ים [2] Tip'cha
יִרְגָּז֑וּן [1] Etnachta
 
חִ֣יל אָחַ֔ז [2] Zaqef
יֹשְׁבֵ֖י [2] Tip'cha
פְּלָֽשֶׁת׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 2 2 14 The peoples have heard; [2]
they tremble. [1]
 
Anguish has seized [2]
the inhabitants [2]
of Philistia. [1]
15 אָ֤ז נִבְהֲלוּ֙ [3] Pashta
אַלּוּפֵ֣י אֱד֔וֹם [2] Zaqef
 
אֵילֵ֣י מוֹאָ֔ב [2] Zaqef
יֹֽאחֲזֵ֖מוֹ [2] Tip'cha
רָ֑עַד [1] Etnachta
 
נָמֹ֕גוּ [2] ZaqefG
כֹּ֖ל [2] Tip'cha
יֹשְׁבֵ֥י כְנָֽעַן׃ [1] Silluq

the chiefs of Edom; [2]
 
the leaders of Moab, [2]
it has seized them, [2]
trembling. [1]
 
They have melted away, [2]
all [2]
the inhabitants of Canaan. [1]
16 תִּפֹּ֨ל עֲלֵיהֶ֤ם אֵימָ֙תָה֙ [3 3] Pashta
וָפַ֔חַד [2] Zaqef
 
בִּגְדֹ֥ל זְרוֹעֲךָ֖ [2] Tip'cha
יִדְּמ֣וּ כָּאָ֑בֶן [1] Etnachta
 
עַד־יַעֲבֹ֤ר עַמְּךָ֙ [3] Pashta
יְהֹוָ֔ה [2] Zaqef
 
עַֽד־יַעֲבֹ֖ר [2] Tip'cha
עַם־ז֥וּ קָנִֽיתָ׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 2 2 3 2 16 Terror has fallen on them, [3 3]
and dread; [2]
 
by the greatness of your strength [2]
they have become still as a stone; [1]
 
until your people have passed by [3]
O LORD, [2]
 
until they have passed over, [2]
the people which you have purchased. [1]
17 תְּבִאֵ֗מוֹ [3] Revi'i
וְתִטָּעֵ֙מוֹ֙ [3 3] Pashta
בְּהַ֣ר נַחֲלָֽתְךָ֔ [2] Zaqef
 
מָכ֧וֹן לְשִׁבְתְּךָ֛ [3] Tevir
פָּעַ֖לְתָּ [2] Tip'cha
יְהֹוָ֑ה [1] Etnachta
 
מִקְּדָ֕שׁ [2] ZaqefG
אֲדֹנָ֖י [2] Tip'cha
כּוֹנְנ֥וּ יָדֶֽיךָ׃ [1] Silluq

and you will plant them [3 3]
on the mountain of your inheritance, [2]
 
A place for you to dwell [3]
you have made [2]
O LORD; [1]
 
a sanctuary, [2]
O Lord [2]
your hands have established. [1]
18 יְהֹוָ֥ה ׀ יִמְלֹ֖ךְ [2] Tip'cha
לְעֹלָ֥ם וָעֶֽד׃ [1] Silluq
2 18 The LORD will reign [2]
forever and ever.” [1]
19 כִּ֣י בָא֩ ס֨וּס פַּרְעֹ֜ה [4] Geresh
בְּרִכְבּ֤וֹ וּבְפָרָשָׁיו֙ [3] Pashta
בַּיָּ֔ם [2] Zaqef
 
וַיָּ֧שֶׁב יְהֹוָ֛ה [3] Tevir
עֲלֵהֶ֖ם [2] Tip'cha
אֶת־מֵ֣י הַיָּ֑ם [1] Etnachta
 
וּבְנֵ֧י יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל [3] Tevir
הָלְכ֥וּ בַיַּבָּשָׁ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
בְּת֥וֹךְ הַיָּֽם׃ [1] Silluq

with his chariots and with his horsemen [3]
into the sea, [2]
 
and the LORD brought back [3]
over them [2]
the waters of the sea; [1]
 
but the people of Israel, [3]
they walked on the dry ground [2]
in the middle of the sea. [1]
20 וַתִּקַּח֩ מִרְיָ֨ם הַנְּבִיאָ֜ה [4] Geresh
אֲח֧וֹת אַהֲרֹ֛ן [3] Tevir
אֶת־הַתֹּ֖ף [2] Tip'cha
בְּיָדָ֑הּ [1] Etnachta
 
וַתֵּצֶ֤אןָ כׇֽל־הַנָּשִׁים֙ [3] Pashta
אַחֲרֶ֔יהָ [2] Zaqef
 
בְּתֻפִּ֖ים [2] Tip'cha
וּבִמְחֹלֹֽת׃ [1] Silluq

the sister of Aaron, [3]
the tambourine [2]
in her hand; [1]
 
and all the women went out [3]
after her, [2]
 
with tambourines [2]
and with dancing. [1]
21 וַתַּ֥עַן לָהֶ֖ם [2] Tip'cha
מִרְיָ֑ם [1] Etnachta
 
שִׁ֤ירוּ לַֽיהֹוָה֙ [3] Pashta
כִּֽי־גָאֹ֣ה גָּאָ֔ה [2] Zaqef
 
ס֥וּס וְרֹכְב֖וֹ [2] Tip'cha
רָמָ֥ה בַיָּֽם׃ [1] Silluq

Miriam, [1]
 
“Sing to the LORD, [3]
for he is highly exalted. [2]
 
The horse and its rider [2]
he has thrown into the sea.” [1]

22 וַיַּסַּ֨ע מֹשֶׁ֤ה אֶת־יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ [3] Pashta
מִיַּם־ס֔וּף [2] Zaqef
 
וַיֵּצְא֖וּ [2] Tip'cha
אֶל־מִדְבַּר־שׁ֑וּר [1] Etnachta
 
וַיֵּלְכ֧וּ שְׁלֹֽשֶׁת־יָמִ֛ים [3] Tevir
בַּמִּדְבָּ֖ר [2] Tip'cha
וְלֹא־מָ֥צְאוּ מָֽיִם׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 2 2 3 22 And Moses led out Israel [3]
from the Sea of Suf, [2]
 
and they went out [2]
into the wilderness of Shur; [1]
 
and they went three days [3]
in the wilderness, [2]
and they found no water. [1]
23 וַיָּבֹ֣אוּ מָרָ֔תָה [2] Zaqef
 
וְלֹ֣א יָֽכְל֗וּ [3] Revi'i
לִשְׁתֹּ֥ת מַ֙יִם֙ [3 3] Pashta
מִמָּרָ֔ה [2] Zaqef
 
כִּ֥י מָרִ֖ים [2] Tip'cha
הֵ֑ם [1] Etnachta
 
עַל־כֵּ֥ן קָרָֽא־שְׁמָ֖הּ [2] Tip'cha
מָרָֽה׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 2 3 3 2 2 23 When they came to Marah, [2]
 
they weren't able [3]
to drink the waters [3 3]
from Marah, [2]
 
for bitter [2]
they were. [1]
 
Therefore its name was called [2]
Marah. [1]
24 וַיִּלֹּ֧נוּ הָעָ֛ם [3] Tevir
עַל־מֹשֶׁ֥ה לֵּאמֹ֖ר [2] Tip'cha
מַה־נִּשְׁתֶּֽה׃ [1] Silluq
2 3 24 And the people grumbled [3]
against Moses saying, [2]
“What will we drink?” [1]
25 וַיִּצְעַ֣ק אֶל־יְהֹוָ֗ה [3] Revi'i
וַיּוֹרֵ֤הוּ יְהֹוָה֙ [3] Pashta
עֵ֔ץ [2] Zaqef
 
וַיַּשְׁלֵךְ֙ [3] Pashta
אֶל־הַמַּ֔יִם [2] Zaqef
 
וַֽיִּמְתְּק֖וּ [2] Tip'cha
הַמָּ֑יִם [1] Etnachta
 
שָׁ֣ם שָׂ֥ם ל֛וֹ [3] Tevir
חֹ֥ק וּמִשְׁפָּ֖ט [2] Tip'cha
וְשָׁ֥ם נִסָּֽהוּ׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 3 3 2 3 2 2 3 25 And he cried out to the LORD, [3]
and the LORD showed him [3]
a tree, [2]
 
and he threw it [3]
into the waters, [2]
 
and they became sweet, [2]
the waters. [1]
 
There he made for them [3]
a statute and an ordinance, [2]
and there he put them to the test. [1]
26 וַיֹּ֩אמֶר֩ אִם־שָׁמ֨וֹעַ תִּשְׁמַ֜ע [4] Geresh
לְק֣וֹל ׀ [4] Legarmeh
יְהֹוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֶ֗יךָ [3] Revi'i
 
וְהַיָּשָׁ֤ר בְּעֵינָיו֙ [3] Pashta
תַּעֲשֶׂ֔ה [2] Zaqef
 
וְהַֽאֲזַנְתָּ֙ [3] Pashta
לְמִצְוֺתָ֔יו [2] Zaqef
 
וְשָׁמַרְתָּ֖ [2] Tip'cha
כׇּל־חֻקָּ֑יו [1] Etnachta
 
כׇּֽל־הַמַּחֲלָ֞ה [4] Gershayim
אֲשֶׁר־שַׂ֤מְתִּי בְמִצְרַ֙יִם֙ [3 3] Pashta
לֹא־אָשִׂ֣ים עָלֶ֔יךָ [2] Zaqef
 
כִּ֛י [3] Tevir
אֲנִ֥י יְהֹוָ֖ה [2] Tip'cha
רֹפְאֶֽךָ׃ [1] Silluq

to the voice [4]
of the LORD your God, [3]
 
and what is right in his eyes [3]
you will do, [2]
 
and you will give ear [3]
to his commandments, [2]
 
and you will keep [2]
all his statutes; [1]
 
any sickness [4]
which I put on Egypt, [3 3]
I will not put on you, [2]
 
for [3]
I am the LORD [2]
who heals you.” [1]

27 וַיָּבֹ֣אוּ אֵילִ֔מָה [2] Zaqef
 
וְשָׁ֗ם [3] Revi'i
שְׁתֵּ֥ים עֶשְׂרֵ֛ה [3] Tevir
עֵינֹ֥ת מַ֖יִם [2] Tip'cha
וְשִׁבְעִ֣ים תְּמָרִ֑ים [1] Etnachta
 
וַיַּחֲנוּ־שָׁ֖ם [2] Tip'cha
עַל־הַמָּֽיִם׃ [1] Silluq
1 2 2 3 3 2 27 And they came to Elim, [2]
 
where there were [3]
two and ten [3]
springs of water, [2]
and seventy palm trees. [1]
 
And they encamped there [2]
at the water. [1]
